本发明公开了纺织技术领域的消防用无纺布,包括锯齿形橡胶层,所述锯齿形橡胶层的顶部设置有耐高温硅胶层,所述锯齿形橡胶层的底部和耐高温硅胶层的顶部均设置有无纺布,顶部所述无纺布的内腔设置有抗拉纤维层,顶部所述无纺布的顶部设置有防火纤维层,底部所述无纺布的底部设置有海绵层,通过耐高温硅胶层的底部与锯齿形橡胶层之间形成空气槽,而空气是导热性较差的介质,从而到达了隔热的目的,大大提高了该消防用无纺布的防热功能,本发明设计合理,结构简单值得推广。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为消防用无纺布。
背景技术
消防用无纺布是无纺布领域一种常见的种类,但是目前市场上的消防用无纺布,种类少,隔热防火方面比较弱,而现实中消防人员经常面临较为复杂的环境对消防用无纺布的防火、隔热,有了更高的要求,为此,我们提出消防用无纺布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用消防无纺布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的消防用无纺布防火、隔热比较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:消防用无纺布,包括锯齿形橡胶层,所述锯齿形橡胶层的顶部设置有耐高温硅胶层,所述锯齿形橡胶层的底部和耐高温硅胶层的顶部均设置有无纺布,顶部所述无纺布的内腔设置有抗拉纤维层,顶部所述无纺布的顶部设置有防火纤维层,底部所述无纺布的底部设置有海绵层。
优选的,所述耐高温硅胶层的底部均匀设置有与锯齿形橡胶层相配合的槽口。
优选的,所述耐高温硅胶层的底部和锯齿形橡胶层之间形成空气槽。
优选的,底部所述无纺布的底部和海绵层之间设置有隔膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的消防用无纺布,通过耐高温硅胶层的底部与锯齿形橡胶层之间形成空气槽,而空气是导热性较差的介质,从而到达了隔热的目的,大大提高了该消防用无纺布的防热功能,通过在顶部无纺布的顶部设置耐火纤维层提高装置的耐火性,通过顶部无纺布的内腔设置有抗拉纤维层,增加无纺布的抗拉抗撕的能力,本发明设计合理,结构简单值得推广。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:消防用无纺布,包括锯齿形橡胶层1,所述锯齿形橡胶层1的顶部设置有耐高温硅胶层2,所述锯齿形橡胶层1的底部和耐高温硅胶层2的顶部均设置有无纺布3,顶部所述无纺布3的内腔设置有抗拉纤维层4,顶部所述无纺布3顶部设置有耐火纤维层6,底部所述无纺布3的底部设置有海绵层5。
其中,所述耐高温硅胶层2的底部均匀设置有与锯齿形橡胶层1相配合的槽口,便于固定,所述耐高温硅胶层2的底部和锯齿形橡胶层1之间形成空气槽,有利于隔热,底部所述无纺布2的底部和海绵层5之间设置有隔膜,防止海绵颗粒进入无纺布3。
工作原理:消防用无纺布,通过底部无纺布3的顶部设置有耐火纤维层6,可以达到防火的目的,无纺布3的内腔设置有抗拉纤维层4,增强抗拉抗撕能力,耐高温硅胶层2的底部均匀开有与锯齿形橡胶1相配合的槽口,有利于锯齿形橡胶层1的固定,耐高温硅胶层2与锯齿形橡胶层1之间形成空气槽,增加无纺布3的隔热能力,无纺布3的底部设置有海绵层5增加了舒适感和吸汗能力。

1.消防用无纺布,包括锯齿形橡胶层(1),其特征在于:所述锯齿形橡胶层(1)的顶部设置有耐高温硅胶层(2),所述锯齿形橡胶层(1)的底部和耐高温硅胶层(2)的顶部均设置有无纺布(3),顶部所述无纺布(3)的内腔设置有抗拉纤维层(4),顶部所述无纺布(3)顶部设置有耐火纤维层(6),底部所述无纺布(3)的底部设置有海绵层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消防用无纺布,其特征在于:所述耐高温硅胶层(2)的底部均匀设置有与锯齿形橡胶层(1)相配合的槽口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消防用无纺布,其特征在于:所述耐高温硅胶层(2)的底部和锯齿形橡胶层(1)之间形成空气槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消防用无纺布,其特征在于:底部所述无纺布(3)的底部和海绵层(5)之间设置有隔膜。
