一种桃树流胶病专用疫苗,其特征是:包括有青霉素、井冈霉素、多菌灵、百菌清溶液、甲壳素、硼酸钠溶液、稀硫酸、生根粉溶液、水溶性溶液、硼酸,本发明的有益效果是:利用青霉素对细菌具有很强的杀伤效果,进一步的去除桃树内的病菌;在疫苗中加入甲壳素,利用甲壳素具有促进植物根系细胞分裂生长的效果,并且具有抑制有害菌生长繁殖的功能,保证疫苗的杀菌效果;对部分有害病菌进行抑制生长繁殖,提高杀菌效果。

本发明属于一种桃树疫苗。
背景技术
现有的桃树种植过程中经常会流胶病,流胶病对桃树生长造成严重的影响,大量的病菌侵入桃树内,导致桃树局部出现溃烂,影响桃子的养分吸收,农户长期使用药物进行治理,会使桃树产生抗药性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种桃树流胶病专用疫苗,解决在桃树种植过程中经常会流胶病,加入青霉素,利用青霉素对细菌具有很强的杀伤效果,进一步的去除桃树内的病菌,并且具有抑制有害菌生长繁殖的功能,保证疫苗的杀菌效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种桃树流胶病专用疫苗,其特征是:包括有青霉素、井冈霉素、多菌灵、百菌清溶液、甲壳素、硼酸钠溶液、稀硫酸、生根粉溶液、水溶性溶液、硼酸,青霉素:井冈霉素:甲壳素=1:1:1的比例加入制备,多菌灵:百菌清=1:3的比例进行加入制备,硼酸钠溶液:生根粉溶液=1:6的比例加入制备,稀硫酸:硼酸=1:4比例加入制备,整体制备比例抗菌素:杀菌剂:生根液:酸性液:水溶性溶液=1:1:3:2:3。
其中,所述一种桃树流胶病专用疫苗为液体,其喷洒在根部附近。
本发明的有益效果是:利用青霉素对细菌具有很强的杀伤效果,进一步的去除桃树内的病菌;在疫苗中加入甲壳素,利用甲壳素具有促进植物根系细胞分裂生长的效果,并且具有抑制有害菌生长繁殖的功能,保证疫苗的杀菌效果;对部分有害病菌进行抑制生长繁殖,提高杀菌效果。
桃树流胶病专用疫苗的制作方法是:
步骤1,准备原料青霉素、井冈霉素、多菌灵、百菌清溶液、甲壳素、硼酸钠溶液、稀硫酸、生根粉溶液、水溶性溶液、硼酸;
步骤2,制备抗菌素按照青霉素:井冈霉素:甲壳素=1:1:1的比例加入制备;
步骤3,制备杀菌剂按照多菌灵:百菌清=1:3的比例进行加入制备;
步骤4,制备生根液按照硼酸钠溶液:生根粉溶液=1:6的比例加入制备;
步骤5,制备酸性液按照稀硫酸:硼酸=1:4比例加入制备;
步骤6,整体制备比例抗菌素:杀菌剂:生根液:酸性液:水溶性溶液=1:1:3:2:3。
