Abstract

本发明提出了一种果实保护袋，包括一端开口的袋体及设于该袋体的开口端的系带，该袋体由外至内依次分为防水层、吸湿层及内层，该袋体为方形，其由一片状体对折后两侧经热熔压边封设，每一侧边形成平行设置的两条压边，该袋体于开口端的上下两侧分别向内弯折形成一折边，各折边的末端与袋体之间热熔固定，并与袋体之间形成一穿带空间，该袋体的外表面对应穿带空间的位置设有若干穿孔，所述系带内外交替穿设于穿带空间内并使两端于袋体的一侧穿出。该果实保护袋使果实与外界隔离开，既能够防止害虫、各种鸟类的破坏，还能防止农药沾染在水果上，造成农药残留。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种袋体，特别涉及一种果实保护袋。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对水果的要求转向高品质和无公害化(即所谓绿色水果)，在传统的水果种植过程中，水果在成熟的过程中，总是受到害虫和各种鸟类的侵袭，或者会遭受风雨、甚至冰雹的袭击，造成水果的产量降低，外观受损等问题。为了解决病虫害和果树疾病等问题，人们往往需要在果树上喷洒各种农药，这些农药会不可避免的沾染在水果的表面，人们在食用这样的水果时，不论如何清洗，都会摄入一定量的残存农药，影响人们的身体健康。因此现在需要一种能够解决上述问题的方法或辅助工具。
发明内容
本发明提出一种果实保护袋，解决了现有技术中果实产量及品质下降等问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种果实保护袋，包括一端开口的袋体及设于该袋体的开口端的系带，该袋体由外至内依次分为防水层、吸湿层及内层，该袋体为方形，其由一片状体对折后两侧经热熔压边封设，每一侧边形成平行设置的两条压边，该袋体于开口端的上下两侧分别向内弯折形成一折边，各折边的末端与袋体之间热熔固定，并与袋体之间形成一穿带空间，该袋体的外表面对应穿带空间的位置设有若干穿孔，所述系带内外交替穿设于穿带空间内并使两端于袋体的一侧穿出。
优选方案为，所述防水层为透气性防水的透明或不透明纳米化或纤维素材质制成的塑胶膜。
优选方案为，所述防水层可为高分子聚丙烯与聚乙烯材质。
优选方案为，所述防水层于袋体的底端设有多个微孔构造。
优选方案为，所述吸湿层为吸湿性硅胶、纤维纸、吸湿海绵、多孔吸湿材质或不织布。
优选方案为，所述内层上具有多个开孔，使吸湿层与袋体的内部空间相通。
优选方案为，所述内层的材质为塑胶布、防水布、纸类。
优选方案为，所述系带为两条，该两条系带的头端分别位于袋体的两侧。
优选方案为，所述袋体的防水层的外表面还可设有红白相间的条纹。
本发明的有益效果为：
本发明的果实保护袋使果实与外界隔离开，既能够防止害虫、各种鸟类的破坏，还能防止农药沾染在水果上，造成农药残留。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示，该果实保护袋100可用于保护玉米等谷物，也可用于保护葡萄、桃或苹果等果物。该果实保护袋100包括一端开口的袋体10及设于该袋体10的开口端的系带20。
请同时参阅图2，该袋体10由外至内依次分为防水层11、吸湿层12及内层13。该防水层11可为透气性防水的透明或不透明纳米化或纤维素材质制成的塑胶膜，具体可为高分子聚丙烯与聚乙烯材质。该防水层11于袋体10的底端设有多个微孔构造，以保证其透气性。该吸湿层12可为吸湿性硅胶、纤维纸、吸湿海绵、多孔吸湿材质、不织布等透光材质，用于吸收袋体10内的水汽，以减少水分过多对果实的伤害。该内层13上具有多个开孔131，使吸湿层12与袋体10的内部空间相通。该内层13的材质可为塑胶布、防水布、纸类等。本实施例中，该袋体10为方形，其由一片状体对折后两侧经热熔压边封设。每一侧边形成平行设置的两条压边15。
请同时参阅图3，该袋体10于开口端的上下两侧分别向内弯折形成一折边16，各折边16的末端与袋体10之间热熔压边17而固定，并与袋体10之间形成一穿带空间19。该袋体10的外表面对应穿带空间的位置设有四个穿孔18。所述四个穿孔18分别对应位于袋体10的上下表面靠近两侧压边15的位置。该系带20内外交替穿设于穿带空间19内并使两头端于袋体10的一侧穿出。
具体实施时，所述穿孔18的个数不受本实施例的限制，其也可为多个，等间隔设于袋体10于开口端位置的表面。所述系带20交替内外穿设于穿孔18内。所述系带20也可为两条，该两条系带20的头端分别位于袋体10的两侧，以加强开口的封设坚固性。
使用时，将果实由袋体10的开口收容至袋体10内，并通过系带20封口设置，从而使果实与外界隔离开，既能够防止害虫、各种鸟类的破坏，还能防止农药沾染在水果上，造成农药残留。具体实施时，该袋体10的防水层11的外表面还可设有红白相间的条纹，既可以防止鸟类破坏水果，还可以让袋内的水果全面着色，品相极佳。

1.一种果实保护袋，其特征在于：包括一端开口的袋体及设于该袋体的开口端的系带，该袋体由外至内依次分为防水层、吸湿层及内层，该袋体为方形，其由一片状体对折后两侧经热熔压边封设，每一侧边形成平行设置的两条压边，该袋体于开口端的上下两侧分别向内弯折形成一折边，各折边的末端与袋体之间热熔固定，并与袋体之间形成一穿带空间，该袋体的外表面对应穿带空间的位置设有若干穿孔，所述系带内外交替穿设于穿带空间内并使两端于袋体的一侧穿出。
2.如权利要求1所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述防水层为透气性防水的透明或不透明纳米化或纤维素材质制成的塑胶膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述防水层可为高分子聚丙烯与聚乙烯材质。
4.如权利要求1所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述防水层于袋体的底端设有多个微孔构造。
5.如权利要求1所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述吸湿层为吸湿性硅胶、纤维纸、吸湿海绵、多孔吸湿材质或不织布。
6.如权利要求1所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述内层上具有多个开孔，使吸湿层与袋体的内部空间相通。
7.如权利要求1所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述内层的材质为塑胶布、防水布、纸类。
8.如权利要求1至7任何一项所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述系带为两条，该两条系带的头端分别位于袋体的两侧。
9.如权利要求1至7任何一项所述的果实保护袋，其特征在于：所述袋体的防水层的外表面还可设有红白相间的条纹。
