本发明属于天然产物提取物药品技术领域，具体涉及一种有治疗唇炎功能的多草软膏。
背景技术
唇部皮肤与其他皮肤相比，具有角质层纤薄、缺少油脂分泌腺、水分蒸发快等特点，使得唇部肌肤屏障保护机能低落。目前，不仅秋冬季节唇部会出现干燥、干裂、脱皮、损伤等现象，随着大气污染的加剧，紫外线的伤害，干燥的空调环境，在春夏季越来越多的人也出现唇部不适、唇部发炎等现象。目前的唇油、润唇膏、唇膜等产品仅有滋润、保湿功能，针对唇部滋养效果不足，且对发炎等没有治疗效果。所以唇部一旦出现不适还需要额外涂抹医用药膏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有治疗唇炎功能的多草软膏，可以日常使用对唇部有滋润保护作用，发生唇炎时使用同时具有治疗唇炎的功能。本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现：
一种有治疗唇炎功能的多草软膏，所述软膏的成分包括沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏，蜂蜡、白芷、白附子和冰片，各成分的重量份数为：
沙棘果皮油：30~40；沙棘膏：30~40；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：4~6；白附子：4~6；冰片：4~6。
进一步的，所述软膏的成分中还包括维生素E ：0.1~3。
进一步的，所述软膏的成分中还包括植物精油：0.1~3。
进一步的，各成分的重量份数为：沙棘果皮油：35；沙棘膏：35；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：5；白附子：5；冰片：5。
进一步的，所述沙棘膏为用超临界CO2 流体萃取的方法萃取沙棘籽所得到的沙棘籽油经高速离心机分离所得的膏状物；沙棘籽油的离心温度为22℃，离心机转速16000转/分。
进一步的，所述沙棘果皮油为以含有沙棘果皮的沙棘果渣经超临界CO2萃取所得，萃取温度小于45℃，所述沙棘果皮油中含有沙棘甾醇。
一种有治疗唇炎功能的多草软膏的制备方法，述软膏的成分包括沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏、蜂蜡、白芷、白附子和冰片，各成分的重量份数为：
沙棘果皮油：30~40；沙棘膏：30~40；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：4~6；白附子：4~6；冰片：4~6；维生素E ：0.1~3；植物精油： 0.1~3；
所述软膏的制备包括以下步骤：
1）按上述比例将所述白芷、白附子、冰片经球磨机粉碎至3~10μm；
2）将蜂蜡水浴溶化加入所述沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏及步骤1）中粉碎后的白芷、白附子、冰片充分混合均匀；
3） 常温下加入维生素E和植物精油；
4） 灌装。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的软膏中富含沙棘甾醇和多种活性成分，可保持唇部皮肤表面水分、促进皮肤新陈代谢，还可以减小风沙、暴晒等对皮肤的损害，可抑制炎症，既可作为日常保养的唇膏使用，也可在唇炎时使用，具有很强的实用性和商业推广价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种有治疗唇炎功能的多草软膏，所述软膏的成分包括沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏、蜂蜡、白芷、白附子和冰片，各成分的重量份数为：
沙棘果皮油：30~40；沙棘膏：30~40；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：4~6；白附子：4~6；冰片：4~6。
沙棘膏为沙棘籽油经高速离心机分离所得的膏状物；沙棘籽油的离心温度为22℃，离心机转速16000转/分；其中沙棘籽油为沙棘籽经超临界CO2萃取后所得，萃取温度小于45℃。
沙棘果皮油为沙棘果皮经超临界CO2流体萃取所得，萃取温度小于45℃，所述沙棘果皮油中含有沙棘甾醇。
沙棘果皮油的具体提取工艺为：将沙棘果破碎分离得到沙棘籽，沙棘汁，沙棘果渣（主要成分为沙棘果皮，沙棘果皮含量>80%，沙棘果渣含水分12%，果渣粒度：2-10毫米的片状物）；以沙棘果渣为原料采用超临界CO2流体萃取，工艺参数：萃取压力42MPa，萃取温度42℃，萃取时间4h，得油率5.5%。
本产品中富含沙棘甾醇，甾醇是一类具有生理活性的物质，采用超临界CO2萃取技术从沙棘中提取，不含任何溶剂及金属离子等，萃取温度在45℃以下全部保留了有效成分。
甾醇是构成皮肤生物脂膜的一部分，是皮肤细胞组织的促进剂、抗炎剂，对治疗溃疡、及皮肤鳞癣等油明显的治疗效果。沙棘甾醇对皮肤有很高的渗透性、抗氧化性、可维持细胞的柔软和湿润。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上增加了两种成分、增加对唇部的保湿效果，并进一步优化了各成分的配比。
沙棘果皮油：35；沙棘膏：35；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：5；白附子：5；冰片：5；维生素E ：0.1~3；植物精油：0.1~3。
所述软膏的制备方法包括以下步骤：
1）按上述比例将所述白芷、白附子、冰片经球磨机粉碎至3~10μm；
2）将蜂蜡水浴溶化加入所述沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏及步骤1）中粉碎后的白芷、白附子、冰片充分混合均匀；
3）常温下加入维生素E和植物精油；
4）灌装。

1.一种有治疗唇炎功能的多草软膏，其特征在于：所述软膏的成分包括沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏，蜂蜡、白芷、白附子和冰片，各成分的重量份数为：
沙棘果皮油：30~40；沙棘膏：30~40；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：4~6；白附子：4~6；冰片：4~6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多草软膏，其特征在于：所述软膏的成分中还包括维生素E ，且重量份数为0.1~3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多草软膏，其特征在于：所述软膏的成分中还包括植物精油，且重量份数为0.1~3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多草软膏，其特征在于：各成分的重量份数为：
沙棘果皮油：35；沙棘膏：35；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：5；白附子：5；冰片：5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多草软膏，其特征在于：所述沙棘膏为沙棘籽油经高速离心机分离所得的膏状物；沙棘籽油的离心温度为22℃，离心机转速16000转/分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多草软膏，其特征在于：所述沙棘籽油为沙棘籽经超临界CO2流体萃取后所得，萃取温度小于45℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多草软膏，其特征在于：所述沙棘果皮油为以含有沙棘果皮的沙棘果渣经超临界CO2流体萃取所得，所述萃取温度小于45℃，所述沙棘果皮油中含有沙棘甾醇。
8.一种有治疗唇炎功能的多草软膏的制备方法，其特征在于：述软膏的成分包括沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏、蜂蜡、白芷、白附子和冰片，各成分的重量份数为：
沙棘果皮油：30~40；沙棘膏：30~40；蜂蜡：10~15；白芷：4~6；白附子：4~6；冰片：4~6；维生素E ：0.1~3；植物精油： 0.1~3；
所述软膏的制备包括以下步骤：
1）按上述比例将所述白芷、白附子、冰片经球磨机粉碎至3~10μm；
2）将蜂蜡水浴溶化加入所述沙棘果皮油、沙棘膏及步骤1）中粉碎后的白芷、白附子、冰片充分混合均匀；
