本发明关于一种抗冻弹性管道,其包括有:弹簧钢圈、弹性管道组成,其特征在于:所述弹性软管穿入弹簧钢圈内,弹簧钢圈附在弹性软管外部可随弹性软管的膨胀而变动。本发明制作简单、安装方便、性能优良,采用橡塑材料合成后制成的管道,能承受设计的压力而不变形,超出设计的压力变形后还能恢复原来的形状,而不会胀裂。整个结构合理,便于推广。

本发明涉及一种日常生活水路设施用品,尤其是能有效抗冻裂的一种管道。
背景技术
目前,在现有技术中,由于没有方便适用的抗冻管道的日常生活设施用品,每当天寒地冻时节,往往造成管道内水结冰膨胀后将管道胀裂的损失,因为水结成冰后体积会增大原来的十一分之一倍,待气温上升后冰又化成水,水就会从裂缝中喷出,严重影响人们用水等生活物资的正常供应,而且也会对自己及他人造成严重的损失。
发明内容:
为了克服现有技术中没有方便适用的抗冻管道日常生活设施用品的不足,本发明提供一种抗冻管道。不仅能有效预防管道结冰被冻裂,而且还有利于节能环保和节省人力物力,确保管道的正常使用。本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
将现有的橡胶及塑料加入制管机,加工出带有弹性的软管,再将软管套上弹簧钢圈,制成的弹性管道能承受压力5公斤不变型,当水在弹性管道内结成冰后,其体积膨胀增加原来的十一分之一倍后,弹性管道能够鼓起来,当冰化成水后,弹性管道又能恢复不影响管道的正常使用,根据水压力的要求可调节橡塑合成材料来制成管道,从而达到抗冻的目的。
本发明是这样实现的:一种抗冻管道,其包括有:弹簧钢圈、弹性管道组成,其特征在于:所述弹性管道穿入弹簧钢圈内,弹簧钢圈附在弹性管道外部可随弹性管道的膨胀而变动。
本发明的优点是制作简单、安装方便、性能优良,采用橡塑材料合成后制成的管道,能承受设计的压力而不变形,超出设计的压力变形后还能恢复原来的形状,而不会胀裂。整个结构合理,便于推广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步详细说明实施方式和工作原理:
参见附图:弹性管道1穿入弹簧钢圈2内,本实施例将弹性管道的硬度设计在60度,当水压大于5公斤每平方厘米时(正常自来水压力小于等于3.5公斤每平方厘米),弹性管道1才会胀鼓起来,这时会受到弹簧钢圈2的限止,弹性管道1不会无限胀起而损坏,此弹性管道1可在自来水压力下正常使用,如果遇到天气低于零下的温度,不需要对弹性管道进行保温,弹性管道内的水会结冰,水结成冰后体积会增大原来的十一分之一倍,因此弹性管道1会鼓起来,从而弹性管道1不会被冻坏,当气温回升后,水会化成冰,弹性管道1会自然恢复原来的形状,可正常使用。
