Background
In a sewage treatment system, mainly comprising sedimentation, biochemistry, adsorption, neutralization and other processes, sedimentation is an essential sewage purification step for settling and separating sludge with finer particles, a sedimentation tank needs to remove the sludge in time after the sedimentation is finished, particularly a secondary sedimentation tank, otherwise, anaerobic fermentation of organic sediments is easy to occur, so that the quality of the sludge is easy to float up, bad odor is generated, and the water quality is further deteriorated, such as the rising of the solubility BOD value in effluent; lowering the pH value, etc. The sewage discharge period in the sedimentation tank is generally 2 days, and the settled sludge is scraped to a sludge discharge port by a sludge scraper and is directly discharged from the sludge discharge port.
The existing sedimentation tank has the following problems in treating high-concentration heavy metal industrial sewage: 1. the heavy metal content is high, and the sludge scraper is corrosive and easy to corrode and wear on one hand; 2. heavy metals are rich in the settled sludge, and secondary pollution is caused to the soil by directly discharging the sludge; 3. the existing sedimentation tank is not provided with an effective mud scraper, so that the mud scraping effect is poor, the mud scraper does not consider the practical characteristics of the sedimentation tank, and the scraping plate is easy to stir the settled mud during scraping due to the high water content and finer mud in the sedimentation tank, so that the secondary pollution of water quality and serious mud lifting phenomenon are caused; 4. algae are easy to grow in the sedimentation tank, and the growth of algae is unfavorable to water quality.

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the mud scraping device comprises a track, a traveling device, a lifting mechanism and a mud scraping plate, wherein the track is arranged on the side wall of the top of the sedimentation tank, and the traveling device is arranged on the track to realize the traveling of the mud scraping device on the sedimentation tank; the lifting oil cylinder realizes the up-and-down lifting of the lifting bridge and drives the mud scraping plate to lift up and down; the transverse plate of the anti-lifting device can prevent lifting, can intercept lifting sludge generated during scraping of the scraping plate, can realize lifting of the L-shaped anti-lifting plate by the second lifting oil cylinder, can adjust the height of the anti-lifting plate according to the sedimentation thickness of the sludge, and can effectively prevent the sludge from lifting; medicines such as flocculating agent are added in the medicine storage box on the transverse plate, so that heavy metals can be flocculated effectively, and chlorine water can be added to sterilize and remove algae and inhibit the growth of algae effectively.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The sludge is not easy to raise in the sludge scraping process, so that secondary floating diffusion of the sludge is avoided, and secondary pollution of water quality is relieved;
(2) The lifting cylinder is adopted to realize lifting, so that a winch device is avoided, the lifting effect is good, the lifting device is firm and durable, the lifting device is not easy to wear, and the service life is long. The hoisting device used in the prior art adopts ropes to realize lifting, the ropes are easy to break, and the lifting is troublesome, the labor intensity is high, and the mechanical abrasion is high;

In the embodiment, two scraping plates are arranged, and each scraping plate is connected with two fixing rods; and 3 medicine storage boxes are arranged on each scraper. The two scrapers are arranged, so that the load of the scrapers on the fixed rod can be reduced, and the equipment is more stable; the medicine adding box can uniformly add medicines such as flocculating agent and the like into the sedimentation tank.
