Claims (9)

1. A three-section stretcher capable of reducing secondary injury in traumatic orthopaedics comprises a stretcher body for bearing a patient, a plurality of supporting legs arranged below the stretcher body and supporting the stretcher body, and universal wheels (1) arranged at the bottom of each supporting leg and capable of enabling the stretcher body to move;
the method is characterized in that:
the stretcher bed body is of a three-section structure and comprises a first bearing section (10), a middle bearing section (20) and a tail bearing section (30) which are horizontally arranged from beginning to end, wherein the first bearing section (10) and the tail bearing section (30) can be downwards folded and attached to the lower end face of the middle bearing section (20);
the support bed leg comprises four fixed support legs (31) which are rectangular and arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the stretcher bed body, and two movable support legs (32) which are arranged at the left side and the right side below the middle bearing section (20) and can reciprocate along the length direction of the stretcher bed body, bed leg accommodating grooves (34) are symmetrically formed in the left side and the right side of the head bearing section (10) and the right side of the tail bearing section (30), the top of each fixed support leg (31) is connected with a U-shaped rotating shaft (33) which is fixed at the lower end of the stretcher bed body, and the fixed support legs (31) can be overturned along the U-shaped rotating shafts (33) and are arranged in the bed leg accommodating grooves (34);
the left side and the right side of the middle bearing section (20) are provided with baffle plates (53) along the edges thereof, and the inner sides of the two baffle plates (53) are oppositely provided with pelvic bone fixing plates (50) which can reciprocate along the width direction of the stretcher body so as to fix the pelvic bones of a patient;
the top end of the head bearing section (10) is provided with a neck support (40) fixed on the neck of a patient, and the neck support (40) can reciprocate along the length direction of the stretcher body.

6. A three-piece cot capable of reducing secondary injury in a traumatic orthopaedics as defined in claim 3, wherein: at least one of the locking belts (52) is provided with an adjusting buckle (523) capable of adjusting the length of the locking belt.

The three-section stretcher capable of reducing secondary injury in traumatic orthopaedics according to claim 1, wherein: the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the middle bearing section (20) are provided with guide sliding rails (21) along the length direction of the stretcher bed body, the tops of the movable supporting legs (32) are provided with guide sliding grooves matched with the guide sliding rails (21), a connecting cross beam (22) is further connected between the two movable supporting legs (32), and a second locking assembly (23) capable of propping against the bottom surface of the middle bearing section (20) is arranged on the connecting cross beam (22).
