Abstract
一种高频抗干扰数据线,包括线芯以及包绕在线芯外的保护层,所述线芯为6~8根线芯单元呈集束状排布并绞绕成型,每根线芯单元外层涂覆有一层权利要求1所述的绝缘抗干扰浆料干燥成型后的绝缘抗干扰膜层,该绝缘抗干扰膜层的涂装厚度为80~200μm,而所述保护层内表面则成型有抗干扰复合层,其中,所述绝缘抗干扰膜层,涂装时,在线芯单元表面涂装80~200μm即得绝缘抗干扰膜层;而抗干扰复合层自保护层向内依次为金属纤维织物层、聚氯乙烯树脂层以及导电高分子纤维层,且在导电高分子纤维层内表面上还成型有一层聚四氟乙烯层。本发明可有效提高数据线的抗干扰性能,同时能有效满足数据线高频工作条件下的传输稳定性。

本发明涉及数据传导技术领域中的数据线技术,具体为一种高频抗干扰数据线。
背景技术
随着全球信息化高速公路的快速发展,随着网络率日益提高以及高达千兆的比局域网技术的普及,局域网数字电缆得到快速发展以及大规模应用,而不久的将来,千兆以太网也将不能满足用户宽带要求,万兆比以太网将成为主流技术,相对应的数字通信电缆需从超五类(100Mbps)、六类(200Mbps)向七类(600Mbps)、八类(1000Mbps)产品发展。
在上述技术条件下,作为信息传输媒介的数据线则被提出了更高的要求,一方面对数据线的传输性能要求越来越高,而另一方面来说,越来越高的传输速率,意味着工作频率的不断提高,越容易产生电磁辐射和电容耦合造成数据失真和衰减,尤其是在2.75GHz以上高频段的衰减尤其严重。同时,周围环境中会不断有新的电磁干扰源产生,因而传统的传输数据线结构应用在电磁干扰较大的环境中也常常会导致通信故障。如何解决对高频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收,以及串音和衰减问题,成为本领域技术人员努力的方向,也具有较佳的社会价值和经济价值。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种高频抗干扰数据线,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高频抗干扰数据线,包括线芯以及包绕在线芯外的保护层,所述线芯为6~8根线芯单元呈集束状排布并绞绕成型,每根线芯单元外层均包裹有一层绝缘抗干扰膜层,而所述保护层内表面则成型有抗干扰复合层,其中,所述绝缘抗干扰膜层通过以下原料制备:
1,3-丁二烯 100份
苯乙烯 55~58份
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 28~30份
气相法白炭黑 22~25份
纳米银 6~8份
间位聚芳硫醚砜酰胺 6~8份
三聚氰酸三烯丙酯 2.2~2.5份
硫代二丙酸二月桂酯 3.2~3.5份
聚芳硫醚砜二茂铁酰胺酰胺 0~5份
制备时,将上述质量份的原料用超声分散后,在频率800MHz~1600MHz,波长在30~200mm的微波条件下搅拌5~8h后制得浆料,涂装时,在线芯单元表面涂装80~200μm即得绝缘抗干扰膜层;而抗干扰复合层自保护层向内依次为金属纤维织物层、聚氯乙烯树脂层以及导电高分子纤维层,且在导电高分子纤维层内表面上还成型有一层聚四氟乙烯层。
在本发明中,所述保护层为低烟无卤橡胶层或者聚氯乙烯层或者聚氨酯层。
在本发明中,所述金属纤维织物层为单丝直径为80~120μm的铜丝、铝丝、银丝或者镀镍铜丝、镀镍铝丝织造成型。
在本发明中,所述导电高分子纤维层为聚苯胺纤维织物层、聚吡咯纤维织物层、聚丙烯腈纤维织物层以及聚噻吩纤维织物层中的一种。
在本发明中,所述金属纤维织物层、聚氯乙烯树脂层以及导电高分子纤维层的厚度之比为1:1:1,且三层材料层的厚度之和为0.8~1.2mm。
在本发明中,所述聚四氟乙烯层的厚度为200~300nm。
为提高屏蔽效果,在聚氯乙烯树脂层与导电高分子纤维层之间还成型有一层导电颗粒填充层,所述导电颗粒填充层中填充的导电颗粒为铜或者银或者镍或者镉的硫化物或者碘化物或氧化物颗粒,且其粒径为200~800nm。
有益效果:本发明结构紧凑,设置合理,通过两层抗干扰结构能有效提高线缆本身的抗干扰能力,同时,通过其内侧的绝缘抗干扰膜层能有效提高数据线线芯的高频稳定性,对线芯进行抗干扰保护,而内侧的抗干扰复合层除具有较佳的阻燃性能和物理强度,使其不易被外力破坏和磨损,具有较高的耐磨性和抗老化性,在使用过程中能有效屏蔽外界对数据线的信号干扰。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1、图2的一种高频抗干扰数据线的较佳实施例,在本实施例中,数据线包括线芯,其线芯由七根线芯单元2呈集束状排布并绞绕成型,每根线芯单元2外侧均成型有一层绝缘抗干扰膜层3,绝缘抗干扰膜层3主要用来对高频线芯进行稳定性抗干扰保护,提高其线芯本身数据传输的稳定性。
