本发明公开了一种保温箱体结构，包括箱体，箱体采用双层中空结构，在中空结构中设置有保温层，箱体顶端设置有箱盖，箱盖与箱体之间通过锁紧机构锁紧，箱盖内侧设置有密封装置，箱体内设置有加热装置，加热装置与箱体之间留有一段距离，加热装置外侧设有隔板，隔板上开有透气孔。本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，采用双层结构，对物品具有保护的作用，同时采用集热片和密封圈，有效的提高了保温效果，能延长保温效果，提高了稳定性，添加的隔板和透气孔，能有效的对物品进行阻隔，对物品具有保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种物流箱，尤其涉及一种保温箱体结构。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步，物流箱的使用越来越平凡，物流箱的适用范围也越来越广，对其自身的要求也越来越高，目前，在寒冷天气，运输需保温的产品时，使用普通的物流箱，不能满足现有的需要。而且现有物流箱的底面仅为单层，保温效果差，使物流箱的使用寿命缩短，不能满足运输的要求。
因此，为解决上述问题，特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保温箱体结构。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种保温箱体结构，包括箱体，所述箱体采用双层中空结构，在中空结构中设置有保温层，所述箱体顶端设置有箱盖，所述箱盖与箱体之间通过锁紧机构锁紧，所述箱盖内侧设置有密封装置，所述箱体内设置有加热装置，所述加热装置与箱体之间留有一段距离，所述加热装置外侧设有隔板，所述隔板上开有透气孔。
进一步的，所述保温层由保温棉制成。
进一步的，所述锁紧机构包括锁扣、连接轴和锁盖，所述锁扣与锁盖之间通过连接轴连接。
进一步的，所述密封装置为密封圈。
进一步的，所述加热装置为集热片。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，采用双层结构，对物品具有保护的作用，同时采用集热片和密封圈，有效的提高了保温效果，能延长保温效果，提高了稳定性，添加的隔板和透气孔，能有效的对物品进行阻隔，对物品具有保护作用。

如图1所示的一种保温箱体结构，包括箱体1，箱体1采用双层中空结构，在中空结构中设置有保温层2，箱体1顶端设置有箱盖3，箱盖3与箱体1之间通过锁紧机构锁紧，箱盖3内侧设置有密封圈4，箱体1内设置有集热片5，集热片5与箱体1之间留有一段距离，集热片5外侧设有隔板9，隔板9上开有透气孔10，保温层2由保温棉制成，锁紧机构包括锁扣6、连接轴7和锁盖8，锁扣6与锁盖8之间通过连接轴7连接。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，采用双层结构，对物品具有保护的作用，同时采用集热片和密封圈，有效的提高了保温效果，能延长保温效果，提高了稳定性，添加的隔板和透气孔，能有效的对物品进行阻隔，对物品具有保护作用。

1.一种保温箱体结构，其特征在于：包括箱体，所述箱体采用双层中空结构，在中空结构中设置有保温层，所述箱体顶端设置有箱盖，所述箱盖与箱体之间通过锁紧机构锁紧，所述箱盖内侧设置有密封装置，所述箱体内设置有加热装置，所述加热装置与箱体之间留有一段距离，所述加热装置外侧设有隔板，所述隔板上开有透气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温箱体结构，其特征在于：所述保温层由保温棉制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温箱体结构，其特征在于：所述锁紧机构包括锁扣、连接轴和锁盖，所述锁扣与锁盖之间通过连接轴连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温箱体结构，其特征在于：所述密封装置为密封圈。
