本发明提供一种改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,它是女贞子、丹皮、山萸、山药、阳起石、附子、茯苓、甘草、维生素E为9种成分为原料,经混合、超微粉碎、搅拌均匀、分装制得。组方中各原料的重量配比范围为:女贞子440~460份、丹皮40~60份、山萸20~30份、山药10~20份、阳起石10~20份、附子40~60份、茯苓10~20份、甘草8~12份、维生素E 1~3份,成品粒度直径小于10μm(即300目以上)。本发明的产品安全度高,使用成本低,适口性较好,按照2‰添加于公猪日粮中,可显著延长公猪射精的持续时间,提高公猪精子的密度和活力,是一种理想的提高公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,属于饲料添加剂领域。
背景技术
俗话说“母猪好了好一窝,公猪好了好一坡”。可见,公猪的繁殖性能是多么的重要。在养殖场饲养种公猪的目的是要其有健康的体魄、旺盛的性欲和良好的配种能力,并且能产出数量多、密度大、品质好的精液。而当前集约化猪场所饲养的外国公猪由于饲养环境,饲料营养等因素导致繁殖性能下降,已成为发展养猪业尚待解决的瓶颈,因而研究开发改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂具有重要的实践意义。
本发明的研制目的是采用现代饲料添加剂加工工艺,以女贞子、丹皮、山萸、山药、阳起石、附子、茯苓、甘草、维生素E为原料,通过动物营养学和药理学的研究方法,经合理组方形成的新型饲料添加剂,以创造出具有自主知识产权的无公害饲料添加剂新产品及配套技术,为促进畜禽养殖业的发展及生产无公害畜产品服务。
本发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂由女贞子、丹皮、山萸、山药、阳起石、附子、茯苓、甘草、维生素E 9种成分为原料制备而成,原药材的重量配比范围为:女贞子440~460份、丹皮40~60份、山萸20~30份、山药10~20份、阳起石10~20份、附子40~60份、茯苓10~20份、甘草8~12份、维生素E 1~3份;其制作工艺为:原料经混合、超微粉碎、搅拌均匀、分装,制得饲料添加剂。其常用重量配比为:女贞子450份、丹皮50份、山萸25份、山药15份、阳起石15份、附子50份、茯苓15份、甘草10份、维生素E 2份。
本发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂各原药材的药理及其应用如下:
女贞子:为木犀科植物女贞的干燥成熟果实。具有补肝肾,强腰膝的功效。《本草再新》记载女贞子"养阴益肾,补气舒肝。治腰腿疼,通经和血。"
丹皮:为本品为毛茛科植物牡丹的干燥根皮。性味归经:苦、辛,微寒。功效:清热凉血,活血化瘀。
山萸:双子叶植物药山茱萸科植物山茱萸的干燥成熟果肉。功效:补益肝肾,涩精止汗,用于肝肾不足之腰酸遗精以及尿频、自汗等症。
山药:多年生草本植物,茎蔓生,常带紫色,块根圆柱形,叶子对生,卵形或椭圆形,花乳白色,雌雄异株。性味归经:味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。功效:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。
阳起石:为硅酸盐类矿物,它是闪石系列中的一员。性味归经:温、咸、归肾经。功效:温肾壮阳。
附子:本品为毛茛科植物乌头的子根的加工品。性味辛、甘,大热;有毒。功效:回阳救逆,补火助阳,逐风寒湿邪。用于亡阳虚脱,肢冷脉微,阳萎,宫冷,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,阴寒水肿,阳虚外感,寒湿痹痛。
茯苓:为寄生在松树根上的菌类植物,外皮黑褐色,里面白色或粉红色。性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。
甘草:为豆科植物甘草、光果甘草、胀果甘草的根及根茎。功效:益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒,调和诸药。
维生素E:亦称维他命E,又名生育酚或产妊酚。维生素E缺乏时,公猪睾丸萎缩不产生精子,因此公猪饲料中需有足够的维生素E。
本发明兼顾了气、血、水,具有补血,收敛滋润作用。丹皮补血、女贞子解血热、润血燥,丹皮治下焦务瘀,茯苓利尿,并抑制下焦之气上逆,增强利尿作用,山药治虚热,补精气,润腹肌,附子、阳起石具有温阳,防止精气脱遗,山萸为补阴药,甘草调和诸药,维生素E促进精子的生长。
本发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂原料采用超微粉碎技术,成品的粒度直径小于10μm(即300目以上),以提高动物机体对药物的吸收率。该发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂的添加比例为2‰。为考察该产品的安全性,我们委托了南京农业大学毒理与药理教研室进行了该产品的口服急性毒性及亚慢性毒性试验,通过测定半数致死量、最大耐受剂量及全部致死量等指标,结果表明了该发明的饲料添加剂无急性及亚慢性毒性,是一种安全的制剂。
本发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂具有以下优点:(1)产品为原料经超微粉碎制得,有利于公猪对产品有效成分的最大程度吸收;(2)添加量小,仅为2‰,使用方便且应用成本低;(3)能显著延长公猪的射精持续时间,增加公猪的精液量,改进公猪的精液品质,从而改进公猪的繁殖性能;(4)产品的安全性高,长期应用无毒副作用;(5)适口性好,对公猪的采食量不会产生影响;(6)本发明组方合理,效果显著。
