一种储罐隔堤隔断装置
技术领域
本发明属于隔断装置,特别涉及一种储罐隔堤隔断装置。
背景技术
设置隔堤的主要目的是防止事故状态下可燃液体少量泄漏时能用隔堤隔住,减少污染范围,不影响附近油罐的安全。并不是储存大量油品的,当大量泄露超过隔堤的容量时,罐组用防火堤为主,不影响罐组外部的安全。穿隔堤排水沟处应设置隔断措施,原则上平时应关闭,下雨时开启,避免漏油等事故状态时不能及时关闭。平时下雨时,雨水能通过阀门顺利排出,避免罐组内积水,影响罐组的正常使用。南方雨水频繁,阀门频繁开启、关闭,若工厂罐区多、阀门多、需大量人工,给工厂管理带来极大挑战。现行在灌区内的排水沟主要以人工堆放沙袋方式实现排水和隔断功能,按着现行的行业规定,单灌单隔的方式会大大增加排水沟隔断的数量,依靠沙袋隔断的方式在操作方式和人力上已经很难实现,所以本产品的设计主要解决了排水沟的排水和隔油的功能,又降低了人工投入成本,并且在使用过程中更加符合罐区内的安全要求。若在隔堤处设置雨水沟隔断措施,应能及时和方便开启与关闭,并应尽量减少人员频繁操作;应尽量减少平时的维护工作量,能有效防止因石块泥沙沉积、树枝树叶等缠绕引起隔断措施关闭不严造成泄露,影响使用效果。操作人员在罐区不允许进入的情况下,可以通过远程操作方式在不进入堤内操作雨水隔断措施,实现在防火堤外部操作。采取自动截油排水设施,操作简单可靠,节省投资和操作人员数量,是罐区排水沟隔断的最佳选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,当罐体在跑冒滴漏的情况下将油截断,在正常情况下有雨水可进行安全排放,有效控制罐区内的污染区域和范围,以避免可能发生的环境污染及安全事故,提高操作效率。
采用的技术方案是:
一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,包括壳体、手轮、丝杠和门板,其特征在于:
壳体竖直设置,壳体为长方体结构,在壳体的前端面和后端面的下方分别开设有同轴心的方形孔,在壳体的上端面上开设有丝杠孔;位于丝杠孔的上方,在壳体的上端面上固设有轴承座;丝杠的下端穿过轴承座的中心孔和丝杠孔,丝杠由轴承座内的压力轴承支撑,门板固设在丝杠的下端,门板的长和高大于方形孔,手轮套设在丝杠的上端且和丝杠螺纹连接。
在壳体的后端内壁上位于方形孔的四周固设有回形板,回形板的长和高大于方形孔。
在门板的后端面的四周上且位于回形板的对应位置固设有回形密封条。
在壳体的前端内壁的下端固设有半球形支撑体。
该装置主要的目的是为了防止事故状态下可燃液体少量泄露时能用隔堤隔住,减少污染范围,不影响附近油管安全。排水沟隔断装置,原则上平时应关闭,下雨时开启,避免漏油等事故状态下不能及时关闭。平时下雨时,雨水能通过阀门顺利排出,避免罐组内积水。南方雨水频繁,装置频繁开启,关闭,需要大量人工,该设计采用电动和气动的开启方式,极好的解决了厂区内人工投入。并且在发生事故时能快速开启关闭,大大的降低了事故发生几率,并且起到阻止事故蔓延的作用。
壳体采用全封闭钢结构,与隔堤通过水泥灌浆方式连接,形成80公分高防火堤。该装置通过手轮带动丝杆拉起门板起到雨水排放作用。
关闭状态下通过手轮带动丝杆使门板下降,关闭后门板与壳体通过密封条形成密封状态,此时壳体与门板与隔堤形成全密封状态,起到隔离储罐内液体的作用。
人工操作简单,手轮顺时针为关闭,逆时针为开启,装置启闭采用螺纹传动,传动机构安装在们班上,转动手轮时门板上下移动,实现装置启闭功能,节省操作空间。
转动部位采用推力球轴承,在轴承腔内加注润滑油进行防护,转动灵活,操作省力快速。
主体图层防护:一般强宽下碳钢表面涂环氧树脂漆,在用于海边环境时采用防氯离子耐腐涂料。
该装置采用全封闭结构,实现防尘美观一体,密封部位采用功能加强的蝙蝠型密封条,材质为橡胶复合材料,弹性,强度和密封性能均优于一般橡胶材质。
其优点在于:当罐体在跑冒滴漏的情况下将油截断,在正常情况下有雨水可进行安全排放,有效控制罐区内的污染区域和范围,以避免可能发生的环境污染及安全事故,提高操作效率。适用于各种液体介质,储罐区内隔堤雨水出入口处,雨水的排出、泄露液体的收集与排放的有效控制。该隔断装置双向密封,密封部位提升至隔堤顶部,保证水位能达到隔堤顶部。传动部位实现全封闭,防尘美观。装置主体为专用型材组合而成,具有防火,防爆,防静电,耐酸、耐碱、耐高温等特性。

具体实施方式
一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,包括壳体1、手轮2、丝杠3和门板4,其特征在于:
壳体1竖直设置,壳体1为长方体结构,在壳体1的前端面和后端面的下方分别开设有同轴心的方形孔5,在壳体1的上端面上开设有丝杠孔10;位于丝杠孔10的上方,在壳体1的上端面上固设有轴承座6;丝杠3的下端穿过轴承座6的中心孔和丝杠孔10,丝杠3由轴承座6内的压力轴承支撑,门板4固设在丝杠3的下端,门板4的长和高大于方形孔5,手轮2套设在丝杠3的上端且和丝杠3螺纹连接。
在壳体1的后端内壁上位于方形孔5的四周固设有回形板7,回形板7的长和高大于方形孔5。
在门板4的后端面的四周上且位于回形板7的对应位置固设有回形密封条8。
在壳体1的前端内壁的下端固设有半球形支撑体9。
回形密封条8采用蝙蝠型密封条,材质为橡胶复合材料。
壳体1为碳钢,表面涂环氧树脂漆。

1.一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,包括壳体(1)、手轮(2)、丝杠(3)和门板(4),其特征在于:
壳体(1)竖直设置,壳体(1)为长方体结构,在壳体(1)的前端面和后端面的下方分别开设有同轴心的方形孔(5),在壳体(1)的上端面上开设有丝杠孔(10);位于丝杠孔(10)的上方,在壳体(1)的上端面上固设有轴承座(6);丝杠(3)的下端穿过轴承座(6)的中心孔和丝杠孔(10),丝杠(3)由轴承座(6)内的压力轴承支撑,门板(4)固设在丝杠(3)的下端,门板(4)的长和高大于方形孔(5),手轮(2)套设在丝杠(3)的上端且和丝杠(3)螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,其特征在于:在壳体(1)的后端内壁上位于方形孔(5)的四周固设有回形板(7),回形板(7)的长和高大于方形孔(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,其特征在于:在门板(4)的后端面的四周上且位于回形板(7)的对应位置固设有回形密封条(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,其特征在于:在壳体(1)的前端内壁的下端固设有半球形支撑体(9)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,其特征在于:回形密封条(8)采用蝙蝠型密封条,材质为橡胶复合材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔堤隔断装置,其特征在于:壳体(1)为碳钢,表面涂环氧树脂漆。
