Abstract
本发明涉及印刷加工技术领域,具体为一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜。本发明提出了一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,其原料包括高密度聚乙烯、氧化聚乙烯蜡、氢化丁腈橡胶、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚、丙烯酸羟丙酯、烷基苯磺酸酯、苯二甲酸酐、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、碳酸钙粉、氢氧化铝、二乙胺基丙胺、三乙基己基磷酸、三氧化二锑、珍珠岩粉末、偶联剂等,生产的聚乙烯薄膜,稳定性好,具有良好的机械强度,耐磨性高,耐腐蚀、耐高温性能好,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷包装技术领域,具体为一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜。
背景技术
PE薄膜,即聚乙烯薄膜,是指用聚乙烯生产的薄膜。聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,是无臭、无味、无毒的可燃性白色粉末。成型加工的PE树脂均是经挤出造粒的蜡状颗粒料,外观呈乳白色。其分子量在1万一l00万范围内。分子量越高,其物理力学性能越好,越接近工程材料的要求水平。但分子量越高,其加工的难度也随之增大。聚乙烯熔点为100-130℃,其耐低温性能优良。在-60℃下仍可保持良好的力学性能,但使用温度在80-110℃。
聚乙烯化学稳定性较好,室温下可耐稀硝酸、稀硫酸和任何浓度的盐酸、氢氟酸、磷酸、甲酸、醋酸、氨水、胺类、过氧化氢、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等溶液。但不耐强氧化的腐蚀,如发烟硫酸、浓硝酸、铬酸与硫酸的混合液。在室温下上述溶剂会对聚乙烯产生缓慢的侵蚀作用,而在90-100℃下,浓硫酸和浓硝酸会快速地侵蚀聚乙烯,使其破坏或分解。
聚乙烯在大气、阳光和氧的作用下,会发生老化,变色、龟裂、变脆或粉化,丧失其力学性能。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀,而且质轻,无毒,具有优越的介电性能。但是市场上的聚乙烯薄膜,因为工艺及组分的因素,在使用时存在很多的不足,普遍存在机械强度不够、易腐蚀、不耐高温、易损坏的缺点,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提出的一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,稳定性好,具有良好的机械强度,耐磨性高,耐腐蚀、耐高温性能好,使用时间长。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯17~25份,氧化聚乙烯蜡3~6份,氢化丁腈橡胶4~7份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3~5份,丙烯酸羟丙酯1~3份,烷基苯磺酸酯1~2份,苯二甲酸酐4~7份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2~4份,碳酸钙粉3~5份,氢氧化铝3~6份,二乙胺基丙胺4~8份,三乙基己基磷酸12~15份,三氧化二锑8~14份,珍珠岩粉末10~16份,偶联剂2~6份。
优选地,一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯21份,氧化聚乙烯蜡4.5份,氢化丁腈橡胶6份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚4.8份,丙烯酸羟丙酯2.2份,烷基苯磺酸酯1.6份,苯二甲酸酐5.4份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2.7份,碳酸钙粉4份,氢氧化铝4.7份,二乙胺基丙胺6.5份,三乙基己基磷酸14.5份,三氧化二锑11份,珍珠岩粉末13.5份,偶联剂4份。
优选地,所述氢化丁腈橡胶是以丁腈橡胶为原料,以氢化铑为催化剂,采用溶液加氢法工艺制成
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,以高密度聚乙烯、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚、丙烯酸羟丙酯、三氧化二锑等为主要原料,添加氢化丁腈橡胶,生产的聚乙烯薄膜,稳定性好,具有良好的机械强度,耐磨性高,耐腐蚀、耐高温性能好,经久耐用。

实施例1:
一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯17份,氧化聚乙烯蜡3份,氢化丁腈橡胶7份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚5份,丙烯酸羟丙酯1份,烷基苯磺酸酯2份,苯二甲酸酐4份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐4份,碳酸钙粉3份,氢氧化铝3份,二乙胺基丙胺8份,三乙基己基磷酸12份,三氧化二锑8份,珍珠岩粉末10份,偶联剂2份。其中氢化丁腈橡胶是以丁腈橡胶为原料,以氢化铑为催化剂,采用溶液加氢法工艺制成。
实施例2:
一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯25份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6份,氢化丁腈橡胶4份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3份,丙烯酸羟丙酯3份,烷基苯磺酸酯1份,苯二甲酸酐7份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2份,碳酸钙粉5份,氢氧化铝6份,二乙胺基丙胺4份,三乙基己基磷酸15份,三氧化二锑14份,珍珠岩粉末16份,偶联剂6份。其中氢化丁腈橡胶是以丁腈橡胶为原料,以氢化铑为催化剂,采用溶液加氢法工艺制成。
实施例3:
一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯21份,氧化聚乙烯蜡4.5份,氢化丁腈橡胶6份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚4.8份,丙烯酸羟丙酯2.2份,烷基苯磺酸酯1.6份,苯二甲酸酐5.4份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2.7份,碳酸钙粉4份,氢氧化铝4.7份,二乙胺基丙胺6.5份,三乙基己基磷酸14.5份,三氧化二锑11份,珍珠岩粉末13.5份,偶联剂4份。其中氢化丁腈橡胶是以丁腈橡胶为原料,以氢化铑为催化剂,采用溶液加氢法工艺制成。

高密度聚乙烯17~25份,氧化聚乙烯蜡3~6份,氢化丁腈橡胶4~7份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3~5份,丙烯酸羟丙酯1~3份,烷基苯磺酸酯1~2份,苯二甲酸酐4~7份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2~4份,碳酸钙粉3~5份,氢氧化铝3~6份,二乙胺基丙胺4~8份,三乙基己基磷酸12~15份,三氧化二锑8~14份,珍珠岩粉末10~16份,偶联剂2~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度耐腐蚀聚乙烯薄膜,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
