狭缝式涂布机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂布机头和封闭的负压工作腔,特别适用于狭缝式涂布机上安装使用。
背景技术
现有的涂布机头包括有储液腔和上盖,储液腔的形状呈倒梯形或半圆形,涂布液由出液口快速流动粘涂在涂布辊上面的PET基材上,这种流动方式并不是最佳的实施方式,其缺点是由于腔体结构缺陷导致涂布不均匀,及生产出的涂层厚薄不匀,从而影响产品的质量,再者,现有涂布机头横向腔体半截面呈直线性,有棱角,机头的储液腔上加盖有上盖并通过螺栓连接,如需要清洗储液腔时,需把螺栓拆下,把上盖从储液腔移开,一是麻烦,二是效率低,三是在移位时带有棱角的机头易划伤操作人员,四是拆装抬上抬下极易造成涂布头变形。现有涂布的混合液从涂布机头的出液口进入涂布辊时,混合液涂在涂布辊时会产生一个弯月面,如果没有负压装置弯月面不及时稳定,基材在线速度运行下带风进入涂布间隙造成大量气泡,涂布产品报废,基材在线速度运行下面上会着附一些肉眼看不到的灰尘,从而将直接影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种清洗方便,涂布均匀,并能及时将粉灰迅速排出,消除涂布时易出现气泡,增大涂布间隙,稳定月牙面的狭缝式涂布机。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,其特征在于:涂布机头紧靠涂布辊固定在机架上,涂布机头包括上盖和储液腔,所述上盖和储液腔是活动连接,上盖的顶面平整光滑其两端安装有排泡阀,所述排泡阀阀体安装有排气管,排气管从上盖加工的孔里穿过落入储液腔,排泡阀上安装有旋转手柄,所述上盖的正面安装有锁扣,上盖的背面有坡度不是平面,上盖两侧端面的形状是一个缺角的三角形,所述储液腔的形状与上盖相吻合扣合在一起,储液腔上安装有与上盖对应锁紧锁扣的卡头,储液腔的正视面的中心处安装有进液口,储液腔内腔体为纵向半水滴型,横向呈衣架型,负压腔设置在挤压涂布机头和涂布辊的中间位置由支撑架支撑,负压腔的底部连有一个负压管与负压缓冲罐接通,所述负压缓冲罐上连有一根与负压罐贯通的管路,所述管路的中间装有气动球阀,靠近负压罐这端管路上接通有另一支管路,另一支管路上装有主动调节阀,所述另一管路的末端装有调节阀开关,负压罐的另一侧面有与风机连接的管路。所述上盖和储液腔的外部形状呈衣架状,圆滑的过渡面上没有棱角。所述进液口的直径大于进液口出口的直径。所述负压罐与负压缓冲罐之间连接的管路高于负压罐另一侧面与负压风机连接的管路。
本发明具有以下效果:本技术方案涉及的涂布机头清洗方便,涂布液缓冲流动不产生气泡,保证产品质量,减少废品的产生,从而提高企业的经济效益;本技术方案能保护良好的工作环境,排除粉尘的产生,增大涂布间隙,稳定月牙面的一种负压系统。

具体实施方式
本技术方案涉及的涂布机头横向半截面呈衣架形,设有棱角,上盖可以翻开,克服了现有技术上盖不能打开之缺点,而且机头的上盖通向储液腔安装有排泡阀,杜绝气泡的产生,提高涂布的质量,增大储液腔的储存量,能使液体稳定,缓冲流动由出液口呈水滴状粘涂在涂布辊上并快速扩散,涂布的硬化膜厚薄均匀,成品质量好。
