The invention discloses a ventilation trench and an isolation device, wherein the ventilation trench comprises a ground trench and a trench cover plate; the silencing and sound-insulating device is arranged between the ground groove and the trench cover plate, and a first ventilation channel is formed between the silencing and sound-insulating device and the trench groove as well as between the silencing and sound-insulating device and the trench cover plate; the trench cover plate comprises at least one first grating plate and at least one second grating plate, the ventilation channel is communicated with the opening of the first grating plate and the opening of the second grating plate, and air circulates through the opening of the first grating plate, the opening of the first ventilation channel and the opening of the second grating plate. At present, a ventilation noise reduction device commonly adopted around electrical equipment adopts a noise insulation barrier to reduce noise above the ground, and adopts a ventilation trench to ventilate and dissipate heat below the ground. Noise generated by electrical equipment can be leaked outwards through a ventilation trench, so that the noise is large, and the living environment with low noise required by nearby residents cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a ventilation trench and an isolation device, which are used for solving the problem that noise generated by electrical equipment leaks outwards through the ventilation trench and achieving the effect of reducing the noise.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a ventilation trench, including:
a ground trench and a trench cover plate;

It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a ventilation trench according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the specific structure of the ventilation trench is as follows:
a ground trench 1 and a trench cover 2;
the silencing and sound-insulating device 3 is arranged between the ground trench 1 and the trench cover plate 2, and a first ventilation channel 6 is formed between the silencing and sound-insulating device 3 and the ground trench 1 and between the silencing and sound-insulating device 3 and the trench cover plate 2;
wherein the trench cover plate 2 comprises at least one first grating plate 4 and at least one second grating plate 5, and the ventilation channel is communicated with the opening of the first grating plate 4 and the opening of the second grating plate 5, and air circulates through the opening of the first grating plate 4, the first ventilation channel and the opening of the second grating plate 5.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ventilation trench is generally suitable for the surrounding of electrical equipment, the trench 1 can be formed by casting or precast concrete slab structure, and the depth, width and shape of the trench can be set according to the requirement. The trench cover plate 2 is located above the trench 1, and is made of a durable material capable of bearing a certain pressure and external corrosion, and can be made of concrete, high polymer materials, composite materials and the like.
The silencing and sound-insulating device 3 is positioned between the ground trench 1 and the trench cover plate 2, and the silencing and sound-insulating device 3 is a device with silencing or sound-insulating function, can be a silencing plate which is properly combined with a pipe by utilizing a cavity and allows air flow to pass through by preventing sound from spreading, and can be a noise-reducing and sound-insulating material which isolates sound from a certain space by utilizing a dense material. The first ventilation passage 6 is a passage for air flow between the noise reduction and sound insulation device 3 and the ground trench 1 and the trench cover 2, and the arrow direction indicates the air flow direction.
The first grating plates 4 and the second grating plates 5 are provided as openings of the trench cover, and the number of the first grating plates 4 and the second grating plates 5 is generally set according to the length of the ventilation trench. Openings can be symmetrically arranged on two sides of the trench cover plate 2 at equal intervals, and a first grating plate 4 and a second grating plate 5 are arranged at the opening positions. The first grating plate 4 and the second grating plate 5 can be made of iron, aluminum or alloy, air can enter from the first grating plate 4 and flow out from the second grating plate 5 through the first ventilation channel 6, and ventilation and heat dissipation of a large amount of hot air at the side of the electrical equipment are guaranteed.
The noise reduction and insulation device of the ventilation trench can block and absorb part of noise, and a first ventilation channel and an opening of the first grating plate, and an opening of the first ventilation channel and an opening of the second grating plate can be used for circulating air, so that heat on the side of the electrical equipment can be dissipated, and heat dissipation and sound insulation can be achieved. The problem that noise generated by electrical equipment in the prior art leaks outwards through the ventilation trench is solved, and the noise can be reduced on the premise of realizing a basic heat dissipation function by radiating through the first ventilation channel, so that the living environment with low noise required by nearby residents is met, and the novel ventilation trench type electric equipment has high popularization and application values around electrical equipment built in urban areas.
Fig. 2A is a schematic cross-sectional view of a ventilation trench according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2A, on the basis of the ventilation trench provided in any embodiment of the present invention, the noise-reducing and sound-insulating device includes at least one noise-reducing and sound-insulating plate 301 fixed to the trench 1 and/or the trench cover 2. The noise attenuation and insulation board 301 may be fixed on the ground trench 1, and one or more of them may be arranged in parallel, and the arrow direction indicates the air flow direction. . The sound is attenuated when the sound passes through one silencing and sound insulating plate 301, the volume is reduced, the parallel arrangement of the silencing and sound insulating plates 301 can increase the attenuation times of the sound, and the installation quantity is set according to the national construction standards and the noise requirements of residential areas and considering the influence of the adopted silencing and sound insulating plate 301 materials on the noise reduction performance.
