Abstract

本发明公开了一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料及应用,由水性树脂、两种阻燃剂、三聚氰胺、改性聚磷酸铵、纳米二氧化硅、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液、分散剂、消泡剂、稳定剂、填料以及水而成,并将其应用到木门的涂饰中去,在环保安全的前提下,有效提高了木质门的阻燃隔热防火性能,大大扩大了木质门在某些对防火要求高的场所的应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及木质门的制备领域,尤其是涉及一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料及应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平不断提高,对木质门从基本的装饰和安全需求逐渐向多功能要求发展,普通木质门针对具体的使用场所还应附加一些特定的功能,由于木门的本质材料都是木头,其防火阻燃性能一般都很差,在发生火灾的时候会增加危险,且隔热性能差。
目前有使用防火性能较好材质的木材进行制作防火门,但是其阻燃隔热性能还是欠佳,且材质的本身成本也较高,在木门表面进行具有阻燃隔热性能的水性涂料的使用将会解决上述问题。
因此,如何寻找一种阻燃隔热性能佳且环保安全的可用于木门的水性涂料,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的木门材料不能满其阻燃隔热的应用需求问题,本发明提出了一种防火阻燃隔热性能俱佳且环保安全的增加木门阻燃性能的涂料及应用。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,以质量计算包括如下份数的制备原料:水性树脂20-40份、聚合物包覆的纳米阻燃剂12-15份、氮系阻燃剂12-15份、三聚氰胺6-10份,改性聚磷酸铵2-5份,纳米二氧化硅1-3份、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1-3份,分散剂2-4份、消泡剂0.5-1份、稳定剂1-2份、填料4-6份、水20-30份。
更进一步的,所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸树脂、水性醇酸树脂中的一种。
更进一步的,所述分散剂为多磷酸钠、润湿分散剂W-519二者质量比为3:1的混合物。
更进一步的,所述消泡剂为消泡剂A34。
更进一步的,所述填料为氧化锌粉、氧化铁红和钛白粉质量比为1:2:1的混合物。
更进一步的,所述稳定剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
本发明还提供了上述一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料的应用,将制备好的水性涂料采用以下步骤对木门进行应用:
(1)首先将木质门白坯面上的尘土、胶迹、油迹清除干净,确保后续工作的进行;
(2)用3%-6%的碳酸钠溶液涂擦木门表面,用热水将表面洗净以去除木材中残留的树脂;
(3)用过氧化氢、冰醋酸、柠檬酸的质量比为2:1:1的混合溶液涂擦木门表面后用清水洗净以进行脱色处理;
(4)对木门表面砂磨填孔填平后进行涂料的涂饰,将上述水性涂料与水以1:1.5的质量比混合均匀后,分三次进行涂饰。第一次是轻刷一层,以打底,待涂膜7-8成干后再进行二次涂饰,二次涂饰比第一次厚重一点,涂膜均匀成型,,待涂膜8-9成干后进行三次补涂,对涂饰过程中的缺陷进行检查修补;
(5)涂层的抛光、干燥:抛光采用机械抛光的方法,干燥采用紫外线干燥方法进行干燥。
更为优选的,所述步骤(1)中胶迹用50-80摄氏度的水润湿后再用铲刀铲除。
更为优选的,所述步骤(1)中油迹用酒精擦除。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料及应用,由水性树脂、两种阻燃剂、三聚氰胺、改性聚磷酸铵、纳米二氧化硅、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液、分散剂、消泡剂、稳定剂、填料以及水而成,并将其应用到木门的涂饰中去,在环保安全的前提下,有效提高了木质门的阻燃隔热防火性能,大大扩大了木质门在某些对防火要求高的场所的应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,以质量计算包括如下份数的制备原料:水性树脂20份、聚合物包覆的纳米阻燃剂12份、氮系阻燃剂12份、三聚氰胺6份,改性聚磷酸铵2份,纳米二氧化硅1份、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1份,分散剂2份、消泡剂0.5份、稳定剂1份、填料4份、水20份。
其中,所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂;分散剂为多磷酸钠、润湿分散剂W-519二者质量比为3:1的混合物;所述消泡剂为消泡剂A34;填料为氧化锌粉、氧化铁红和钛白粉质量比为1:2:1的混合物;所述稳定剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
本发明还提供了上述一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料的应用,将制备好的水性涂料采用以下步骤对木门进行应用:

(4)对木门表面砂磨填孔填平后进行涂料的涂饰,将上述水性涂料与水以1:1.5的质量比混合均匀后,分三次进行涂饰。第一次是轻刷一层,以打底,待涂膜7-8成干后再进行二次涂饰,二次涂饰比第一次厚重一点,涂膜均匀成型,,待涂膜8-9成干后进行三次补涂,对涂饰过程中的缺陷进行检查修补;

其中,所述水性树脂为水性醇酸树脂;分散剂为多磷酸钠、润湿分散剂W-519二者质量比为3:1的混合物;所述消泡剂为消泡剂A34;填料为氧化锌粉、氧化铁红和钛白粉质量比为1:2:1的混合物;所述稳定剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
本发明还提供了上述一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料的应用,将制备好的水性涂料采用以下步骤对木门进行应用:
(1)首先将木质门白坯面上的尘土、胶迹、油迹清除干净,确保后续工作的进行;胶迹用70摄氏度的水润湿后再用铲刀铲除;油迹用酒精擦除;
(2)用5%的碳酸钠溶液涂擦木门表面,用热水将表面洗净以去除木材中残留的树脂;
(3)用过氧化氢、冰醋酸、柠檬酸的质量比为2:1:1的混合溶液涂擦木门表面后用清水洗净以进行脱色处理;
(4)对木门表面砂磨填孔填平后进行涂料的涂饰,将上述水性涂料与水以1:1.5的质量比混合均匀后,分三次进行涂饰。第一次是轻刷一层,以打底,待涂膜7-8成干后再进行二次涂饰,二次涂饰比第一次厚重一点,涂膜均匀成型,,待涂膜8-9成干后进行三次补涂,对涂饰过程中的缺陷进行检查修补;
(5)涂层的抛光、干燥:抛光采用机械抛光的方法,干燥采用紫外线干燥方法进行干燥。
使用实施例1-3的一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料并将其应用到木门的涂饰中去,在环保安全的前提下,有效提高了木质门的阻燃隔热防火性能,大大扩大了木质门在某些对防火要求高的场所的应用。

1.一种增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,其特征在于以质量计算包括如下份数的制备原料:水性树脂20-40份、聚合物包覆的纳米阻燃剂12-15份、氮系阻燃剂12-15份、三聚氰胺6-10份,改性聚磷酸铵2-5份,纳米二氧化硅1-3份、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1-3份,分散剂2-4份、消泡剂0.5-1份、稳定剂1-2份、填料4-6份、水20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,其特征在于:所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸树脂、水性醇酸树脂中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为多磷酸钠、润湿分散剂W-519二者质量比为3:1的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为消泡剂A34。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,其特征在于:所述填料为氧化锌粉、氧化铁红和钛白粉质量比为1:2:1的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的增加木门阻燃性能的涂料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
