本发明公开了一种提高作物耐寒性的防冻剂的制备方法,包括:步骤(1),备料;步骤(2),将第一、四组物料混合;步骤(3),将第二、三组物料混合;步骤(4),将步骤(2)、(3)所得溶液搅拌均匀,即得所述的提高作物耐寒性的防冻剂。本发明所述的提高作物耐寒性的防冻剂各组分无毒,无害,不污染环境,可直接喷洒于作物表面,使用简便,其制备方法简单,提高作物对低温冻害的抵抗能力,有效防冻期可达20‑30天,能够帮助作物度过抗冻期,延长作物的生长周期,提高作物产量,并延长收获时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物、作物防冻领域,具体涉及一种提高作物耐寒性的防冻剂的制备方法。
背景技术
越冬期气温在0℃以下,植物常会出现细胞受伤或死亡现象。作物的冻害(包括霜冻)是一种严重的自然灾害,它能够在短短的几个小时内毁掉大片农作物,被认为是温带地区作物产量的主要限制因素。因此也有人称之为世界上最具破坏性的非生物病害。
冻害对作物的严重危害已引起了人们的普遍关注,人们一直在探求有效的冻害技术。传统的防冻害措施主要是熏烟、加热、覆盖、电动送热风以及培育抗寒性的品种。但这些方法的投资大、效果很小、耗能多,实施起来成本高,而且效果不好。
自20世纪80年代研究发现冰核细菌(Ice nucleation active bacteria简称INA细菌)以来,国内外研究证明植物上广泛存在冰核活性细菌。主要粮食作物、经济作物、果树蔬菜、园林植物上都有冰核细菌存在。大量实验证明冰核细菌是诱发和加重植物冻害的重要原因,它能在-3℃-4℃以上诱发植物细胞水结冰引起冻害,在相同强度的低温下,冰核细菌密度越大,则植物发生霜冻害的温度越高,受害越严重。相反,没有冰核细菌存在的植物,在-5℃-6℃的低温下也不会发生冻害,证明杀灭冰核细菌可降低植物受害的程度。
CN201310649273.4公开了一种茶树防冻剂及其制备方法,该茶树防冻剂由以下重量配比的原料组成:多效唑0.05~0.15%、苯甲酸钠0.02~0.05%、矿物油5.0~10.0%、乙醇3.0~5.0%和水余量。该防冻剂虽然具有防冻效果,但是防冻有效期较短,且其具备的功能较为单一。因此研究经济有效的防冻害措施已成为农业生产上亟待解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种提高作物耐寒性的防冻剂的制备方法。本发明的防冻剂使用方便,能够大幅降低作物的冻害损失,防冻效果好。
本发明的技术方案如下。
一种提高作物耐寒性的防冻剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
步骤(1),备料,按照重量份数计,
准备第一组物料:聚乙二醇5-10份、液体石蜡1-5份、甘油2-6份;
准备第二组物料:醋酸2-6份、水杨酸2-6份、氨基酸1-3份、柠檬酸1-5份、硬脂酸1-3份;
准备第三组物料:脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠0.1-2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-1份、茶皂素0.1-2份;
准备第四组物料:草甘膦0.01-0.1份、茶多酚0.1-2份、羟乙基纤维素0.1-2份;
步骤(2),将第一组物料混合,并加入与第一组物料相同重量份数的无水乙醇,搅拌均匀,之后加入第四组物料,继续搅拌均匀,加热到40-50℃,保温2h,自然冷却至室温备用;
步骤(3),将第二组物料混合,并加入与第二组物料相同重量份数的无离子水,搅拌均匀,之后加入第三组物料,继续搅拌均匀,备用;
步骤(4),将步骤(2)、(3)所得溶液搅拌均匀,即得所述的提高作物耐寒性的防冻剂。

本发明中,通过配置第一组物料,本发明的防冻剂能够在作物表面形成一层保护膜,隔绝了不必要的冰晶成核因素,提高了防冻能力。通过配置第二组物料,能够杀灭作物表面的微生物,例如,菌类微生物,同样降低了不必要的冰晶成核因素。通过设置第三组物料,复配的表面活性剂使得本发明的防冻剂各组分分散均匀,使用时能够很好的分散在水中,提高了第一组物料成膜的均匀性。通过设置第四组物料,提高了杀灭害虫的效果,提高了作物的成活能力。

准备第四组物料:草甘膦0.01-0.1份、茶多酚0.1-2份、羟乙基纤维素0.1-2份;
步骤(2),将第一组物料混合,并加入与第一组物料相同重量份数的无水乙醇,搅拌均匀,之后加入第四组物料,继续搅拌均匀,加热到40-50℃,保温2h,自然冷却至室温备用;
