本发明提出了一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾，包括亲肤层、无纺布层、吸收层、防侧漏护翼、粘结层和离型纸，所述亲肤层与无纺布层之间设有吸收层，所述吸收层自上至下依次包括第一芯体、第一拒液层、第二芯体和第二拒液层，所述无纺布层的两侧设有防侧漏护翼，所述无纺布层的下方设有用于固定卫生巾的粘结层，所述粘结层的上粘附有离型纸。采用经过三高整理和柔软处理的无纺布代替传统的PE膜，经过三高整理的SMS或SMMS或SSMMS具有高透气、高抗水、高抗血液的性能，达到医疗级水平；采用天然抗菌无纺布作为亲肤层具有亲肤无刺激和天然抗菌性能，避免女性感染细菌、真菌等妇科疾病，采用双层芯体，防止血液透过第一拒液层后泄漏，第二芯体能及时吸收血液。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及卫生巾的领域，特别是一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾。
【背景技术】
卫生巾是一种具有吸收力的产品，主要的材质为棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸，侧边的设计主要用来防止侧漏，卫生棉的背胶是不透水材质，可将经血保留在卫生棉中，用来吸收女性月经来潮时，自阴道流出的经血。卫生巾表层是与人体皮肤接触部位非常重要，因为经液的存在可能会滋生细菌真菌，传统的卫生巾表层采用热风非织造布不具有抗菌抑菌的作用。另外，传统的卫生巾底膜采用的是PE膜，透气效果差，女性例假期间尤其是夏季容易造成下体湿热，从而更容易感染细菌、真菌等妇科疾病，因此提出一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾，采用天然抗菌水刺无纺布作为卫生巾的表层，其具有亲肤无刺激和天然抗菌性能，血液容易滋生细菌，天然抗菌的效果能有效保护女性的健康；采用经过三高整理的SMS或SMMS或SSMMS无纺布代替传统的PE膜，三高整理即在等离子处理后采用含氟类整理剂浸渍整理，浸渍液温度为30℃，浸渍时间为30分钟，浸渍液质量浓度为35g/L，经过三高整理的SMS或SMMS或SSMMS具有高透气、高抗水、高抗血液的性能，达到医疗级水平，代替传统的PE膜达到抗水抗血液的要求。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾，包括亲肤层、无纺布层、吸收层、防侧漏护翼、粘结层和离型纸，所述亲肤层与无纺布层之间设有吸收层，所述吸收层自上至下依次包括第一芯体、第一拒液层、第二芯体和第二拒液层，所述无纺布层的两侧设有防侧漏护翼，所述无纺布层的下方设有用于固定卫生巾的粘结层，所述粘结层的上粘附有离型纸。
作为优选，所述亲肤层与吸收层之间还设有导流层，所述亲肤面层采用全棉水刺非织造布、蚕丝水刺非织造布、竹纤维水刺非织造布、甲壳素纤维水刺非织造布中的一种或多种混纺。
作为优选，所述第一芯体自上至下包括热风无纺布、膨松布和无尘纸，所述膨松布上下表面均置有高吸水分子SAP。
作为优选，所述第一拒液层为三高整理的SMS无纺布、SMMS无纺布、SSMMS无纺布中的一种，经过柔软性整理，手感更柔软。
作为优选，所述第二芯体自上至下包括卫生纸、吸水树脂层和卫生纸，防止血液透过第一拒液层后泄漏，能够及时吸收血液。
作为优选，所述第二拒液层为三高整理的SMS无纺布、SMMS无纺布、SSMMS无纺布中的一种。
