Abstract
The invention discloses a prying-resistant device for financial intelligent equipment, which comprises a front door and a control panel, wherein when the financial intelligent equipment is closed, the front door presses the control panel, the prying-resistant device comprises a gap compensation unit arranged at the joint between the front door and the control panel, and after the financial intelligent equipment is closed, the gap compensation unit can extend into a gap between the front door and the control panel so as to eliminate the rotation allowance of the control panel relative to the front door. Through the pick-proof device, when a fit clearance exists between the front door and the control panel, the clearance between the front door and the control panel is compensated, equipment is prevented from being prized, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of financial intelligent equipment, in particular to financial intelligent equipment and a prying-resistant device thereof.
Background
Most of the existing financial intelligent devices comprise a control panel and a front door below the control panel, and a certain gap may exist between the control panel and the front door after the control panel and the front door are closed. In order to prevent the equipment from being pried open at the gap, locks are generally installed on the control panel and the front door respectively and independently, so that the risk of being pried can be prevented even if a gap exists between the control panel and the front door. This method, although a safety measure, is costly, complicated to operate, and requires simultaneous management of a plurality of keys.
In addition, there are also devices that use associated locks, after closing the front door, by means of which the control panel is pressed so that it cannot be opened, and then by means of which the device is locked on the front door. When the door is locked, a fit gap is easily generated between the front door and the control panel, and the risk of being pried is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a prying-resistant device for financial intelligent equipment, which is used for compensating a clearance between a front door and a control panel when the fit clearance exists between the front door and the control panel, avoiding prying the equipment and eliminating potential safety hazards.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a financial intelligence apparatus to improve security against being prized.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an anti-pry apparatus for a financial-intelligent device including a front door and a control panel, the front door pressing the control panel when the financial-intelligent device is closed, the anti-pry apparatus including a gap compensation unit provided at a junction between the front door and the control panel, the gap compensation unit being capable of extending into a gap between the front door and the control panel after locking the financial-intelligent device to eliminate a rotation margin of the control panel with respect to the front door.
Preferably, the gap compensation unit protrudes into the gap by a length equal to a width of the gap.
Preferably, the gap compensation units are at least two in number and are evenly distributed at the junction.
Preferably, the bottom of the control panel comprises a first horizontal plate and a first vertical plate extending downward from the first horizontal plate, the top of the front door comprises a second horizontal plate below the first horizontal plate and parallel to the first horizontal plate and a second vertical plate extending downward from the second horizontal plate and outside the first vertical plate, the anti-pry device is mounted inside the first vertical plate, a horizontal gap exists between the first horizontal plate and the second horizontal plate, and a vertical gap exists between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate.
Preferably, the clearance compensation unit comprises a screw, a fixing piece fixed on the inner side of the first vertical plate and a protruding block arranged on the head of the screw, the fixing piece is in threaded engagement with the screw to support the screw, and the protruding block can extend into the vertical clearance when the screw is screwed.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a financial intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic diagram of an anti-pry apparatus of the financial intelligent device shown in fig. 1.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an anti-prying apparatus 5 for a financial intelligent device, such as an ATM machine, an automatic terminal service machine, an automatic teller machine, etc., is provided. These devices generally have a control panel 2 at the top and a front door 1 below the control panel 2 for locking the device, the control panel 2 being able to be flipped up through an angle, as indicated by arrow B, for example, about 55 ° and the front door 1 being able to be pivoted laterally to open and close the closed compartment inside the financial intelligence device, as indicated by arrow a. Therefore, a horizontal gap G1 exists between the first horizontal plate 21 and the second horizontal plate 11, and a vertical gap (also referred to as a prying-resistant gap) G2 exists between the first vertical plate 22 and the second vertical plate 12.
The anti-pry device 5 provided by the invention is arranged at the joint between the control panel 2 and the front door 1, namely, at the bottom end of the control panel 2 and the top end of the front door 1. The anti-pry apparatus 5 includes a gap compensation unit at a junction between the front door 1 and the control panel 2, and the gap compensation unit can be inserted into the gap between the front door 1 and the control panel 2 after the front door 1 and the control panel 2 are closed, thereby fixing the position of the control panel 2 with respect to the front door 1 and eliminating a rotation margin of the control panel 2 with respect to the front door 1 due to the gap, that is, the gap can be compensated or "eliminated" to prevent prying the control panel 2 due to an external force.
The gap compensation unit may be provided in plurality at the junction between the front door 1 and the control panel 2, and may be uniformly distributed, and the specific number may be determined according to the size of the gap or the size of the financial intelligent device. In addition, the length of the portion of the gap compensation unit protruding into the gap may be equal to the width of the gap, so that the gap and the rotation margin of the control panel 2 can be completely "eliminated" to completely fix the position of the control panel 2.
The specific position of the gap into which the gap compensation unit extends may be determined according to the specific structure of the financial intelligence apparatus as long as the control panel 2 can be prevented from rotating relative to the front door 1 under the external force. For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the gap compensation unit may be inserted into the vertical gap G2, and in the following embodiment, the vertical gap G2 is exemplified for explanation.