Referring to fig. 2B, fig. 2B is a schematic cross-sectional view of another ventilation trench provided in an embodiment of the present invention, in which a sound-deadening and insulating plate 302 is fixed to a trench cover plate 2, and one or more sound-deadening plates are arranged in parallel as required, and the arrow direction indicates the air flow direction.
Referring to fig. 2C, fig. 2C is a schematic view illustrating another arrangement of the noise attenuation and insulation board according to the embodiment of the present invention, in which one end of the noise attenuation and insulation board 303 is fixed to the ground trench 1 and the other end is fixed to the ground trench cover 2. In order to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation properties, a plurality of ventilation openings 313 are provided in the sound damping and insulating plate 303, the ventilation openings 313 forming a first ventilation channel 6, the direction of the arrows indicating the direction of air flow. Preferably, referring to fig. 2D, fig. 2D is a schematic view of a muffler baffle according to an embodiment of the present invention. It can be seen that the sound damping and insulating plate 303 is provided with a ventilation opening 313, and the ventilation opening 313 is cylindrical in shape. The shape of the ventilation opening 313 may also be other regular or irregular polygonal shapes. The first sound-deadening and insulating plate 304 and the second sound-deadening and insulating plate 305 are arranged at intervals, meanwhile, the first sound-deadening and insulating plate 304 and the second sound-deadening and insulating plate 305 are respectively arranged in parallel, and the arrow direction indicates the air flow direction. The first silencing sound-insulating plate and the second silencing sound-insulating plate are arranged at intervals, so that the surrounding degree of sound in the trench 1 is increased, and the purpose of further reducing noise is achieved.
For example, referring to fig. 2F, fig. 2F is a schematic cross-sectional view of another ventilation trench provided by an embodiment of the present invention, in which a first sound-deadening sound-insulating plate 304 and a second sound-deadening sound-insulating plate 305 are disposed at the same angle, that is, the first sound-deadening sound-insulating plate 304 is disposed at an angle to the trench 1, and the second sound-deadening sound-insulating plate 305 is disposed at the same angle to the trench cover 2, while the first sound-deadening sound-insulating plate 304 and the second sound-deadening sound-insulating plate 305 are disposed in parallel, respectively, with a gap being left, the gap forming the first ventilation channel 6, and the arrow direction indicates the air flow direction. The same angle interval arrangement increases the noise reduction and insulation area, and the noise reduction performance is higher.
On the basis of the silencing and sound-insulating device provided by any embodiment of the invention, preferably, the ground groove 1 is a precast or cast-in-place concrete ground groove and is provided with a U-shaped structure. The trench cover plate 2 further comprises a U-shaped main body plate, the main body plate is positioned in the trench 1, and the first grating plate 4 and the second grating plate 5 are respectively positioned at two sides of the main body plate. The prefabricated or cast-in-place concrete ground groove is of a prefabricated or cast-in-place U-shaped structure, the preparation is simple and convenient, the U-shaped main body plate of the trench cover plate is arranged on the ground groove cover plate, and other devices can be arranged above the U-shaped main body plate.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an isolation device, and fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the isolation device. On the basis of the silencing and sound-insulating device provided by any embodiment of the invention, the isolation device comprises a sound-insulating barrier 8 and the ventilation trench provided by any embodiment of the invention, wherein the sound-insulating barrier 8 is arranged above the ventilation trench, the first grating plate 4 and the second grating plate 5 are respectively positioned on two sides of the sound-insulating barrier 8, and the side of the second grating plate 5 is provided with an electric device 9. The isolation device not only can enable the electrical equipment to be ventilated and radiated in time, but also can reduce noise by the sound insulation barrier 8 above the ground around the electrical equipment 9, ventilation and noise reduction are achieved by the ventilation trench below the ground, good noise reduction effects are achieved above the ground and below the ground, and the requirements that the living environment of residents around the electrical equipment meets the standards are met.

wherein the trench cover plate comprises at least one first grating plate and at least one second grating plate, the ventilation channel is communicated with the opening of the first grating plate and the opening of the second grating plate, and air circulates through the openings of the first grating plate, the first ventilation channel and the opening of the second grating plate;
the silencing and sound-insulating device comprises at least one silencing and sound-insulating plate, and the silencing and sound-insulating plate is fixed on the ground trench and/or the trench cover plate.
2. The ventilation trench as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of ventilation openings are provided in the noise attenuation and insulation board, the ventilation openings forming the first ventilation channel.
3. The ventilation trench of claim 1, wherein the sound attenuation and insulation boards are each fixed to a trench wall, and a gap is formed between each sound attenuation and insulation board and the cover board;

An isolation device comprising a sound insulation barrier and the ventilation trench of any one of claims 1-7, the sound insulation barrier being disposed above the ventilation trench, the first grid plate and the second grid plate being located on either side of the sound insulation barrier, respectively.