具体实施方式:
以下是本发明的实施例,本发明的实际使用并不局限于实施例。
实施例1:
采用本发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂的制备方法制备该饲料添加剂,共取原料57.9kg,各原料的重量分别为:女贞子44kg、丹皮4kg、山萸2kg、山药1kg、阳起石1kg、附子4kg、茯苓1kg、甘草0.8kg、维生素E 0.1kg。上述成分经混合、超微粉碎、搅拌均匀、分装制得该饲料添加剂成品,成品粒度直径小于10μm(即300目以上)。
将应用以上方法制备的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,公司于镇江某大型种猪场进行了公猪的饲喂试验。选取了临床健康、体质基本一致的正在使用的杜洛克公猪12头,随机分2组,每组2个重复,一组为对照组、一组2‰添加本发明的饲料添加剂作为试验组,每个重复组各3头,试验公猪饲养在同一栋公猪舍,环境条件完全相同的情况下进行试验,试验期为90天。经过统计分析,2‰添加剂试验组的公猪射精持续时间与对照组相比提高了7.26%,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05);平均每次采精量:2‰添加剂试验组为267ml,对照组为236ml,试验组比对照组多31ml,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05);精子密度:2‰添加剂试验组为4.13×108/ml,对照组为3.67×108/ml,试验组比对照组多0.46×108/ml;精子活力:2‰添加剂试验组比对照组提高10.78%,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,2‰添加剂试验组起到了很好的效果。
实施例2:
采用本发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂的制备方法制备该饲料添加剂,共取原料63.2kg,各原料的重量分别为:女贞子45kg、丹皮5kg、山萸2.5kg、山药1.5kg、阳起石1.5kg、附子5kg、茯苓1.5kg、甘草1kg、维生素E 0.2kg。上述成分经混合、超微粉碎、搅拌均匀、分装制得该饲料添加剂成品,成品粒度直径小于10μm(即300目以上)。
将应用以上方法制备的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,公司于江苏盐城某大型种猪场进行了公猪的饲喂试验。选取了临床健康、体质基本一致的正在使用的杜洛克公猪40头,随机分2组,每组2个重复,一组为对照组、一组为2‰添加剂试验组,每个重复组各10头,试验公猪饲养在同一栋公猪舍,环境条件完全相同的情况下进行试验,试验期为90天。经过统计分析,2‰添加剂试验组的公猪射精持续时间与对照组相比提高了4.69%,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05);平均每次采精量:2‰添加剂试验组为246ml,对照组为212ml,试验组比对照组多34ml;精子密度方面:2‰添加剂试验组为3.90×108/ml,对照组为3.37×108/ml,试验组比对照组多0.53×108/ml;精子活力方面:2‰添加剂试验组比对照组提高5.13%,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,2‰添加剂试验组均起到了很好的效果。
实施例3:
采用本发明的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂的制备方法制备该饲料添加剂,共取原料68.5kg,各原料的重量分别为:女贞子46kg、丹皮6kg、山萸3kg、山药2kg、阳起石2kg、附子6kg、茯苓2kg、甘草1.2kg、维生素E 0.3kg。上述成分混合、超微粉碎、搅拌均匀、分装制得该饲料添加剂成品,成品粒度直径小于10μm(即300目以上)。
将应用以上方法制备的改进公猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,公司于江苏东台某大型种猪场进行了公猪的饲喂试验。选取了临床健康、体质基本一致的正在使用的杜洛克公猪64头,随机分2组,每组4个重复,一组为对照组、一组为2‰添加剂试验组,每个重复组各8头,试验公猪饲养在同一栋公猪舍,环境条件完全相同的情况下进行试验,试验期为65天。经过统计分析,2‰添加剂试验组的公猪射精持续时间与对照组相比提高了9.32%,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05);平均每次采精量方面:2‰添加剂试验组为297ml,对照组为236ml,试验组比对照组多61ml,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05);精子密度方面:2‰添加剂试验组为4.71×108/ml,对照组为3.32×108/ml,试验组比对照组多1.39×108/ml,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05);精子活力方面:2‰添加剂试验组比对照组提高7.91%,经生物统计差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,2‰添加剂试验组显著提高了公猪的繁殖性能。
