Abstract

本发明提供一种螺丝刀,该螺丝刀包括一刀帽、一刀身、多个刀芯及一按钮,该刀身包括一第一端及一第二端,该刀帽固定于该刀身的第一端,该多个刀芯收容于该刀身内并部分外露于该刀身,该按钮设置于该刀身的第二端内并与该多个刀芯的一端相抵触,在对一螺丝进行锁固时,用户可按下该按钮,该多个刀芯中的部分刀芯在按钮推动力的作用下可形成与该螺丝相配合的刀头。本发明提供的螺丝刀可自适应需要锁固的螺丝而形成对应的刀头,从而使用户无需配备多种型号的螺丝刀头,给用户提供了很大的方便。

本发明涉及一种螺丝刀。
背景技术
在日常生活以及工业生产中,通常需使用螺丝刀来进行螺丝的锁固。然而,螺丝的种类及规格较为繁多,用户需要配备多种型号的螺丝刀或螺丝刀头来锁固对应种类或规格的螺丝,从而给用户带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种螺丝刀,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提供一种螺丝刀,该螺丝刀包括一刀帽、一刀身、多个刀芯及一按钮,该刀身包括一第一端及一第二端,该刀帽固定于该刀身的第一端,该多个刀芯收容于该刀身内并部分外露于该刀身,该按钮设置于该刀身的第二端内并与该多个刀芯的一端相抵触,在对一螺丝进行锁固时,用户可按下该按钮,该多个刀芯中的部分刀芯在按钮推动力的作用下可形成与该螺丝相配合的刀头。
本发明提供的螺丝刀可自适应需要锁固的螺丝而形成对应的刀头,从而使用户无需配备多种型号的螺丝刀头,给用户提供了很大的方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参考图1,其示出了本发明一实施方式中的螺丝刀1的整体示意图。该螺丝刀1包括一刀帽10、一刀身20、多个刀芯30及一按钮40。
请一并参考图2及图3,该刀帽10为一中空的椎体。该刀帽10的内表面设置有第一螺纹11。该刀身20为一中空的圆柱体。该刀身20包括一第一端21及一第二端22。该第一端21的外表面设置有与第一螺纹11相配合的第二螺纹210。通过该第一螺纹11与该第二螺纹210的配合,该刀帽10固定在该刀身20的第一端21上。
该多个刀芯30收容于该刀身20内并部分外露于该刀身20。该多个刀芯30在该刀身20的挤压下彼此接触而大致形成一圆柱体。在本实施方式中,该刀身20的第一端21还开设有多个间距相等的通槽211。当该刀帽10与该刀身20互相拧紧后,该多个通槽211受到该刀帽10的挤压,其自身的间距减小而使得该多个刀芯30紧密接触,从而防止该多个刀芯30的位置产生偏移。在本实施方式中,该刀芯30的横截面为正方形。在其他实施方式中,该刀芯30的横截面也可为六边形等其他多边形。
该按钮40设置于该刀身20的第二端22。该按钮40的一端与该多个刀芯30的一端相抵触,另一端外露于该刀身20的第二端22。在本实施方式中,该按钮40为一圆柱体,由弹性材料制成。
如图1所示,在本实施方式中,该刀身20上除该第一端21的部分包裹有一外套50。其中,该外套50由防滑材料制成,从而方便用户握持该刀身20。在其他实施方式中,该刀身20除去该第一端21的部分也可设置螺纹,从而达到防滑的目的。
请参考图4,当使用该螺丝刀1锁固一字型螺丝2时,用户可手动控制该刀芯30与该螺丝2接触。此时,一部分刀芯30对准该螺丝2上的一字型螺丝槽200,另一部分刀芯30与该螺丝2的上表面相抵持。然后按下按钮40,该按钮40可驱动对准该螺丝槽200的一部分刀芯30朝该螺丝槽200的底部移动。此时,该一部分刀芯30伸入该螺丝槽200中形成与该螺丝槽200对应的一字型刀头,从而可方便地对该一字型螺丝2进行锁固。
请参考图5,当使用该螺丝刀1锁固十字型螺丝2时,用户可手动控制该刀芯30与该螺丝2接触。此时,一部分刀芯30对准该螺丝2上的十字型螺丝槽200,另一部分刀芯30与该螺丝2的上表面相抵持。然后按下按钮40,该按钮40可驱动对准该螺丝槽200的一部分刀芯30朝该螺丝槽200的底部移动。此时,该一部分刀芯30伸入该螺丝槽200中形成与该螺丝槽200对应的十字型刀头,从而可方便地对该十字型螺丝2进行锁固。
请参考图6,当使用该螺丝刀1锁固内六角螺丝2时,用户可手动控制该刀芯30与该螺丝2接触。此时,一部分刀芯30对准该螺丝2上的六边形螺丝槽200,另一部分刀芯30与该螺丝2的上表面相抵持。然后按下按钮40,该按钮40可驱动对准该螺丝槽200的一部分刀芯30朝该螺丝槽200的底部移动。此时,该一部分刀芯30伸入该螺丝槽200中形成与该螺丝槽200对应的六边形刀头,从而可方便地对该内六角螺丝2进行锁固。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的实施方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

1.一种螺丝刀,包括一刀帽及一刀身,其特征在于:该刀身包括一第一端及一第二端,该刀帽固定于该刀身的第一端,该螺丝刀还包括多个刀芯及一按钮,该多个刀芯收容于该刀身内并部分外露于该刀身,该按钮设置于该刀身的第二端内并与该多个刀芯的一端相抵触,在对一螺丝进行锁固时,用户可按下该按钮,该多个刀芯中的部分刀芯在按钮推动力的作用下可形成与该螺丝相配合的刀头。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺丝刀,其特征在于:该刀帽为一中空的椎体,该刀帽的内表面设置有第一螺纹。
3.如权利要求2所述的螺丝刀,其特征在于:该刀身为一中空的圆柱体,该刀身的第一端的外表面设置有与第一螺纹相配合的第二螺纹,该刀帽通过该第一螺纹与该第二螺纹的配合而固定于该刀身上。
4.如权利要求1所述的螺丝刀,其特征在于:该刀身的第一端还开设有多个间距相等的通槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的螺丝刀,其特征在于:该按钮为一圆柱体,由弹性材料制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的螺丝刀,其特征在于:该刀身上包裹有一由防滑材料制成的外套。
7.如权利要求1所述的螺丝刀,其特征在于:该刀芯的横截面为正方形或六边形。
