Abstract
本发明涉及一种可穿戴式特种电源,通过电芯的串并联自由组合实现各种直流电压输出,电芯是负极材料为钛酸锂材料的软包锂离子动力电池,电源总重量不超过20公斤,同时在瞬间能够输出的电功率大于100千瓦,实现了可穿戴式电源上百千瓦输出技术突破,大大拓展了便携装备领域应用空间,应用领域十分广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源,确切地说,涉及一种可穿戴式特种电源。
背景技术
在许多灾害地区,消防抢险救援工具发挥十分关键的作用,目前主要采用燃油发动机或者是相对体大沉重的铅酸蓄电瓶作为现场动力源,带动液压剪、钳或切割锯等实施救援,效果还不错,已经成为基本救援装具,国际上也是通行标准程序配备。
但随着现场状况日益复杂危险,发动机本身振动噪音太大,实战突击力十分有限,穿戴式救援装备应运而生,其特点就是机动灵活,可以直接深入灾害核心点实施救援,能够穿戴的动力首选动力电池,由于电力要求很高,对应的铅酸电瓶过重无法穿戴,目前多选择比能量密度很高的负极材料为石墨的锂离子电池,包括单兵作战可穿戴式电源都首选锂电池。
但许多救援工具更注重瞬间放电能力,而且环境复杂,要求电源本身必须安全,普通的锂离子电池难以胜任,负极材料为钛酸锂材料的软包锂离子动力电池因具有安全和爆发力独特性能被普遍看好,通过电芯的串并联自由组合轻松实现各种直流电压输出,可穿戴式电源能够出上百千瓦功率基本覆盖了所有现场救援工具。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种可穿戴式特种电源,通过电芯的串并联自由组合实现各种直流电压输出,电芯是负极材料为钛酸锂材料的软包锂离子动力电池,电源总重量不超过20公斤,同时在瞬间能够输出的电功率大于100千瓦。
本发明带来的优点是,实现了可穿戴式电源上百千瓦输出技术突破,大大拓展了便携装备领域应用空间,应用领域十分广泛。

图中,10:马甲;20:电芯口袋;30:线缆;40:输入输出接口。
作战马甲(10)上设计有许多缝制的电芯口袋(20),电芯通过线缆(30)构成一个完整的动力电池电源,通过输入输出接口(40)对外供电或者外部对其快速充电,电芯采用10安时软包钛酸锂电池先5只并联,然后通过大功率软线缆串联铜排拧接20串,马甲总重量不超过20公斤,瞬间输出功率达到100千瓦,即50伏2000安培直流电。

1.一种可穿戴式特种电源,通过电芯的串并联自由组合实现各种直流电压输出,其特征在于:所述的电芯是负极材料为钛酸锂材料的软包锂离子动力电池。
2.权利要求1所述的一种可穿戴式特种电源,其特征在于:所述的电源总重量不超过20公斤,同时在瞬间能够输出的电功率大于100千瓦。
