现有技术中的除草剂大多为液体喷洒的方式进行除草,这种除草剂及其除草的方式使得除草剂渗入到土壤中会早土壤中造成残留,严重危害了土壤的结构,造成了土壤的板结,使得在除草的过程中造成了对土壤的损坏,故此亟需开发一种避免土壤板结的除草复合材料来解决现有技术中的问题。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种避免土壤板结的除草复合材料,能够对除草添加料进行高效高质量释放,提高了除草的效率和质量,同时也避免了除草过程中造成土壤板结,土壤贫瘠。

优选地,改性缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:将活性炭用100℃的去离子水浸泡20-40min,接着于100℃干燥3-5h,接着加入硝酸溶液中,室温下浸渍20-28h,然后于100-120℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到物料a;将稻壳粉、壳聚糖和蒸馏水混合均匀,于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,然后加入木素磺酸钠、丙烯酸、丙烯腈、聚乳酸和硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,于65-75℃恒温水浴中以280-320r/min转速搅拌4-6h,然后冷却至室温,抽滤得到沉淀物,接着将沉淀物于45-55℃干燥44-52h,冷却至室温得到改性缓释填料。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种避免土壤板结的除草复合材料,其原料按重量份包括:改性缓释填料35份、土壤改良剂20份、硅胶10份、滑石粉4份、乙酰壳聚糖3份、褐藻多糖4.5份、多聚偏磷酸钠4份、六亚甲基四胺4份、氨基磺酸2份、过碳酸钠3.5份、过碳酸酰胺4.5份、氯化钠3份、硫酸铜4.5份、硫酸亚铁3份、二氯苯氧乙酸3份、五氟磺草胺3.5份、嘧啶肟草醚3.5份、氟吡磺隆4份、二氯喹啉酸3份、氰氟草酯2.5份、嗪草酮4份、四唑酰草胺3.5份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯3.5份、丙三醇2.5份、醋酸丁酯3.5份、磷酸二氢钾3.5份、四硼酸钠6份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠4.5份。
改性缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份活性炭用100℃的去离子水浸泡30min,接着于100℃干燥4h,接着加入6份硝酸溶液中,室温下浸渍24h,然后于110℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到物料a;将6份稻壳粉、6份壳聚糖和蒸馏水混合均匀,于950r/min转速搅拌1.5h,然后加入4份木素磺酸钠、4份丙烯酸、3份丙烯腈、6.5份聚乳酸和3.5份硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,于70℃恒温水浴中以300r/min转速搅拌5h,然后冷却至室温,抽滤得到沉淀物,接着将沉淀物于50℃干燥48h,冷却至室温得到改性缓释填料。
土壤改良剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份玉米淀粉、6份稻壳粉、3.5份蘑菇渣、2.5份菜饼和4份油饼混合均匀,研磨成30目筛颗粒,然后加入1份粉煤灰、3份煤矸石、3份木薯渣、4份硼砂、5.5份蛭石、3.5份石灰粉、2.5份高岭土粉、4份硅藻土、2.5份磷酸一铵、3.5份氯化铵、4.5份钼酸铵、5份硫酸铵和10份蒸馏水混合均匀,于450r/min转速搅拌50min,升温至70℃,保温2h,接着加入6份丙烯酸、6份聚乳酸、3.5份过硫酸钾和5份硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,于85℃水浴加热30min,接着于750r/min转速搅拌30min,然后于75℃真空干燥至恒重,粉碎后得到土壤改良剂。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种避免土壤板结的除草复合材料,其原料按重量份包括:改性缓释填料20份、土壤改良剂25份、硅胶5份、滑石粉6份、乙酰壳聚糖1份、褐藻多糖6份、多聚偏磷酸钠2份、六亚甲基四胺5份、氨基磺酸1份、过碳酸钠5份、过碳酸酰胺3份、氯化钠4份、硫酸铜3份、硫酸亚铁4份、二氯苯氧乙酸1份、五氟磺草胺5份、嘧啶肟草醚1份、氟吡磺隆5份、二氯喹啉酸2份、氰氟草酯4份、嗪草酮3份、四唑酰草胺5份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯2份、丙三醇4份、醋酸丁酯2份、磷酸二氢钾6份、四硼酸钠4份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠6份。
