技术领域
本发明涉及一种密目式安全立网及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前的密目式安全立网的网体采用织网机的方式进行编织,织网机采用钩针来编织,浪费材料这种网体不但强度低,对丝的损伤大,使用寿命短,而且无法反复使用,使用成本高,造成浪费,目前密目式安全立网是聚乙烯再生料生产的,易风化,一次性使用就报废,按每片两公斤计算,大城市每年能产生几千吨的报废的网片,中等城市每年能产生几百吨的报废垃圾,且报废后的网片成为垃圾后严重污染环境。原来的聚乙烯拉丝编织的密目式安全立网在加工的过程中阻燃剂越多,单丝强度越低,风化的就越快,无法达到密目式安全立网A级抗老化试验检测的国家标准。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种密目式安全立网及其制作方法,它制备的密目式安全立网不但耐风化,美观,抗老化,阻燃性能好,而且强度高,使用寿命长,同时可以反复使用。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种密目式安全立网制作方法,它包括以下步骤:步骤一,首先编织方网格布作为整体网体;步骤二,然后将网体通过放线辊进行放卷;步骤三,然后放卷后网体放入浸胶池里进行浸胶作业,浸胶作业后再进行压花加热烘干定型操作,再压花的过程中将阻燃胶压在网体定型;步骤四,在烘干后进行冷却、收卷,裁剪、缝边、冲扣、打包,最后制成密目式安全立网。
所述的网体通过织布机或经编机将化纤纤维材料织成方格网布。所述的化纤纤维材料为涤纶丝、丙纶丝、锦纶丝、聚乙烯拉丝、芳纶丝、迪尼玛或玻璃纤维材料。浸胶池里放置的混合胶,混合胶包括强化树脂、阻燃剂和抗老化剂,强化树脂占90%,阻燃剂和抗老化剂各占5%。所述的强化树脂为环氧树脂、PVC树脂、苯醇树脂或聚四氟乙烯分散液树脂。步骤三中压花加热烘干需要经过三个加热区进行加热:第一加热区的温度为80-120℃,第二加热区的温度为130-150℃,第三加热区的温度为160-210℃。步骤三中压花加热烘干需要经过三个加热区进行加热:第一加热区的温度为100℃,第二加热区的温度为150℃,第三加热区的温度为200℃。所述的阻燃剂为水溶性阻燃剂,抗老化剂为紫外线吸收剂uv-531。
本发明还公开了一种密目式安全立网,它包括方格网布,在方格网布的表面覆盖有混合胶层,在方格网布的周围分布有双层网边,在双层网边上安装有安装网扣,所述的安装网扣设有铝合金安装环,铝合金安装环卡扣在双层网边上,所述的混合胶层设有PVC树脂层、阻燃层和抗老化层组成的复合胶层,PVC树脂层、阻燃层和抗老化层由外向内间隔分布,所述的阻燃层为水溶性阻燃层,所述的抗老化层为紫外线吸收层。
所述的方格网布为涤纶丝网布、丙纶丝网布、锦纶丝网布、聚乙烯拉丝网布、芳纶丝网布、迪尼玛网布或玻璃纤维网布。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明制备的密目式安全立网不但耐风化,美观,抗老化,阻燃性能好,而且强度高,使用寿命长,同时可以反复使用,而且本发明采用网体通过织布机将化纤纤维材料织成方格网布,这样可以提高织布的强度,节省材料,单丝强度高,达到4公斤以上,损耗少,节省材料。本发明中采用了混合胶涂层,它可以在提高阻燃性能和抗老化性能的条件下,保护网格布不受紫外线辐射,不会出现风化现象,提高了单丝强度,网片的强度,可以反复使用,节约成本,既安全又环保,能保证建筑施工企业的安全生产,又有明显的经济效益和社会效益。本发明广泛适用于建筑工程施工工地使用。本发明的密目式安全立网可反复使用,不报废,生产次数少,按生产每片一度电计算,可为国家节省大量的能源,每年大城市至少使用上百万片1.8m×6m的密目式安全立网,本发明密目式安全立网不风化和不报废,能为环保事业做出贡献,也能使建筑施工企业产生明显的经济效益和社会效益。
