本发明公开了一种氢镍蓄电池壳体,它包括有长方形蓄电池壳体及其盖板,在蓄电池壳体的面板上靠近四角分别设有一个能与另一个壳体相互插入连接固定的子母扣,在壳体的两个侧面上分别装有相互交错对应的凹板和凸板,在壳体的前后面板上分别均布有突出面板3~5毫米的对接凸块。本发明具有方便多只电池组合,组合后的电池组散热性能好,组合牢固,有效地提高了抗振动和抗冲击性能。

本发明是一种适用于铁路、航空等行业使用的氢镍蓄电池壳体。
背景技术:
目前铁路、航空等行业使用氢镍蓄电池壳体都是由塑料制成长方形光面壳体,存在的主要问题是散热性能差,相互组合时结合松散。稳定性差,在运行中抗冲击、抗振动性能差,存在一定的不安全隐患。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种散热性能好,组装方便稳固、抗冲击和抗振动性能好的氢镍蓄电池壳体。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的。一种氢镍蓄电池壳体,它包括有长方形蓄电池壳体及其盖板,其特征在于:在蓄电池壳体的面板上靠近四角分别设有一个能与另一个壳体相互插入连接固定的子母扣,在壳体的两个侧面上分别装有相互交错对应的凹板和凸板,在壳体的前后面板上分别均布有突出面板3~5毫米的对接凸块。
本发明具有方便多只电池组合,组合后的电池组散热性能好,组合牢固,有效地提高了抗振动和抗冲击性能。

结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括有长方形蓄电池壳体2及其盖板1,主要改进点是在蓄电池壳体的面板上靠近四角分别设有一个能与另一个壳体相互插入连接固定的子母扣3,在壳体的两个侧面上分别装有相互交错对应的凹板5和凸板6,在壳体的前后面板上分别均布有突出面板3~5毫米的对接凸块4。本发明在进行组成电池组时,只要将相邻两个壳体上的前后面板用子母扣连接即可,组成电池组后在两个壳体之间因为有对接凸块相支撑,使两个壳体间保持有一定空间,可有效进行散热,不管单只电池使用,还是组成电池组使用,都能充分散热。所以经过上述改进,具有散热性能好,方便组合和拆卸设计精密度配合,有效地提高抗振动和抗冲击性能。
