Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于工件的加工的刷光装置,其包含成束的纤维杆和保护套管,纤维杆被彼此平行地布置,保护套管包围纤维杆并且相对于纤维杆可轴向调节。
背景技术
特别地,在机床上使用这种类型的刷光装置以便碾磨、抛光或者清洁工件的表面以及清理毛刺或者磨圆工件的边缘。在所述加工操作期间,可以包括例如陶瓷材料的纤维杆遭受磨损和破损。因此纤维杆的自由端部突出超过保护套管的程度必须被周期性地重新调节。在已知的刷光装置中,承载纤维杆的保持器具有锁紧螺钉,其穿过保护套管中纵向狭槽而伸出。为了所述程度的重新调节,锁紧螺钉被拧松,保护套管被轴向移位一定的量,并且然后锁紧螺钉被再次拧紧。对于每一次重新调节操作,这都需要与机器的停机相关联的手动干预。
文献WO2015/178273A1描述了一种刷光装置,具有保护套管和纤维杆的相对位置的机械的重新调节。这通过被连接到纤维杆和保护套管的螺母-轴杆组合来实现。为了重新调节,螺母和轴杆必须相对于彼此旋转,这通过刷光装置的相对复杂的设计来实现,而且,该设计使得实际上不可能使用用于刷光装置的标准工具夹持装置。
发明内容
由该现有技术出发,本发明的目的在于消除公知的现有技术中的缺点并且提出一种刷光装置,其具有简单的结构且易于操作,并且在不需要相对于彼此可旋转的零件的情形下进行实施。
根据本发明,该目的由专利权利要求1的特征部分中限定的特征来实现。
夹持机构使得能除去非刚性连接并且能够以简单的方式进行调节。

具体实施方式
刷光装置包括成束的纤维杆1,其被固定在保持器9中。这里,纤维杆1被保护套管2包围,其中它们的自由端部从保护套管2突出一定量。保持器9被连接到轴12上,该轴的一部分被引导管4围绕。在与纤维杆相反的端部处,刷光装置被连接到HSK(空心短锥柄)类型的标准工具夹持装置10上。为了将扭矩从工具夹持装置10传递到包含纤维杆1的保持器9,提供了销14,当轴向负载被施加到纤维杆1时,该销14使得其能够产生对弹簧13的力的抗衡。在背离纤维杆1的暴露端部面向的端部处,保护套管2被连接到壳体8,在该壳体中容纳夹持锥3,该夹持锥轴向可调节地抗衡弹簧11的力并且将保护套管2非刚性地连接到引导管4。这里,夹持锥3有利地被分成例如围绕引导管4布置的四个部分。
为了加工工件的表面,例如涡轮叶片,刷光装置被夹持在机床的工具轴中并且绕着它的纵向轴线15旋转。在与工件接触后,纤维杆1遭受磨损,该磨损不时地通过增加到纤维杆1突出超过保护套管所需量的程度而进行补偿。为此目的,工具轴与刷光装置一起相对于固定的逆向轴承7被移动并且沿纵向轴线的方向前进直到设置在刷光装置上的压紧螺栓5支撑抵靠在逆向轴承的定位表面6上为止。因此与压紧螺栓5接触的夹持锥3被阻止继续跟随工具轴的轴向移动。在工具轴进一步前进时,壳体8与保护套管2一起仍跟随该移动较小的量,其中壳体8相对于夹持锥3移位,由此降低其夹持力,并且因此放松了引导管4和保护套管2布置于其上的壳体8之间的非刚性连接。工具夹持装置10、引导管4、轴12、保持器9和纤维杆1的组合现在能够进一步跟随工具轴的轴向移动,由此纤维杆1的自由端部和保护套管2的自由端部之间的距离增加了。
当工具轴向后移动时,压紧螺栓5被卸载并且弹簧11将夹持锥3压入其夹持位置中,在该位置其阻止引导管4在保护套管2中的轴向移位。
通过设置在机床上的测量装置,例如激光测量装置,能够以简单的方式来确定纤维杆1的自由端部突出超过保护套管2的自由端部的量。一旦该量下降到预定值以下,就启动所描述的重新调节。

Claims (8)
1.用于工件的加工的刷光装置,其包含成束的纤维杆(1)和保护套管(2),所述保护套管(2)包围所述纤维杆并且相对于所述纤维杆(1)能轴向调节,其特征在于,所述刷光装置具有以非刚性锁定方式能分离地彼此连接的夹持机构(3,5,11)、连接到所述纤维杆(1)的第一部件(4)和连接到所述保护套管(2)的第二部件(8),其中,所述夹持机构(3,5,11)包含夹持锥(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刷光装置,其特征在于,至少一个弹簧(11),其将夹持锥(3)推入其以非刚性锁定方式将第一部件(4)和第二部件(8)彼此连接的位置中。
3.根据权利要求1到2中的一项所述的刷光装置,其特征在于,至少一个压紧螺栓(5),其与所述夹持锥(3)接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的刷光装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个压紧螺栓(5)平行于所述纤维杆(1)取向。
5.根据权利要求1到2中的一项所述的刷光装置,其特征在于,第一部件(4)是引导管,其被连接到工具夹持装置(10)并且围绕承载所述纤维杆(1)的轴(12)。
6.根据权利要求1到2中的一项所述的刷光装置,其特征在于,第二部件(8)是容纳所述夹持机构(3,5,11)的壳体(8)。
7.根据权利要求1到2中的一项所述的刷光装置,其特征在于,成束的纤维杆(1)被布置以便轴向柔韧地抗衡至少一个另外的弹簧(13)的力。
8.根据权利要求1所述的刷光装置,其特征在于,所述纤维杆(1)彼此平行地布置。
