技术领域
本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种可阻止贝壳类生物叮布密封面的阀门。
背景技术
位于船舶底层的,供轮机冷却系统用之阀门,其进水端与大海连通,由于船舶长久地浸泡在海上,尤其是在易繁衍贝壳类生物的近岸海域,因贝壳类生物特喜欢在光滑的平面着床,而船舶则需持续地让该阀门长久处于开启状态,以致阀体内腔的各密封面会叮布贝壳类生物,导致闭阀受阻,当检修与该阀门连通之相关设备时,海水必经该阀门漏入船内,这是令船舶业主们所一直困忧的问题,因此,提供一种可阻止贝壳类生物叮布密封面的阀门,具有十分重要的意义。

本发明的目的是提供一种可阻止贝壳类生物叮布密封面的阀门。
本发明一种可阻止贝壳类生物叮布密封面的阀门,包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体在密封面顶部以上部填充有可紧密容纳所述门闸的海绵质管状体,所述阀体在密封面顶部以下部填充有水流向有数个穿孔的海绵体,所述门闸处开启位时,所述海绵体紧密接触与所述阀体相连的密封面,所述管状体紧密接触与所述门闸相连的密封面。
本发明具如下有益效果:
所述门闸处开启位时,所述海绵体紧密接触与所述阀体相连的密封面,所述管状体紧密接触与所述门闸相连的密封面。使得贝壳类生物无法在各密封面上附着,使闭阀顺畅。并可借海绵体及海绵质管状体清洁各密封面。

图1所示,本发明一种可阻止贝壳类生物叮布密封面的阀门,包括手柄1,阀体2,门闸3,所述阀体2在密封面顶部以上部填充有可紧密容纳所述门闸3的海绵质管状体4,所述阀体2在密封面顶部以下部填充有水流向有数个穿孔的海绵体5,所述门闸3处开启位时,所述海绵体5紧密接触与所述阀体2相连的密封面,所述管状体4紧密接触与所述门闸3相连的密封面。
闭阀时,所述门闸3脱离海绵质管状体4下降,同时压缩海绵体5,开阀时,所述门闸3上升,并向上插于海绵质管状体4,为插入顺畅计,所述门闸3顶有斜面,同时,压缩了的海绵体5,借自身弹性伸展,所述海绵体5紧密接触与所述阀体2相连的密封面,水流从数个穿孔经过。

1.一种可阻止贝壳类生物叮布密封面的阀门,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),其特征在于,所述阀体(2)在进水管和出水管以上部的空腔内填充有可紧密容纳所述门闸(3)的海绵质管状体(4),所述阀体(2)在进水管与出水管间的空腔内填充有水流向有多个穿孔的海绵体(5),所述门闸(3)处开启位时,所述门闸(3)向上插入所述管状体(4),为使所述门闸(3)插入所述管状体(4)顺畅,所述门闸(3)顶部设有斜面,所述管状体(4)紧密接触所述门闸(3)的密封面,压缩了的所述海绵体(5),借自身弹性伸展,紧密接触所述阀体(2)的密封面,使得贝壳类生物无法在各密封面上叮布,水流从多个穿孔经过,并在水流作用下,借所述海绵体(5)及所述管状体(4)清洁各密封面,闭阀时,所述门闸(3)脱离所述管状体(4)下降,同时压缩所述海绵体(5)。
