本发明涉及一种冷制皂,尤其是涉及一种纯植物油冷制皂的生产和制备方法。
背景技术
提取物和配方的更好相容性,如何更好地将提取物应用于配方,做到有效成分的最大应用。有些提取液和配方无法相容,还有提取物的纯度来源方面,提取物在配方中的变色、变味、产品稳定性、包材相容性、有效成分和配方的协调功效方面是现在存在的主要缺陷。

一种纯植物油冷制皂的生产和制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:油橄榄(OLEAEUROPAEA)果油25-40份、牛油果树(BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII)果脂油10-20份、氢化椰子油20-30份、氢化棕榈油20-40份、甜杏仁油10-20份、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花油5-10份、氢化小麦胚芽油5-10份、水25-40份、生育酚0.1-0.5份、氢氧化钠3-8份、尿囊素0.1-0.5份、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花0.1-0.5份、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物5-10份、玫瑰草(CYMBOPOGONMARTINI)油2-5份、玫瑰花粉0.5-1份。
进一步地,所述玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物的质量浓度5-10份。
进一步地,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方量将各原料混合,搅拌均匀;
(2)将搅拌均匀的料体倒入模具中,再将模具放入恒温抽湿房自然皂化3-5天,然后取出脱模;
(3)脱模后将皂存放在恒温抽湿房中,缓慢皂化15-20天,制得所述一种纯植物油冷制皂成品。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中自然皂化的时间为5-8天。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中自然皂化的时间为20-25天。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明主要从提取物的功效上来体现要达到的效果,并且和配方的完美配伍,来达到对皮肤保湿、滋润对皮肤全面呵护的效果。

实施例3:包括如下重量份的原料:油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油35份、牛油果树(BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII)果脂油20份、氢化椰子油28份、氢化棕榈油32份、甜杏仁油16份、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花油10份、氢化小麦胚芽油8份、水35份、生育酚0.5份、氢氧化钠5份、尿囊素0.3份、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花0.5份、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物7份、玫瑰草(CYMBOPOGON MARTINI)油份、玫瑰花粉1份。
其中,所述玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物的质量浓度5-10份。
其中,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方量将各原料混合,搅拌均匀;
(2)将搅拌均匀的料体倒入模具中,再将模具放入恒温抽湿房自然皂化3-5天,然后取出脱模;
(3)脱模后将皂存放在恒温抽湿房中,缓慢皂化15-20天,制得所述一种纯植物油冷制皂成品。
其中,所述步骤(2)中自然皂化的时间为5-8天。
其中,所述步骤(3)中自然皂化的时间为20-25天。

3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种纯植物油冷制皂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量将各原料混合,搅拌均匀;
2)将搅拌均匀的料体倒入模具中,再将模具放入恒温抽湿房自然皂化3-5天,然后取出脱模;
3)脱模后将皂存放在恒温抽湿房中,缓慢皂化15-20天,制得所述一种纯植物油冷制皂成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纯植物油冷制皂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中自然皂化的时间为5-8天。
