Abstract
本发明公开一种术后康复鞋的鞋底,由用于支承脚的面层和接触地的底层构成,所述面层材料的邵氏硬度为85‑95度,底层材料的邵氏硬度为25‑35度。本发明是由两个不同硬度的材料所组成的鞋底。鞋底贴近脚的部位使用硬度为邵氏硬度85‑95度的硬质材料,给前脚掌或后脚掌受伤的病人以足够的支撑力。而接触地面的部分使用邵氏硬度为25‑35的软质材料,并在与地面的接触面部分做防滑的花纹处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋技术领域,具体涉及到适用于术后康复病人穿的鞋。
背景技术
前翘术后康复鞋是为了辅助前脚掌骨科手术后的病人行走而设计,康复鞋的底部前端往上翘起悬空,使病人在行走时压力主要落在足部中间以及后脚跟。后翘康复鞋是为了辅助后脚掌骨科手术后的病人行走而设计,康复鞋的底部后端往上翘起悬空,使病人在行走时压力主要落在足部中间以及前脚掌。
以往的这类型康复鞋,鞋底是采用一体成型的方法制造,使用的是同一种邵氏硬度的材料。如果材料邵氏硬度高,对病人的脚掌可以给到足够的支撑,但是硬度高的材料防滑性差,很容易使病人滑倒造成二次伤害。而使用邵氏硬度低的材料,鞋底无法给到病人足部足够的支撑力,在行走时会产生鞋底弯曲,使病人受伤部位受力,对康复产生不利的影响。
本康复鞋设计解决以往前翘或后翘术后鞋底由于一体成型,硬度单一,无法兼具对病人受伤部位的支撑和鞋底防滑两个功能的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是传统前翘或后翘术后康复鞋底由于一体成型,硬度单一,无法兼具对病人受伤部位的支撑和鞋底防滑两个功能。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种术后康复鞋的鞋底,由用于支承脚的面层和接触地的底层构成,其特征在于:所述面层材料的邵氏硬度为85-95度,底层材料的邵氏硬度为25-35度。
在上述基础上,所述鞋底的底部的前端或后端设成悬空。
在上述基础上,所述底层的表面形成有防滑花纹。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:本发明是由两个不同硬度的材料所组成的鞋底。鞋底贴近脚的部位使用硬度为邵氏硬度85-95度的硬质材料,给前脚掌或后脚掌受伤的病人以足够的支撑力。而接触地面的部分使用邵氏硬度为25-35的软质材料,并在与地面的接触面部分做防滑的花纹处理。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种术后康复鞋的鞋底1,由用于支承脚的面层11和接触地的底层12构成,在本发明中,所述面层11材料的邵氏硬度为85-95度,底层12材料的邵氏硬度为25-35度。
进一步地,所述鞋底1的底部的前端或后端设成悬空,前端悬空的是前翘术后康复鞋,后端悬空的是后翘术后康复鞋。所述底层12的表面形成有防滑花纹。
本发明将鞋底设成由两种不同硬度的材料构成。鞋底接触脚的面层部分使用硬度为邵氏硬度85-95度的硬质材料,给前脚掌或后脚掌受伤的病人以足够的支撑力。而接触地面的底层12部分使用邵氏硬度为25-35的软质材料,并在与地面的接触面部分做防滑的花纹处理,防滑性能好。

1.一种术后康复鞋的鞋底,由用于支承脚的面层和接触地的底层构成,其特征在于:所述面层材料的邵氏硬度为85-95度,底层材料的邵氏硬度为25-35度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的术后康复鞋的鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底的底部的前端或后端设成悬空。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的术后康复鞋的鞋底,其特征在于:所述底层的表面形成有防滑花纹。
