Claims (5)

1. An anti-burst corrugated paper double-line pressing device, comprising:
the conveying mechanism is arranged on the rack and comprises a motor and a conveying roller, and the conveying roller is connected with an output shaft of the motor through a gear and a chain so that the motor drives the conveying roller to rotate;
an ultrasonic humidification device disposed above the frame, the ultrasonic humidification device comprising:
the ultrasonic humidifier is arranged on the rack through the first bracket, and a flow control valve is also arranged on the ultrasonic humidifier;
a steam booster pump which is communicated with the ultrasonic humidifier through a steam pipe;

the corrugated paper double-line pressing device further comprises a humidity control device which is arranged on the rack and located at the upstream of the hot air drying device, the humidity control device comprises a humidity sensor and a controller which are electrically connected, the controller is further electrically connected with the hot air drying device, and the humidity control device is arranged as follows: the humidity sensor senses the humidity of the pressing line position on the corrugated paper and transmits signals to the controller, and the controller receives the signals and controls the hot air drying device to adjust the drying temperature and the air speed of the hot air drying device so as to dry the pressing line position;
the humidity control device further comprises a first humidity sensor, a second humidity sensor and a third humidity sensor which are respectively arranged on the upstream sides of the first wire pressing device, the steam humidifying device and the second wire pressing device, and the controller is further electrically connected with the ultrasonic humidifying device, the first humidity sensor, the first wire pressing device, the second humidity sensor, the steam humidifying device, the third humidity sensor and the second wire pressing device, and the control method is as follows: when corrugated paper runs to a position requiring line pressing on the conveying roller, the controller opens a flow control valve on the ultrasonic humidifier to humidify the corrugated paper, and controls the air cylinder to work so as to push the supporting plate to move so as to drive a nozzle on the supporting plate to move, so that the position requiring line pressing of the corrugated paper is comprehensively humidified; when the corrugated paper continues to move forwards until the first humidity sensor senses a humidifying position, the controller controls the first line pressing device to press the corrugated paper for the first time; when the corrugated paper continuously runs to the position where the second humidity-sensitive sensor senses line pressing humidification, the controller controls a steam control valve on the steam humidification device to humidify the corrugated paper again; when the corrugated paper continues to move forwards until the third humidity-sensitive sensor senses that the corrugated paper is pressed into the humidifying position, the controller controls the second pressing device to press the corrugated paper for the second time.
2. The bursting-preventing corrugated paper double-pressing device according to claim 1, wherein adhesive tapes are respectively arranged at the tops of the two arc-shaped inner side walls which are concave downwards on the pressing groove.

The explosion-proof corrugated paper double-line pressing device according to claim 1, wherein the steam spray pipe is U-shaped, the steam spray pipe is perpendicular to the plane of the conveying roller, the plane of the conveying roller is located between the upper spray pipe and the lower spray pipe of the steam spray pipe, and a plurality of steam spray holes are formed in the inner wall of the steam spray pipe facing the conveying roller.
