At the moment, the gas discharged from the holes is not filtered, the color of the gas is changed from white to black, an alarm effect is achieved, the DPF carrier is required to be taken down, and the carbon ash in the DPF carrier is cleaned by a manual method.
The design principle of the product is that a small section of through area is arranged at the center of one end of a DPF carrier of the purifier product, a mechanical safety valve sealing component which can be lifted is arranged on the surface of the DPF carrier, when the back pressure in the exhaust gas is low, the safety valve is closed, thus forming a high filtering effect, and the general filtering effect is higher than 90-95%; when the PM particle size of the accumulation exceeds the purifier design value (i.e., the carbon loading), the exhaust back pressure exceeds the predetermined pressure of the safety valve, the valve is forced to open, and the high-pressure soot gas is directly discharged out of the purifier, thereby avoiding damage to the purifier and the engine body. After seeing black smoke, a driver can choose to continue working, and the purifier is cleaned in a pumping time, so that the purifier and an engine cannot be damaged even if the purifier cannot be cleaned in time (the disadvantage which is not solved in the current similar market products). In addition, the black smoke driver can see that the black smoke driver is cleaned immediately so as to restore the filtering effect of the purifier.