Specifically, the backlash compensation unit may include a fixing member 52, a screw 53, and a protrusion 51 provided at a head of the screw 53. The projection 51 may be circular in cross-section and may have a diameter greater than that of the screw 53 to facilitate rotational advancement when the screw 53 is screwed. When the screw 53 is screwed, the projection 51 can move forward to project into the vertical gap G2. The clearance compensation unit may further comprise a fixing member 52, which fixing member 52 is immobile relative to the control panel 2, or may also be fixed to the control panel 2, for example to the inner side of the first vertical plate 22, in particular may be glued or welded together. The fixing member 52 is threadedly engaged with the screw 53, so that the screw 53 can be supported and moved back and forth by the threaded connection of the screw 53 and the screw, thereby moving the protrusion 51.
A stepped through hole having a large hole portion adjacent to the first vertical plate 22 and shaped to accommodate the projection 51 and a small hole portion having a length greater than that of the projection 51 to allow the projection 51 to have a movement margin for retraction may be formed at the fixing member 52. The small hole portion extending from the large hole portion is provided with an internal thread to engage with the screw 63. In addition, an opening 23 is also provided on the first vertical plate 22 to allow the protrusion 51 to protrude into the vertical gap G2.
After the projection 51 has been inserted into the vertical gap G2, the outer side of the projection 51 can abut against the second vertical plate 12 of the front door 1, thereby compensating or "eliminating" the gap. The outer side surface of the projection 51 may be a flat surface so that a sufficiently large contact area between the projection 51 and the second vertical plate 12 can be ensured. When the projection 51 abuts against the second vertical plate 12, even when an external force acts on the control panel 2 to try to pry open the control panel 2, the control panel 2 can be secured from moving by the force between the projection 51 and the second vertical plate 12.
Thus, the horizontal gap G1 may also be constrained from varying in size due to external prying forces, with the vertical gap G2 compensated or "eliminated".
In addition, since there may be a large force between the boss 51 and the second vertical plate 12 of the front door 1, in order to avoid damage to the second vertical plate 12 by the boss 51, the boss 51 may be made of a material having a certain elasticity, for example, a rubber material.
It should be noted that the gap compensation unit may have other structures than the above-described specific form as long as it can be inserted into the vertical gap G2. For example, a push rod and a limiting member for fixing the push rod may also be adopted, the push rod may pass through the fixing member and the first vertical plate 22, and after the push rod abuts against the second vertical plate 12, the position of the push rod is positioned by the limiting member, so as to prevent the push rod from moving back and forth, and keep the push rod at the extended position.
When the financial intelligent equipment needs to be locked, the control panel 2 and the front door 1 can be closed firstly, then the anti-prying device can be operated through the rear door of the financial intelligent equipment, and particularly, the screw 53 can be screwed forwards until the lug 51 abuts against the second vertical plate 12 and the screw 53 can not advance any more, and finally the rear door is closed.

Claims (7)
1. An anti-pry apparatus for a financial-intelligent device, the financial-intelligent device including a front door and a control panel, the front door pressing against the control panel when the financial-intelligent device is closed, the anti-pry apparatus comprising a gap compensation unit provided at a junction between the front door and the control panel, the gap compensation unit being capable of extending into a gap between the front door and the control panel after locking the financial-intelligent device to eliminate a rotation margin of the control panel relative to the front door;
the bottom of the control panel comprises a first horizontal plate and a first vertical plate extending downwards from the first horizontal plate, the top of the front door comprises a second horizontal plate which is positioned below the first horizontal plate and is parallel to the first horizontal plate and a second vertical plate which extends downwards from the second horizontal plate and is positioned outside the first vertical plate, the anti-prying device is installed on the inner side of the first vertical plate, a horizontal gap exists between the first horizontal plate and the second horizontal plate, and a vertical gap exists between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate;
the clearance compensation unit comprises a screw, a fixing piece fixed on the inner side of the first vertical plate and a protruding block arranged at the head of the screw, the fixing piece is in threaded engagement with the screw to support the screw, and the protruding block can extend into the vertical clearance when the screw is screwed;
the outer side face of the protruding block is a plane, when the financial intelligent device is locked, the outer side face of the protruding block abuts against the second vertical plate, and the size of the horizontal gap is restrained to be unchanged.
2. The anti-pry apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said gap compensation element extends into said gap by a length equal to a width of said gap.
3. An anti-pry apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said gap-compensating elements are at least two in number and are uniformly distributed at the juncture.
4. The anti-pry apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said tabs are rubber blocks.

The anti-pry apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said fastener has a stepped through bore, a small bore portion of said stepped through bore being in threaded engagement with said threaded rod, said tab being disposed in a large bore portion of said stepped through bore, and said first vertical plate having an opening formed therein to allow said tab to extend into said vertical gap.
6. The anti-pry apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said first vertical plate has a length greater than a length of said second vertical plate.
7. Financial intelligent equipment comprising a front door and a control panel, characterized in that the anti-pry device according to any one of claims 1 to 6 is arranged at the junction of the front door and the control panel.
