本发明涉及防雷技术领域,具体涉及一种避雷器。
背景技术
避雷器连接在线缆和大地之间,通常与被保护设备并联。避雷器可以有效地保护通信设备,一旦出现不正常电压,避雷器将发生动作,起到保护作用。当通信线缆或设备在正常工作电压下运行时,避雷器不会产生作用,对地面来说视为断路。一旦出现高电压,且危及被保护设备绝缘时,避雷器立即动作,将高电压冲击电流导向大地。
避雷器长期至于室外,容易受潮湿的环境影响导致绝缘套老化,从而导致雷击受损隐患,雷击后产生大量的热量,散热效果不明显,容易被烧坏。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供一种避雷器,包括避雷器本体,所述避雷器本体下方设有安装板,所述安装板上设有陶瓷防护罩,所述避雷器本体位于陶瓷防防护罩内,避雷器本体的上接线端伸出陶瓷防护罩外,陶瓷防护罩外设有防潮层,防潮层上设有若干散热板,避雷器本体与陶瓷防护罩之间填充有导热膏。
优选的,防潮层为高吸水树脂层。
优选的,安装板为弧形结构。
本发明的有益效果是:通过陶瓷防护罩进一步的保护避雷器,防止避雷器绝缘套老化,防护罩与避雷器之间填充的导热膏和防护罩外部的散热板加快避雷器的散热,防护罩外的防潮层能有效吸附潮湿空气中的水分,弧形结构的安装板增加了避雷器的抗震功能,设计合理,适合推广使用。

如图1所示,一种避雷器,包括避雷器本体1,所述避雷器本体1下方设有安装板2,所述安装板2上设有陶瓷防护罩3,所述避雷器本体1位于陶瓷防防护罩3内,避雷器本体的上接线端伸出陶瓷防护罩外,陶瓷防护罩3外设有防潮层4,防潮层4上设有若干散热板5,避雷器本体1与陶瓷防护罩3之间填充有导热膏6,防潮层4为高吸水树脂层,安装板2为弧形结构。
通过陶瓷防护罩进一步的保护避雷器,防止避雷器绝缘套老化,防护罩与避雷器之间填充的导热膏和防护罩外部的散热板加快避雷器的散热,防护罩外的防潮层能有效吸附潮湿空气中的水分,弧形结构的安装板增加了避雷器的抗震功能。
