管件是管道系统中起连接、控制、变向、分流、密封、支撑等作用的零部件的统称,是将管子连接管路的重要组成部分,根据连接方法可分为承插式管件、螺纹管件、法兰管件和焊接管件四类。管件多用与管子相同的材料制成,有弯头、法兰、三通管、四通管和异径管等。有三个开口的管接头叫三通管,三通管广泛用于输送液体、气体的管网中,主要用于对液流的分流和转向,但是目前三通的三个接口是固定的,不能旋转,使得三通的通水流量不可调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种分体式可调节流量三通结构,可灵活旋转三通管口,同时可以调节三通的通水流量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种分体式可调节流量三通结构,它包括带有两个进出水口的第一管体和带有一个进出水口的第二管体,在所述第一管体上开设有供第二管体穿过的通孔,在所述第二管体上开设有与第一管体之间实现导通的圆孔,在所述第二管体的外壁面上设置有定位导轨,在所述第一管体上设置有与定位导轨相配合的导向槽,在所述第二管体上设置有螺纹配合的锁紧件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明由相互套接的两个管体组成三通,通过在两个管体上设置相互配合的导杆和导槽来实现角度调节,以调节三通的通水流量。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种分体式可调节流量三通结构,包括带有两个进出水口的第一管体1和带有一个进出水口的第一管体1,在所述第一管体1上开设有供第二管体2穿过的通孔,在所述第二管体2上开设有与第一管体1之间实现导通的圆孔,为了让第一管体1和第二管体2之间实现锁紧连接,在所述第二管体2的外壁面上设置有定位导轨3,在所述第一管体1上设置有与定位导轨3相配合的导向槽4,在所述第二管体2上设置有螺纹配合的锁紧件5,当需要调节三通管口角度时,拧开锁紧件5,同时向下移动第一管体1使导向槽4离开原有的定位导轨3,然后转动一定角度后向上移动使导向槽插入定位导轨3中实现三通流量的调节,最后拧紧锁紧件即可。
