本发明公开了一种地榆种植育苗大棚,属于种植领域,包含立柱、钢丝和薄膜,所述立柱呈矩阵排列,立柱隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状,立柱顶部设有顶板,顶板和立柱之间设有所述钢丝的卡槽,钢丝穿过所述卡槽将所述立柱呈网状连接起来,钢丝的两端设有所述配重块,薄膜设于所述钢丝之上。立柱结构简单,造价成本低,方便运输和安装,经钢丝连接成网状,承载力强,不易压塌。立柱隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状便于排水,钢丝两端通过配重块增强平衡,使大棚整体结构牢固,跨度大,便于中药材种植育苗栽培。

技术领域
本发明涉及种植领域,具体为一种地榆种植育苗大棚。
背景技术
大棚种植在蔬菜、花卉及育苗等农业生产活动中得到了大量的应用,其基本结构都采用钢架主体辅以保温塑料薄膜组成,实现全季节种植,进而使传统农业向现代科技农业的转型得以顺利实现。
地榆是蔷薇科地榆属多年生草本植物,纺锤形粗壮跟,短柄小叶,紫红色花瓣,果实包藏萼筒内。别名“黄爪香”、“玉札”、“玉豉”或“酸赭”等。分布在亚洲北温带、广布于欧洲以及中国,生长于海拔30米至3000米的地区,常生于灌丛中、山坡草地、草原、草甸及疏林下,已由人工引种栽培。
地榆性寒,味苦酸,无毒;归肝、肺、肾和大肠经。有凉血止血,清热解毒,培清养阴,消肿敛疮等功效。具有食用和药用价值,一般春夏季采集嫩苗、嫩茎叶或花穗 ,用沸水烫后换清水浸泡 ,去掉苦味,一般用于炒食、做汤和腌菜,也可做色拉,因其具有黄瓜清香,做汤时放几片地榆叶更加鲜美;还可将其浸泡在啤酒或清凉饮料里增加风味。地榆根入药,性微寒、味苦。现代医学研究证明:地榆具有止血凉血、清热解毒 、收敛止泻及抑制多种致病微生物和肿瘤的作用 ,可治疗吐血、血痢、烧灼伤、湿疹、上消化道出血、溃疡病大出血、便血、崩漏、结核性脓疡及慢性骨髓炎等疾病 。
人工培育地榆具有较好的经济价值和社会价值,为提高地榆种植育苗效率,克服苗期生长的季节限制,急需开发地榆种植育苗大棚。以克服蔬菜农业大棚牢固性不佳,承载、抗风、抗压强度不足缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述背景技术缺点,提供一种地榆种植育苗大棚。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种地榆种植育苗大棚,包含配重块、立柱、钢丝和薄膜,所述立柱呈矩阵排列,立柱隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状,立柱顶部设有顶板,所述顶板和立柱之间设有所述钢丝的卡槽,所述钢丝穿过所述卡槽将所述立柱呈网状连接起来,所述钢丝的两端设有所述配重块,所述薄膜设于所述钢丝之上。立柱结构简单,造价成本低,方便运输和安装,经钢丝连接成网状,承载力强,不易压塌。立柱隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状便于排水,钢丝两端通过配重块增强平衡,使大棚整体结构牢固,跨度大,便于中药材种植育苗栽培。
进一步,所述薄膜下设有胶条将所述钢丝粘在其上,使薄膜与钢丝紧密连接在一起。
进一步,所述顶板的面积大于所述立柱的横截面积,防止立柱刺穿薄膜。
进一步,所述立柱为钢管,立柱上设有防腐覆膜,便于生产降低成本,安装运输方便。
进一步,所述卡槽为顶板和立柱之间的多根卡针,可卡住钢丝上下均不能脱出。
采用上述方案的有益效果为:这种地榆种植育苗大棚采用直插式立柱支撑,立柱顶部拉钢丝网形成大棚,其钢管立柱结构简单,造价成本低,方便运输和安装,经钢丝连接成网状,承载力强,不易压塌。立柱隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状便于排水,钢丝两端通过配重块增强平衡,使大棚整体结构牢固,跨度大,便于中药材种植育苗栽培。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例进一步介绍本发明,但本发明不仅限于下述实施例,可以预见本领域技术人员在结合现有技术的情况下,实施情况可能产生种种变化。
如图1-图4, 一种地榆种植育苗大棚,包含配重块1、立柱2、钢丝3和薄膜。采用直插式立柱作为支撑结构,在立柱顶部拉钢丝网,钢丝网上固定薄膜形成大棚。所述立柱2呈矩阵排列,立柱2隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状,立柱2顶部设有顶板21,所述顶板21和立柱2之间设有所述钢丝3的卡槽22,所述钢丝3穿过所述卡槽22将所述立柱2呈网状连接起来,所述钢丝3的两端设有所述配重块1,所述薄膜设于所述钢丝3之上。立柱2结构简单,造价成本低,方便运输和安装,经钢丝3连接成网状,承载力强,不易压塌。立柱2隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状便于排水,钢丝3两端通过配重块1增强平衡,使大棚整体结构牢固,跨度大,便于中药材种植育苗栽培。
所述薄膜下设有胶条4将所述钢丝3粘在其上,使薄膜与钢丝紧密连接在一起。所述顶板21的面积大于所述立柱2的横截面积,防止立柱刺穿薄膜。所述立柱2为钢管,立柱2上设有防腐覆膜,便于生产降低成本,安装运输方便。所述卡槽22为顶板21和立柱2之间的多根卡针,可卡住钢丝上下均不能脱出。
由于钢管立柱2呈均匀分布,通过钢丝网和顶板21承受薄膜向下的压力。钢管立柱2相对普通的混凝土柱子更轻便,材料成本更低,安装、运输和维护都比较方便,顶板21可采用塑料材质,防锈,方便生产套接固定在立柱2上。

1.一种地榆种植育苗大棚,包含配重块(1)、立柱(2)、钢丝(3)和薄膜,其特征是:所述立柱(2)呈矩阵排列,立柱(2)隔排呈高低起伏的破浪形状,立柱(2)顶部设有顶板(21),所述顶板(21)和立柱(2)之间设有所述钢丝(3)的卡槽(22),所述钢丝(3)穿过所述卡槽(22)将所述立柱(2)呈网状连接起来,所述钢丝(3)的两端设有所述配重块(1),所述薄膜设于所述钢丝(3)之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地榆种植育苗大棚,其特征是:所述薄膜下设有胶条(4)将所述钢丝(3)粘在其上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地榆种植育苗大棚,其特征是:所述顶板(21)的面积大于所述立柱(2)的横截面积。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地榆种植育苗大棚,其特征是:所述立柱(2)为钢管,立柱(2)上设有防腐覆膜。
