Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗菌塑料地板，包括自上而下依次设置的面层、密实层及发泡层，所述面层的表面还设置有抗菌层，所述抗菌层采用光触媒材料或者纳米银材料；所述面层采用聚氨酯材料；所述密实层与所述发泡层之间设置有加强层。本发明在面层的表面设置抗菌层，通过抗菌层使用的光触媒材料或者纳米银材料来杀灭或者抑制多种细菌，从而满足抗菌场所的使用要求；面层采用聚氨酯材料，增强了塑料地板的耐磨性；在密实层与发泡层之间设置加强层，进一步增强了塑料地板的耐磨性。

抗菌塑料地板
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料地板，具体地说是一种用于医院或幼儿园等场所的抗菌塑料地板。
背景技术
普通的塑料地板自上而下依次包括面层、密实层、发泡层和背封层，这种结构的塑料地板成本低、弹性好，但是耐磨性差、不抗菌。
为了增加耐磨性，一种方法是在面层的表面增加一层UV处理层，另一种方法是在密实层与发泡层之间增加一层加强层，加强层采用玻璃纤维加强。
上述方法虽然在一定程度上能增强塑料地板的耐磨性，但是没有抗菌性能，对于医院或者幼儿园等需要抗菌的场所，这些方法生产的塑料地板就不能满足要求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题，提供一种能应用在医院或者幼儿园等需要抗菌的场所的抗菌塑料地板。
按照本发明的技术方案：一种抗菌塑料地板，包括自上而下依次设置的面层、密实层及发泡层，所述面层的表面还设置有抗菌层，所述抗菌层采用光触媒材料或者纳米银材料。
所述抗菌层的厚度为5-8μm。
所述光触媒材料采用纳米TiO2。
所述面层采用聚氨酯材料。
所述面层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
所述发泡层采用PVC材料，包括第一发泡层及第二发泡层。
所述密实层与所述发泡层之间设置有加强层。
所述加强层采用玻璃纤维材料。
所述发泡层的下侧设置有背封层。
所述背封层采用PVC材料。
本发明的技术效果在于：本发明在面层的表面设置抗菌层，通过抗菌层使用的光触媒材料或者纳米银材料来杀灭或者抑制多种细菌，从而满足抗菌场所的使用要求；面层采用聚氨酯材料，增强了塑料地板的耐磨性；在密实层与发泡层之间设置加强层，进一步增强了塑料地板的耐磨性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂，下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，本发明是一种抗菌塑料地板，包括自上而下依次设置的抗菌层1、面层2、密实层3及发泡层5。密实层3与发泡层5的材料均为PVC。
抗菌层1采用光触媒材料或者纳米银材料。抗菌层1的厚度为5-8μm。
光触媒材料主要有纳米TiO2、ZnO、CdS、WO3、Fe2O3、PbS、SnO2、ZnS、SrTiO3、SiO2等。在所有的光触媒材料中，纳米TiO2不仅具有很高的光催化活性，且具有耐酸碱腐蚀、耐化学腐蚀、无毒等优点，价格也适中，具有较高的性价比，因而优选使用纳米TiO2材料。光触媒材料在光线的作用下，产生强烈催化降解功能：能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体；能有效杀灭多种细菌，抗菌率高达99.99％，并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理；同时还具备除臭、抗污等功能。光触媒材料优选采用纳米TiO2。
纳米银就是将粒径做到纳米级的金属银单质。纳米银粒径大多在25纳米左右，对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用，而且不会产生耐药性。
面层2采用聚氨酯材料，厚度为0.5-1mm。聚氨酯材料分子量大，其耐磨性是PVC的8-10倍。
发泡层5采用PVC材料，反弹性好，能抗冲击力，可起到缓冲的作用。发泡层5包括第一发泡层51及第二发泡层52，方便制作。
在密实层3与发泡层5之间还设置有加强层4，起加强作用，进一步增强了塑料地板的耐磨性。加强层4采用玻璃纤维材料。
发泡层5的下侧还设置有背封层6。背封层6采用PVC材料，起到防水的作用。

1.一种抗菌塑料地板，包括自上而下依次设置的面层(2)、密实层(3)及发泡层(5)，其特征是：所述面层(2)的表面还设置有抗菌层(1)，所述抗菌层(1)采用光触媒材料或者纳米银材料。
2.按照权利要求1所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述抗菌层(1)的厚度为5-8μm。
3.按照权利要求1所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述光触媒材料采用纳米TiO2。
4.按照权利要求1所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述面层(2)采用聚氨酯材料。
5.按照权利要求4所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述面层(2)的厚度为0.5-1mm。
6.按照权利要求1所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述发泡层(5)采用PVC材料，包括第一发泡层(51)及第二发泡层(52)。
7.按照权利要求1所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述密实层(3)与所述发泡层(5)之间设置有加强层(4)。
8.按照权利要求7所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述加强层(4)采用玻璃纤维材料。
9.按照权利要求1所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述发泡层(5)的下侧设置有背封层(6)。
10.按照权利要求9所述的抗菌塑料地板，其特征是：所述背封层(6)采用PVC材料。
