Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a control panel 100 for a washing machine using a color wheel to display according to the present invention includes a front panel 1, a display module 3 located in the front panel 1 for displaying operation information of the washing machine, a controller (not shown) in communication with the display module 3, and a fixing seat 4 for fixing the display module 3, wherein the fixing seat 4 and the front panel 1 together enclose to form an accommodating cavity.

The wheel module can flow display washing machine operation information such as soaking time, dehydrating time, water level, remaining time, etc. on the front panel 1 through the window 312 of the pattern film 31. In this embodiment, the operation information of the washing machine displayed on the front panel 1 is located above the description of the pattern or the text 311, and the two correspond to each other one by one.
The multiple-wheel display module 32 includes a photoelectric switch 322 communicatively connected to the controller, a stepping motor 323 controlled by the photoelectric switch 322, a color wheel belt 324 driven by the stepping motor 323 to rotate, and a bracket 321 for fixing the multiple-wheel display module 32 to the fixing base 4.

Specifically, the stepping motor 323 is directly fixed to the bracket 321 or an auxiliary frame 321 ' that is matched with the bracket 321, and the auxiliary frame 321 ' is separated from the bracket 321 or the auxiliary frame 321 ' may be fixed to the bracket 321. The stepping motor 323 comprises a motor main body 3231, a gear output shaft 3232 and a gear 3233 engaged with the gear output shaft 3232, and the stepping motor 323 drives the color wheel belt 324 to rotate through the gear 3233. When a plurality of the display modules 32 share the same stepping motor 323 for driving, there are two implementation modes: firstly, the stepping motor 323 is provided with a plurality of gears 3233 directly or indirectly engaged with the gear output shaft 3232, each gear 3233 corresponds to one of the plurality of display modules 32, and the rotation speed of each color wheel belt 324 is controlled according to the gear ratio of the gear 3233; secondly, the plurality of the display modules 32 share the same gear 3233, and the rotation speeds of the color wheel belts 324 of the plurality of the display modules 32 are the same.
A rotating shaft 3211 for the color wheel belt 324 to wind and rotate is arranged on the bracket 321, and the rotating shaft 3211 is in transmission connection with the stepping motor 323; specifically, the rotating shaft 3211 is fixedly connected to the gear 3233, and the stepping motor 323 drives the rotating shaft 3211 to rotate through the gear 3233, so as to drive the color wheel belt 324 to rotate to display the operation information of the washing machine in a flowing manner.
In order to increase the display content as much as possible, the bracket 321 is provided with a plurality of rotating shafts 3211 for the color wheel belt 324 to wind and rotate, wherein one of the rotating shafts 3211 is a main rotating shaft 3211a fixedly connected with the gear 3233, and the others are slave rotating shafts 3211 b. The stepping motor 323 drives the main rotating shaft 3211a to rotate, and further drives the color wheel belt 324 to rotate around the auxiliary rotating shaft 3211b to display the operation information of the washing machine in a flowing manner. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the ribbon wheel 324 is wound around the rotation shaft 3211, so that the length of the ribbon wheel 324 can be increased by increasing the number of the slave rotation shafts 3211b in a limited space, thereby increasing information that can be flow-displayed. The structure of the holder 321 and the number of the slave rotation shafts 3211b thereof are not particularly limited.
One side of the color wheel belt 324 is provided with numbers and/or patterns for displaying the operation information of the washing machine, and the other side of the color wheel belt is provided with a PVC adhesive sticker for increasing the friction force between the color wheel belt 324 and the rotating shaft 3211, so as to ensure the synchronism of the color wheel belt 324 and the rotating shaft 3211 during rotation. When the bracket 321 is installed in the installation seat, part of the information on the color wheel belt 324 is displayed on the front panel 1. Wherein the patterns adopt jeans, cotton linen, silk and the like to intuitively express the washing mode of the running washing machine; or the washing machine is in operation state by using icons of washing, dewatering, drying and the like. And the numbers indicate the time for which the washing machine is operated, the remaining time, the reserved time, etc.
The photoelectric switch 322 is fixed on the support 321, and is used for controlling the operation of the stepping motor 323. Further, in order to increase the display accuracy, the color wheel band 324 is printed with a grating code formed by arranging a transparent area and a non-transparent area at intervals, and the photoelectric switch 322 detects information displayed outwards on the color wheel band 324 in real time through the grating code, so as to control the stepping motor 323 to drive the color wheel band 324 to display predetermined information.
Further, the plurality of display modules 32 further include a light source 325, the light source 325 is located on a side of a portion of the color wheel belt 324 facing away from the front panel 1, and the color wheel belt 324 located between the light source 325 and the front panel 1 is displayed outwards through the front panel 1 under the effect of the light source 325, so that the resolution ratio is high, and the effect is better.
In addition, the light sources 325 of each of the plurality of display modules 32 are individually disposed and fixed on the respective brackets 321; or in order to facilitate circuit connection of the plurality of display modules 32 sharing the same light source plate 3251, the light source plate 3251 has the same number of sub light sources as the plurality of display modules 32 and two circuit connection portions 3252 respectively disposed at two ends, and each sub light source corresponds to one of the plurality of display modules 32.
The control panel 100 of the present invention will be further described below by taking the display of the remaining time as an example. The operation time of the washing machine corresponding to different washing modes is different, for example 85 minutes, the ten-digit and the one-digit are adopted for displaying.