作为优选，所述无纺布层采用三高整理的18-22g/m2的无纺布与12-14g/m2的SSS纺粘棉柔无纺布的复合层，所述SSS纺粘棉柔无纺布位于三高整理无纺布的上层，所述三高整理的无纺布为三高整理的SMS无纺布、SMMS无纺布、SSMMS无纺布中的一种。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过采用经过三高整理和柔软处理的SMS或SMMS或SSMMS无纺布代替传统的PE膜，经过三高整理的SMS或SMMS或SSMMS具有高透气、高抗水、高抗血液的性能，达到医疗级水平，能够避免女性例假期间尤其是夏季造成的下体湿热从而感染细菌、真菌等妇科疾病。另外，采用天然抗菌水刺无纺布作为亲肤层具有亲肤无刺激和天然抗菌性能，血液容易滋生细菌，天然抗菌的效果能有效保护女性的健康。同时，采用双层芯体吸收血液，防止血液透过第一拒液层后泄漏，通过第二芯体能及时吸收泄漏的血液。

参阅图1和图2本发明一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾，包括亲肤层1、无纺布层2、吸收层3、防侧漏护翼4、粘结层5和离型纸6，所述亲肤层1与无纺布层2之间设有吸收层3，所述吸收层3自上至下依次包括第一芯体31、第一拒液层32、第二芯体33和第二拒液层34，所述无纺布层2的两侧设有防侧漏护翼4，所述无纺布层2的下方设有用于固定卫生巾的粘结层5，所述粘结层5的上粘附有离型纸6。所述亲肤层1与吸收层3之间还设有导流层11，所述亲肤面层1采用全棉水刺非织造布、蚕丝水刺非织造布、竹纤维水刺非织造布、甲壳素纤维水刺非织造布中的一种或多种混纺。所述第一芯体31自上至下包括热风无纺布、膨松布和无尘纸，所述膨松布上下表面均置有高吸水分子SAP。所述第一拒液层32为三高整理的SMS无纺布、SMMS无纺布、SSMMS无纺布中的一种。所述第二芯体32自上至下包括卫生纸、吸水树脂层和卫生纸。所述第二拒液层34为三高整理的SMS无纺布、SMMS无纺布、SSMMS无纺布中的一种。所述无纺布层2采用三高整理的18-22g/m2的无纺布与12-14g/m2的SSS纺粘棉柔无纺布的复合层，所述SSS纺粘棉柔无纺布位于三高整理无纺布的上层，所述三高整理的无纺布为三高整理的SMS无纺布、SMMS无纺布、SSMMS无纺布中的一种。
本发明工作过程：
本发明一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾，采用经过三高整理和柔软处理的SMS或SMMS或SSMMS无纺布代替传统的PE膜，三高整理即在等离子处理后采用含氟类整理剂浸渍整理，浸渍液温度为30℃，浸渍时间为30分钟，浸渍液质量浓度为35g/L，经过三高整理的SMS或SMMS或SSMMS具有高透气、高抗水、高抗血液的性能，达到医疗级水平，能够避免女性例假期间尤其是夏季造成的下体湿热从而感染细菌、真菌等妇科疾病。表层采用天然抗菌无纺布具有亲肤无刺激和天然抗菌性能，血液容易滋生细菌，天然抗菌的效果能有效保护女性的健康，采用双层芯体，防止血液透过第一拒液层后泄漏，第二芯体能及时吸收血液。

1.一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾，其特征在于：包括亲肤层(1)、无纺布层(2)、吸收层(3)、防侧漏护翼(4)、粘结层(5)和离型纸(6)，所述亲肤层(1)与无纺布层(2)之间设有吸收层(3)，所述吸收层(3)自上至下依次包括第一芯体(31)、第一拒液层(32)、第二芯体(33)和第二拒液层(34)，所述无纺布层(2)的两侧设有防侧漏护翼(4)，所述无纺布层(2)的下方设有用于固定卫生巾的粘结层(5)，所述粘结层(5)的上粘附有离型纸(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无膜高透气抗菌卫生巾，其特征在于：所述亲肤层(1)与吸收层(3)之间还设有导流层(11)，所述亲肤面层(1)采用全棉水刺非织造布、蚕丝水刺非织造布、竹纤维水刺非织造布、甲壳素纤维水刺非织造布中的一种或多种混纺。
