一种具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品包装薄膜是用来包裹在食品表面,主要用以隔离分解微生物细菌和外来污染物的进入,防止食品变质或延长变质时间的高聚物材料。近年来,食品塑料包装材料逐步向高阻隔、无毒、抗老化、高强度、共挤膜、复合膜、环保型方向发展,如目前在国内用量最大的食品复合包装膜,采用bopp膜和pp膜复合而成。然而,由于bopp膜和pp膜本身存在着的微量透气性和透水性,对于存放时间较长的食品,有很大隐患,容易使之受到霉菌和微生物的侵蚀,难以满足保质、保鲜、保存时间长等多种功能的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种同时具有良好保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜,以及它的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)按重量计,分别称取聚偏二氯乙烯40-50份、茂金属聚乙烯10-20份、抗静电剂0.1-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.1-2份、防雾剂0.1-0.5份、紫外线吸收剂0-0.5份作为第一阻隔层原料;
(2)按重量计,分别称取丙烯-聚丙烯共聚物40-50份、茂金属聚乙烯10-20份、贝壳粉5-15份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.1-2份、乙酰柠檬酸和/或环氧化植物油1-5份作为保鲜层原料;
(3)按重量计,分别称取乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物40-50份、高密度聚乙烯30-40份、引发剂0.1-0.5份、防雾剂0.1-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.1-2份作为第二阻隔层原料;
(4)将各层原料分别混合均匀后,加入对应的料斗,经多层共挤出机熔融挤出,然后依次进入环形共挤模头形成三层薄膜挤出,冷却后通过薄膜旋转牵引装置,将薄膜经空转导辊引至收卷机制得具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物中乙烯的含量为25-35%,所述的乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物的分子量为4000-6000。
进一步的,步骤(1)(2)中所述茂金属聚乙烯为茂金属聚乙烯1018HA、茂金属聚乙烯1018CA、茂金属聚乙烯1018D、茂金属聚乙烯1018LA、茂金属聚乙烯1018FA中的任意一种。
进一步的,步骤(1)、(3)中所述防雾剂为甘油单篦麻醇酸酯或山梨糖醇酐单酸酯;所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化烷基胺;抗氧化剂为茶多酚棕榈酸酯;紫外线吸收剂为六甲基磷酰三胺。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述丙烯-聚丙烯共聚物的分子量为8000-10000。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述引发剂选自过氧化二叔丁基、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、叔丁基过氧化氢中的任意一种。
进一步的,步骤(4)中三层薄膜的复合顺序为:第一次阻隔层、保鲜层、第二阻隔层。
本发明的一种具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜,由上述的制备方法所制备。
本发明的特点
本发明设计三层不同的材料组成的利用多层共挤出机得到食品包装膜。本发明的膜包括两层阻隔层,分别由聚偏二氯乙烯以及乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物组成,特别是在第三层在制备时聚合物进一步聚合能显著的提高包装膜的强度和韧性,改膜克服了传统bopp膜和pp膜存在的微量透气性和透水性缺点;此外在保鲜膜处于中间层,在使用时能缓慢的释放乙酰柠檬酸和/或环氧化植物油中的抗氧化自由基,显著的加强保鲜功能。
具体实施方式
以下通过5个实施例来进一步公开本发明。
实施例1
(1)按重量计,分别称取聚偏二氯乙烯45份、茂金属聚乙烯1018HA 15份、乙氧基化烷基胺0.2份、茶多酚棕榈酸酯1份、甘油单篦麻醇酸酯或0.3份、六甲基磷酰三胺0.2份作为第一阻隔层原料备用;(2)按重量计,分别称取分子量为8000-10000的丙烯-聚丙烯共聚物45份、茂金属聚乙烯1018HA 15份、贝壳粉10份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯1份、乙酰柠檬酸2份作为保鲜层原料备用;(3)重量计,分别称取乙烯的含量为30%的乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物45份、高密度聚乙烯35份、过氧化二叔丁基0.2份、甘油单篦麻醇酸酯0.3份、茶多酚棕榈酸酯1份作为第二阻隔层原料备用:(4)将各层原料分别混合均匀,加入对应的料斗,经多层共挤出机熔融挤出,然后依次进入环形共挤模头形成五层薄膜挤出,冷却后通过薄膜旋转牵引装置,将薄膜经空转导辊引至收卷机,得具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜。
