Background
In the prior art, a drill body, clamping jaws and nuts are arranged in a drill chuck, and the clamping jaws are driven to move forwards or backwards by rotating the nuts so as to clamp or loosen a drilling tool. In order to prevent the clamping jaw from loosening and clamping the tool, the drill chuck is usually solved by increasing the clamping force or adopting a self-locking structure. The self-locking structure is generally formed by matching a part with a spring piece and teeth on a drill body, and has the functional characteristic that the nut can not reversely rotate and only rotate more tightly when the drill chuck rotates to work. In some application occasions, for example, when a screwdriver or a spanner is clamped as an electric tool or a pneumatic tool, the instantaneous impact torque is needed to loosen a part, at this time, the possibility that a nut is loosened and a clamping jaw cannot clamp the tool still exists simply by improving the clamping force, and a self-locking structure is adopted.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the hand-tightening drill chuck which can keep constant large clamping force, can not loosen and lock nuts during working, and can meet the application of electric or pneumatic wrenches and screwdrivers. Detailed Description
Reference is made to the accompanying drawings. The invention provides a hand drill chuck, which comprises a drill body 1, a nut 40, a clamping jaw 5 and first axial teeth 41 arranged on a ring piece 4 fixedly connected with the nut 40, wherein the ring piece 4 is preferably a nut sleeve, the hand drill chuck is also provided with a lifting piece 2 which cannot rotate relative to the drill body 1 but can axially lift, the lifting piece 2 is provided with second axial teeth 23, the hand drill chuck is provided with a lifting mechanism of the lifting piece 2, the second axial teeth 23 can be meshed with and separated from the first axial teeth 41, and the hand drill chuck is provided with an operating component of the lifting mechanism. The axial teeth 41, 23 may also be replaced by keys, or other catch slots.
The lifting member is arranged in front of the nut 40, the lifting member 2 is preferably an annular member, the lifting member 2 is sleeved outside the drill body 1, and the lifting member 2 is prevented from rotating by the engagement of the plane 22 on the inner side thereof with the plane 11 of the drill body 1.
The hand drill chuck is provided with the outer sleeve 7 in front of the nut 40 as the operating member, which is more ergonomic and more convenient to operate.
The lifting mechanism comprises a spring 8 and a control ring piece 3, the lifting piece 2 is provided with a concave-convex table 20 and an installation column body part 21, the concave-convex table 20 and the control ring piece 3 form cam mechanism control fit, and the lifting piece 2 is driven to move forwards and backwards along the axial direction through the cam mechanism control fit and the spring 8. The cam mechanism comprises a portion 24 at the lower end face of the boss 20 and a portion 33 at the control ring 3.
The second axial teeth 23 may be a ring gear member which is first fitted into the mounting cylinder 21 of the lifting member 2 and then attached to the end of the mounting cylinder 21.
The control ring 3 itself may also be used as the operating member, preferably the control ring 3 is a rotatable ring, the outer sleeve 7 is connected to the control ring 3, and the control ring 3 is operated by the outer sleeve 7. The hand drill chuck is provided with a limiting structure for controlling the rotation angle range of the ring piece 3. The limit structure may be located between the control collar 3 and the drill body 1 or between a part which is not rotatable relative to the drill body 1, in this embodiment it consists of a groove 34 provided on the control collar 3 and a key 25 on the lifting member 2.
The spring 8 is positioned in front of the concave-convex stage 20, and the control ring 3 is positioned behind the concave-convex stage 20.
The front part of the drill body 1 is connected with a clamping ring 10, the front part of the spring 8 is abutted against a gasket 9 limited by the clamping ring 10, and the clamping ring 10, the spring 8, the gasket 9 and the lifting piece 2 can be surrounded by the outer sleeve, so that good appearance and protection are provided.