在实施例一中,该绝缘抗干扰膜层3由质量份的原料制成的膏浆涂覆而成:1,3-丁二烯:100kg、苯乙烯:58kg、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物:28kg、气相法白炭黑:23kg、纳米银:6kg、间位聚芳硫醚砜酰胺:6kg、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯:2.3kg、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯:3.5kg。其制备时,先将上述质量份的原料利用超声分散,分散后,在频率1200MHz、波长在150mm的微波条件下搅拌6h后制得浆料,涂装时,在线芯单元表面涂装100~120μm即得绝缘抗干扰膜层。
而在另一实施例中,该绝缘抗干扰膜层3由质量份的原料制成的膏浆涂覆而成:1,3-丁二烯:100kg、苯乙烯:56kg、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物:29kg、气相法白炭黑:24kg、纳米银:7kg、间位聚芳硫醚砜酰胺:7kg、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯:2.4kg、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯:3.4kg、聚芳硫醚砜二茂铁酰胺酰胺:2kg。其制备时,先将上述质量份的原料利用超声分散,分散后,在频率1500MHz,波长160mm的微波条件下搅拌8h后制得浆料,涂装时,在线芯单元表面涂装80~120μm即得绝缘抗干扰膜层。
保护层1为由聚氯乙烯材质成型的聚氯乙烯层,其具有较佳抗弯阻燃性能,而在保护层1与线芯之间为抗干扰复合层,该抗干扰复合层为复合材料层,自保护层1向内依次为金属纤维织物层105、聚氯乙烯树脂层104、导电颗粒填充层103、导电高分子纤维层102以及聚四氟乙烯层101,其中,金属纤维织物层105为单丝直径为100μm的镀镍铜丝织造成型,导电高分子纤维层102为聚苯胺纤维织物层,同时,金属纤维织物层105、聚氯乙烯树脂层104以及导电高分子纤维层102的厚度一致,均为0.3mm,而成型在聚氯乙烯树脂层104与导电高分子纤维层102的导电颗粒填充层103中的导电颗粒为镉的氧化物颗粒填充,且用于填充的镉的氧化物颗粒的粒径为500nm,用来进一步提高屏蔽效果。
另外,导电高分子纤维层102内侧的聚四氟乙烯层101的厚度为300nm,用来减少线缆弯折时线芯单元2对抗干扰复合层最内侧导电高分子纤维层102的摩擦破坏,延长缆线的使用寿命。

Claims (8)
1.一种绝缘抗干扰浆料,其特征在于,通过以下原料制备:
1,3-丁二烯 100份
苯乙烯 55~58份
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 28~30份
气相法白炭黑 22~25份
纳米银 6~8份
间位聚芳硫醚砜酰胺 6~8份
三聚氰酸三烯丙酯 2.2~2.5份
硫代二丙酸二月桂酯 3.2~3.5份
聚芳硫醚砜二茂铁酰胺酰胺 0~5份
制备时,将上述质量份的原料用超声分散后,在频率800MHz~1600MHz,波长在30~200mm的微波条件下搅拌5~8h后制得浆料。
2.一种高频抗干扰数据线,其特征在于,包括线芯以及包绕在线芯外的保护层,所述线芯为6~8根线芯单元呈集束状排布并绞绕成型,每根线芯单元外层涂覆有一层权利要求1所述的绝缘抗干扰浆料干燥成型后的绝缘抗干扰膜层,该绝缘抗干扰膜层的涂装厚度为80~200μm,而所述保护层内表面则成型有抗干扰复合层,其中,所述绝缘抗干扰膜层,涂装时,在线芯单元表面涂装80~200μm即得绝缘抗干扰膜层;而抗干扰复合层自保护层向内依次为金属纤维织物层、聚氯乙烯树脂层以及导电高分子纤维层,且在导电高分子纤维层内表面上还成型有一层聚四氟乙烯层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高频抗干扰数据线,其特征在于,所述保护层为低烟无卤橡胶层或者聚氯乙烯层或者聚氨酯层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高频抗干扰数据线,其特征在于,所述金属纤维织物层为单丝直径为80~120μm的铜丝、铝丝、银丝或者镀镍铜丝、镀镍铝丝织造成型。
5.根据权利要求2所述的高频抗干扰数据线,其特征在于,所述导电高分子纤维层为聚苯胺纤维织物层、聚吡咯纤维织物层、聚丙烯腈纤维织物层以及聚噻吩纤维织物层中的一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的高频抗干扰数据线,其特征在于,所述金属纤维织物层、聚氯乙烯树脂层以及导电高分子纤维层的厚度之比为1:1:1,且三层材料层的厚度之和为0.8~1.2mm。
7.根据权利要求2所述的高频抗干扰数据线,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯层的厚度为200~300nm。
8.根据权利要求2所述的高频抗干扰数据线,其特征在于,在聚氯乙烯树脂层与导电高分子纤维层之间还成型有一层导电颗粒填充层,所述导电颗粒填充层中填充的导电颗粒为铜或者银或者镍或者镉的硫化物或者碘化物或氧化物颗粒,且其粒径为200~800nm。