实施例2

(1)按重量计,分别称取聚偏二氯乙烯50份、茂金属聚乙烯1018LA 10份、乙氧基化烷基胺0.5份、茶多酚棕榈酸酯0.1份、山梨糖醇酐单酸酯0.5份作为第一阻隔层原料备用;(2)按重量计,分别称取分子量为8000-10000的丙烯-聚丙烯共聚物50份、茂金属聚乙烯1018LA 10份、贝壳粉15份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.1份、环氧化植物油5份作为保鲜层原料备用;(3)重量计,分别称取乙烯的含量为30%的乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物50份、高密度聚乙烯30份、过氧化二叔丁基0.5份、山梨糖醇酐单酸酯0.1份、茶多酚棕榈酸酯2份作为第二阻隔层原料备用;(4)将各层原料分别混合均匀,加入对应的料斗,经多层共挤出机熔融挤出,然后依次进入环形共挤模头形成五层薄膜挤出,冷却后通过薄膜旋转牵引装置,将薄膜经空转导辊引至收卷机,得具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜。
实施例5
(1)按重量计,分别称取聚偏二氯乙烯42份、茂金属聚乙烯1018FA 16份、乙氧基化烷基胺0.2份、茶多酚棕榈酸酯1份、山梨糖醇酐单酸酯0.4份、六甲基磷酰三胺0.2份作为第一阻隔层原料备用;(2)按重量计,分别称取分子量为8000-10000的丙烯-聚丙烯共聚物46份、茂金属聚乙烯1018FA 14份、贝壳粉10份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.5份、乙酰柠檬酸1份、环氧化植物油1份作为保鲜层原料备用;(3)重量计,分别称取乙烯的含量为28%的乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物45份、高密度聚乙烯35份、叔丁基过氧化氢0.2份、山梨糖醇酐单酸酯0.3份、茶多酚棕榈酸酯1.5份作为第二阻隔层原料备用;(4)将各层原料分别混合均匀,加入对应的料斗,经多层共挤出机熔融挤出,然后依次进入环形共挤模头形成五层薄膜挤出,冷却后通过薄膜旋转牵引装置,将薄膜经空转导辊引至收卷机,得具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)按重量计,分别称取聚偏二氯乙烯40-50份、茂金属聚乙烯10-20份、抗静电剂0.1-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.1-2份、防雾剂0.1-0.5份、紫外线吸收剂0-0.5份作为第一阻隔层原料;
(2)按重量计,分别称取丙烯-聚丙烯共聚物40-50份、茂金属聚乙烯10-20份、贝壳粉5-15份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.1-2份、乙酰柠檬酸和/或环氧化植物油1-5份作为保鲜层原料;
(3)按重量计,分别称取乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物40-50份、高密度聚乙烯30-40份、引发剂0.1-0.5份、防雾剂0.1-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.1-2份作为第二阻隔层原料;
(4)将各层原料分别混合均匀后,加入对应的料斗,经多层共挤出机熔融挤出,然后依次进入环形共挤模头形成三层薄膜挤出,冷却后通过薄膜旋转牵引装置,将薄膜经空转导辊引至收卷机制得具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中,所述乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物中乙烯的含量为25-35%,所述的乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物的分子量为4000-6000。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)(2)中所述茂金属聚乙烯为茂金属聚乙烯1018HA、茂金属聚乙烯1018CA、茂金属聚乙烯1018D、茂金属聚乙烯1018LA、茂金属聚乙烯1018FA中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)、(3)中所述防雾剂为甘油单篦麻醇酸酯或山梨糖醇酐单酸酯;所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化烷基胺;抗氧化剂为茶多酚棕榈酸酯;紫外线吸收剂为六甲基磷酰三胺。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中所述丙烯-聚丙烯共聚物的分子量为8000-10000。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)中所述引发剂选自过氧化二叔丁基、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、叔丁基过氧化氢中的任意一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(4)中三层薄膜的复合顺序为:第一次阻隔层、保鲜层、第二阻隔层。
8.一种具有保鲜及气密性功能的食品包装膜,其特征在于,由上述权利要求1至7中任意一项的制备方法所制备。