具体实施例如图1所示,涂布机头1紧靠涂布辊固定在机架上,涂布机头1包括上盖和储液腔6,所述上盖和储液腔是活动连接,上盖2可以打开,所述上盖和储液腔的外部形状呈变截面衣架状型,圆滑的过渡面上没有棱角,上盖的顶面平整光滑其两端安装有排泡阀3,所述排泡阀阀体安装有排气管,排气管从上盖加工的孔里穿过落入储液腔,排泡阀上安装有旋转手柄,由旋转手柄控制排泡阀的开闭,由于储液腔里设置了排气管,故涂布液里如出现气泡后能通过排气阀及时排出。所述上盖的正面安装有锁扣,上盖的背面有坡度不是平面,上盖两侧端面的形状是一个缺角的三角形。
所述储液腔的形状与上盖相吻合扣合在一起,储液腔上安装有与上盖对应锁紧锁扣5的卡头,储液腔的正视面的中心处安装有进液口4,所述进液口的直径大于进液口出口的直径,能有效控制混合液缓慢进入储液腔,避免产生气泡,所述储液腔的内部如图2所示,储液腔内腔体的纵向为半水滴型,设计成这种半水滴形状的目的是为了涂布液从进口呈横向均匀铺展开,通过涂布头的出液口7挤出均匀铺展在基材上,很好解决了成品厚度不均的缺点,储液腔内腔体是根据流体力学原理设计为纵向半水滴型变截面和横向衣架型变截面腔体。
负压腔15设置在挤压涂布机头和涂布辊的中间位置由支撑架支撑,负压腔的底部连有一个负压管14与负压缓冲罐13接通,所述负压缓冲罐13上连有一根与负压罐贯通的管路10,所述管路的中间装有气动球阀11,靠近负压罐这端管路上接通有另一支管路16,另一支管路上装有主动调节阀5,所述另一管路的末端装有调节阀开关17,负压罐的另一侧面有与负压风机8连接的管路。
所述负压罐与负压缓冲罐之间连接的管路10高于负压罐另一侧面与负压风机连接的管路。
工作时,上游制作好的混合液由储液腔上设置的进液口进入,由储液腔的出口呈水滴状滴到旋转的涂布辊上,如在涂布过程中出现有气泡时,及时打开上盖的排泡阀,将气泡排出, 减少废品的产生,工作一定时间后如要清洗储液腔时,只需打开储液腔主视面上的卡头和上盖上的锁扣,上盖便能打开,清洗方便、快捷,从而提高成品质量;负压腔内负压的形成是由负压风机工作,在抽力的作用下,将负压腔里多余的气体迅速通过管路和缓冲负压罐排出室外。负压腔内的压力小于外界压力,故混合液从出液口进入涂布辊之间能稳定弯月面,消除气泡,增大涂布间隙改善涂布表观,从而达到一个稳定封闭的工作区域。

1.狭缝式涂布机,其特征在于:涂布机头紧靠涂布辊固定在机架上,涂布机头包括上盖和储液腔,所述上盖和储液腔是活动连接,上盖的顶面平整光滑其两端安装有排泡阀,所述排泡阀阀体安装有排气管,排气管从上盖加工的孔里穿过落入储液腔,所述上盖的正面安装有锁扣,上盖的背面有坡度不是平面,上盖两侧端面的形状是一个缺角的三角形,所述储液腔的形状与上盖相吻合扣合在一起,储液腔上安装有与上盖对应锁紧锁扣的卡头,储液腔的正视面的中心处安装有进液口,储液腔内腔体为纵向半水滴型,横向呈衣架型,负压腔设置在挤压涂布机头和涂布辊的中间位置由支撑架支撑,负压腔的底部连有一个负压管与负压缓冲罐接通,所述负压缓冲罐上连有一根与负压罐贯通的管路,所述管路的中间装有气动球阀,靠近负压罐这端管路上接通有另一支管路,另一支管路上装有主动调节阀,所述另一管路的末端装有调节阀开关,负压罐的另一侧面有与风机连接的管路。
2.如权利要求1所述的狭缝式涂布机,其特征在于:所述上盖和储液腔的外部形状呈衣架状,圆滑的过渡面上没有棱角。
