For example, in order to facilitate the expansion and contraction of the telescopic cylinder, the outer diameter of the telescopic cylinder is gradually reduced along the direction away from the side plate, that is, the small end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the compression sleeve, so that the telescopic cylinder can conveniently push the compression sleeve to move. the clamping plate comprises a wiring plate and two clamping wing pieces, the two clamping wing pieces are respectively convexly arranged on two opposite sides of the wiring plate, each clamping wing piece comprises a connecting portion and a clamping portion which are connected with each other, the connecting portions are connected to the side edges of the wiring plate, the connecting portions are obliquely arranged relative to the wiring plate, a bending groove is concavely arranged at the connecting portion of the wiring plate and the connecting portions, the clamping portions are parallel to the wiring plate, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the clamping portions, and the clamping portions are clamped into openings of a ceiling to fix the wiring plate;
the lamp panel comprises a panel body, two adhesive strips and a telescopic frame, wherein the panel body is convexly arranged on the wiring board, the two adhesive strips are convexly arranged on two opposite sides of the panel body respectively, the extending direction of the adhesive strips is perpendicular to the extending direction of the bending grooves, and the telescopic frame is telescopically arranged on the panel body;
the plurality of LED lamp beads are arranged on the plate body, and the telescopic frame surrounds the plurality of LED lamp beads;
the clamping type lamp further comprises a heat dissipation mechanism, the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a bottom frame, a middle frame and a top frame, the bottom frame is connected to the wiring board, the middle frame is folded in the bottom frame, the top frame is connected to the wiring terminal and covers the middle frame, the top frame and the bottom frame are matched with each other, a first telescopic column and a plurality of second telescopic columns are arranged on the bottom frame in a protruding mode, the first telescopic column is connected to the middle frame, the second telescopic columns surround the first telescopic column, the second telescopic columns cross the middle frame and are connected to the top frame, the first telescopic column is made of memory alloy, the second telescopic columns are made of memory alloy, and the diameter of the second telescopic columns is smaller than that of the first telescopic columns; when the heat dissipation mechanism is heated, the second telescopic column is used for extending and lifting the top frame to be separated from the bottom frame, and the first telescopic column is used for extending and lifting the middle frame to be separated from the bottom frame; when the heat dissipation mechanism is cooled, the first telescopic column is used for contracting and driving the middle frame to be contained in the bottom frame, and the second telescopic column is used for driving the top frame to be sleeved on the middle frame and to be abutted against the two compression sleeves.
2. The clamp-on light fixture of claim 1 wherein the bottom surface of the bent groove is an arc-shaped surface.
3. The clamp-type lamp according to claim 1, wherein a binding post is convexly arranged on the plate body, and the binding post is arranged on one side surface of the plate body, which is far away from the plurality of LED lamp beads.
4. The clamp-type lamp according to claim 3, wherein the terminal post is provided with a wiring hole, and the wiring hole is a circular hole.
5. The clamp-type lamp according to claim 4, wherein the terminal post is a circular column, the wiring hole penetrates through the terminal post, and the extending direction of the wiring hole is perpendicular to the axial direction of the terminal post.
6. The clamp-on light fixture according to claim 5, wherein the terminal post is provided with a pressing post, the pressing post is telescopically arranged on the terminal post, and the pressing post and the terminal post are coaxially arranged.

9. The clamp-on light fixture according to claim 8, wherein the bending groove and the rotating groove are both semicircular grooves, and the diameter of the bending groove is larger than that of the rotating groove.
