背景技术
目前的密目式安全立网的网体采用织网机的方式进行编织,织网机采用钩针来编织,浪费材料这种网体不但强度低,对丝的损伤大,使用寿命短,而且无法反复使用,使用成本高,造成浪费,目前密目式安全立网是聚乙烯再生料生产的,易风化,一次性使用就报废,按每片两公斤计算,大城市每年能产生几千吨的报废的网片,中等城市每年能产生几百吨的报废垃圾,且报废后的网片成为垃圾后严重污染环境。原来的聚乙烯拉丝编织的密目式安全立网在加工的过程中阻燃剂越多,单丝强度越低,风化的就越快,无法达到密目式安全立网A级抗老化试验检测的国家标准。

本发明提供了一种密目式安全立网及其制作方法,它制备的密目式安全立网不但耐风化,美观,抗老化,阻燃性能好,而且强度高,使用寿命长,同时可以反复使用。

4.根据权利要求1所述的密目式安全立网制作方法,其特征是浸胶池里放置的混合胶,混合胶包括强化树脂、阻燃剂和抗老化剂,强化树脂占90%,阻燃剂和抗老化剂各占5%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密目式安全立网制作方法,其特征是所述的强化树脂为环氧树脂、PVC树脂、苯醇树脂或聚四氟乙烯分散液树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的密目式安全立网制作方法,其特征是步骤三中压花加热烘干需要经过三个加热区进行加热:第一加热区的温度为80-120℃,第二加热区的温度为130-150℃,第三加热区的温度为160-210℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的密目式安全立网制作方法,其特征是步骤三中压花加热烘干需要经过三个加热区进行加热:第一加热区的温度为100℃,第二加热区的温度为150℃,第三加热区的温度为200℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的密目式安全立网制作方法,其特征是所述的阻燃剂为水溶性阻燃剂,抗老化剂为紫外线吸收剂uv-531。
9.一种密目式安全立网,其特征是它包括方格网布(1),在方格网布(1)的表面覆盖有混合胶层,在方格网布(1)的周围分布有双层网边(3),在双层网边(3)上安装有安装网扣(4),所述的安装网扣(4)设有铝合金安装环,铝合金安装环卡扣在双层网边上,所述的混合胶层设有PVC树脂层(2)、阻燃层(5)和抗老化层(6)组成的复合胶层,PVC树脂层、阻燃层(5)和抗老化层(6)由外向内间隔分布,所述的阻燃层(5)为水溶性阻燃层,所述的抗老化层(6)为紫外线吸收层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的方格网布(1)为涤纶丝网布、丙纶丝网布、锦纶丝网布、聚乙烯拉丝网布、芳纶丝网布、迪尼玛网布或玻璃纤维网布。