改性缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份活性炭用100℃的去离子水浸泡40min,接着于100℃干燥3h,接着加入8份硝酸溶液中,室温下浸渍20h,然后于120℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到物料a;将4份稻壳粉、8份壳聚糖和蒸馏水混合均匀,于850r/min转速搅拌2h,然后加入3份木素磺酸钠、6份丙烯酸、1份丙烯腈、9份聚乳酸和2份硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,于75℃恒温水浴中以280r/min转速搅拌6h,然后冷却至室温,抽滤得到沉淀物,接着将沉淀物于45℃干燥52h,冷却至室温得到改性缓释填料。
土壤改良剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份玉米淀粉、9份稻壳粉、2份蘑菇渣、4份菜饼和3份油饼混合均匀,研磨成40目筛颗粒,然后加入2份粉煤灰、4份煤矸石、1份木薯渣、6份硼砂、3份蛭石、5份石灰粉、1份高岭土粉、6份硅藻土、1份磷酸一铵、5份氯化铵、3份钼酸铵、8份硫酸铵和5份蒸馏水混合均匀,于550r/min转速搅拌40min,升温至80℃,保温1h,接着加入8份丙烯酸、3份聚乳酸、5份过硫酸钾和2份硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,于90℃水浴加热20min,接着于850r/min转速搅拌20min,然后于85℃真空干燥至恒重,粉碎后得到土壤改良剂。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种避免土壤板结的除草复合材料,其原料按重量份包括:改性缓释填料50份、土壤改良剂15份、硅胶15份、滑石粉2份、乙酰壳聚糖5份、褐藻多糖3份、多聚偏磷酸钠6份、六亚甲基四胺3份、氨基磺酸3份、过碳酸钠2份、过碳酸酰胺6份、氯化钠2份、硫酸铜6份、硫酸亚铁2份、二氯苯氧乙酸5份、五氟磺草胺2份、嘧啶肟草醚6份、氟吡磺隆3份、二氯喹啉酸4份、氰氟草酯1份、嗪草酮5份、四唑酰草胺2份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯5份、丙三醇1份、醋酸丁酯5份、磷酸二氢钾1份、四硼酸钠8份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠3份。
改性缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份活性炭用100℃的去离子水浸泡20min,接着于100℃干燥5h,接着加入4份硝酸溶液中,室温下浸渍28h,然后于100℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到物料a;将8份稻壳粉、4份壳聚糖和蒸馏水混合均匀,于1050r/min转速搅拌1h,然后加入5份木素磺酸钠、2份丙烯酸、5份丙烯腈、4份聚乳酸和5份硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,于65℃恒温水浴中以320r/min转速搅拌4h,然后冷却至室温,抽滤得到沉淀物,接着将沉淀物于55℃干燥44h,冷却至室温得到改性缓释填料。
土壤改良剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份玉米淀粉、3份稻壳粉、5份蘑菇渣、1份菜饼和5份油饼混合均匀,研磨成20目筛颗粒,然后加入6份粉煤灰、2份煤矸石、5份木薯渣、2份硼砂、8份蛭石、2份石灰粉、4份高岭土粉、2份硅藻土、4份磷酸一铵、2份氯化铵、6份钼酸铵、2份硫酸铵和15份蒸馏水混合均匀,于350r/min转速搅拌60min,升温至60℃,保温3h,接着加入4份丙烯酸、9份聚乳酸、2份过硫酸钾和8份硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,于80℃水浴加热40min,接着于650r/min转速搅拌40min,然后于65℃真空干燥至恒重,粉碎后得到土壤改良剂。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的避免土壤板结的除草复合材料,其特征在于,改性缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:将活性炭用100℃的去离子水浸泡20-40min,接着于100℃干燥3-5h,接着加入硝酸溶液中,室温下浸渍20-28h,然后于100-120℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到物料a;将稻壳粉、壳聚糖和蒸馏水混合均匀,于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,然后加入木素磺酸钠、丙烯酸、丙烯腈、聚乳酸和硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,于65-75℃恒温水浴中以280-320r/min转速搅拌4-6h,然后冷却至室温,抽滤得到沉淀物,接着将沉淀物于45-55℃干燥44-52h,冷却至室温得到改性缓释填料。
