step three, appointing a taste transmission object and releasing food particles: after matching is successful, a taste transmission object is appointed through the controller, namely one or more second number values are selected, the controller transmits a corresponding third number signal to a taste emission execution device corresponding to the one or more second number values through the cloud server, the motor rotating arm rotates for a certain angle, the micro fan and the heating device respectively correspond to the opening end and the bottom of the particle storage barrel corresponding to the third number corresponding to the food, the food dry powder particles in the particle storage barrel emit smell after being heated and diffuse into the air through the micro fan, remote taste transmission is achieved, and the heating device determines the heating temperature of the food dry powder particles in the particle storage barrel according to the detection value detected by the temperature sensor so as to adjust the concentration of the smell.

each food information acquisition device comprises a micro spectrometer for detecting food components and the content thereof and a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of food;
each taste emission execution device comprises a support, a plurality of particle storage barrels and a heating device, wherein a motor and a rotating arm are fixedly arranged on the support, an output shaft of the motor is vertically arranged, the particle storage barrels are vertically and uniformly arranged on the support in a circular ring shape, openings of the particle storage barrels face upwards, and the circular ring shape of the particle storage barrels and the output shaft of the motor are coaxially arranged; one end of the rotating arm is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the motor, the other end of the rotating arm is rotatably connected with the bracket through a bearing, the upper part of the rotating arm is provided with a micro fan, the lower part of the rotating arm is provided with a heating device, and the particle storage barrels are positioned between the micro fan and the heating device; when the motor drives the rotating arm to rotate, the air inlet of the micro fan can be communicated with the upper port of any particle storage barrel, and the heating device can be matched with the bottom of the corresponding particle storage barrel to heat the particle storage barrel; the motor is electrically connected with the controller, each particle storage barrel is stored with dry powder particles of one food, and the dry powder particles stored in each particle storage barrel are different;
the communication unit is electrically connected with the controller and is used for accessing common food information acquired by the food information acquisition device to a network and communicating with the cloud server; the cloud server comprises food information, coding information of all food information acquisition devices and coding information of a taste emission execution device, wherein the food information corresponds to a food number according to the ingredients and the content of each food; each kind of food corresponds to a unique food number, namely a first number, each taste sensation emission execution device corresponds to a second number, each particle storage barrel in the taste sensation emission execution device corresponds to a third number, and the first number corresponds to the third number one by one;
the support of each gustation emission execution device comprises a vertical plate, an upper top plate and a bottom plate, the vertical rod is fixedly connected with the upper top plate and the bottom plate, a motor is fixed on the bottom plate, the vertical rod is vertically fixed on the upper top plate and is coaxially arranged with a motor output shaft, a disc is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the vertical rod, a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the edge of the disc, a particle storage barrel is correspondingly clamped in each through hole, the rotating arm comprises a first horizontal section, a vertical section and a second horizontal section, the first horizontal section and the second horizontal section are vertically and fixedly connected to two ends of the vertical section, the other end of the first horizontal section is rotatably connected with the vertical rod, and the other end of the second horizontal section is fixedly connected with the motor output shaft; the micro fan is fixed on the first horizontal section, a rotary table is fixedly arranged at the top end of an output shaft of the motor, and a heating device is arranged at the edge of the rotary table;
a cylinder is vertically and fixedly arranged at an air inlet of the micro fan, a first spring is vertically arranged in the center of the cylinder, the upper end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the cylinder, a rolling ball is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the first spring, and the lower end of the cylinder is higher than the bottom of the rolling ball;
the opening end of each particle storage barrel is provided with an end cover, each end cover comprises a cover body and a plug part, the cover body is plugged at the opening of the particle storage barrel, the upper surface of the cover body is recessed downwards to form a cavity, a plurality of channels are formed in the cover body, each channel is communicated with the particle storage barrel and the cavity, a second spring is arranged in the cavity, the lower end of the second spring is fixedly connected with the bottom of the cavity, the upper end of the second spring is fixedly connected with the plug body, the plug body is arranged at the upper part of the cavity, the peripheral surface of the plug body is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the cavity, and the spring coefficient of the second;
when the rotating arm drives the micro fan to rotate to a position right above the particle storage barrel, the lower end of the cylinder is in contact with the upper surface of the cover body, the roller extrudes the plug body to move downwards, and the cylinder is communicated with the particle storage barrel through the channel.
2. The virtual taste delivery system of claim 1 wherein the information of the food further includes picture information of the food, the gustatory emission performing device further includes a display for displaying a picture of the food, the display being electrically connected to the controller.

The virtual taste transmission system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the food information collection device, the controller and the taste emission execution device are all provided with a wireless communication module, and the food information collection device, the controller and the taste emission execution device can be in wireless communication with the cloud server.
4. The virtual taste delivery system of claim 3 wherein the top surface of the cover is curved, with the edge lower than the center; when the micro fan is positioned between two adjacent particle storage barrels, the lower end of the roller is lower than the edge of the cover body.

The virtual taste delivery system of claim 4 wherein the heating device comprises an insulated heat conducting housing with a resistance wire disposed therein, the housing having a concave portion at the top, the bottom of the concave portion being spherical and the housing at the edge of the concave portion being arcuate.

The virtual gustatory taste transmission system of claim 1, wherein when the number of the food information collection devices and the gustatory taste emission execution devices is two or more, one food information collection device and one gustatory taste emission execution device are integrated together, that is, one food information collection device can send gustatory taste transmission signals to one or more other gustatory taste emission execution devices, and the gustatory taste emission execution device integrated with the food information collection device can receive the gustatory taste transmission signals sent by other food information collection devices to release food particles.
7. The method of taste transduction by the virtual taste transduction system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, including the steps of:

step two, collecting food information: placing a certain food on a food information acquisition device, scanning the food through a micro spectrometer to measure the components and the content of the food, transmitting the measured data to a controller, comparing the measured data with the data stored in a database, and successfully matching the data in the database if the data in the database correspond to the data, namely the food corresponds to a first serial number and a third serial number in the database; meanwhile, the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the food and sends the detected value to the controller;
