Referring to fig. 1, a connection terminal 100 with a cooling function according to the present invention includes a shaft-shaped insertion portion 110, a plug ring 120, and a press-connection end 130. The pressure-welding end 130 has a pressure-welding cavity 131, two first and second through holes 111 and 112 penetrating through the stop ring 120 and entering the insertion portion 110 are formed at the inner wall of the pressure-welding cavity, the first and second through holes are disposed parallel to the axis of the insertion portion, and a communication hole 113 is formed in the insertion portion 110 along the radial direction, so that the first and second through holes 111 and 112 are communicated to form the cooling flow channel. The communication hole 113 has one end connected to the second communication hole 112 and the other end sealed by a metal-welded seal or an elastic seal block 114. The cooling medium is a flowing compressed gas.

As a further modification of the present embodiment, the first and second flow holes 111 and 112 have screw connection portions at one end near the crimping end 130, the connection pipe has connection ends mated with the screw connection portions, and the connection pipe 141 is screw-connected with the first and second flow holes.
As a further improvement of the present embodiment, the connection terminal further includes a pipe joint 142 and a cooling pipe 143, and the cooling medium is insulating silicone oil. The cooling pipe is connected with the connecting pipe through a pipe joint, so that cooling silicone oil in the cooling pipe enters the cooling flow passage.
Referring to fig. 3, an electrical connection assembly of the present invention includes the connection terminal 100 with a cooling function, a cable 300, a connection pipe 141, a pipe joint 142 and a cooling pipe 143, wherein the cable conductor 301 is connected to the connection terminal crimping end 130, and the connection pipe 141 is connected to the cooling flow channel and the cooling pipe 143.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electrical connection assembly further comprises a female terminal mated with the connection terminal 100, the female terminal having a mating portion 210 and a second crimp portion 220, the second crimp portion 220 having a second crimp cavity 221, the mating portion 210 having a cavity 211 mated with the connection terminal insertion portion 110, the connection terminal being mated with the female terminal.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the electrical connection assembly further comprises an insulating cap, the top end of the insert part being provided with a profiled hole 115, the insulating cap being mounted in the profiled hole 115.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cooling pipe 143 is disposed in the cable conductor 301, and the connection pipe 141 is a steel pipe.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the electrical connection assembly further comprises a cooling pump connected to the cooling pipe for powering the circulation of the cooling medium.
In summary, the cooling flow passage is provided in the connecting terminal 100, and the cooling medium flowing continuously in the cooling flow passage can quickly dissipate the heat in the connecting terminal or the electric connecting assembly, so that the problem that the connecting terminal is easy to damage the electric connector itself, the surrounding shell, the electric wires and the elements due to long-time energization or heavy-current energization is solved.

the crimping end is provided with a crimping cavity, two first flow holes and second flow holes penetrating through the insertion ring and entering the insertion part are formed in the inner wall of the crimping cavity, and the first flow holes and the second flow holes are arranged in parallel with the axis of the insertion part;
the communication hole is communicated with the first communication hole and the second communication hole, and one end of the communication hole, which is far away from the second communication hole, is sealed with the insertion part through a metal or elastic sealing block so that the first communication hole and the second communication hole are communicated to form a cooling flow passage;
and the cooling flow channel is internally communicated with a cooling medium, and the first flow hole and the second flow hole are respectively communicated with two connecting pipes to form an inflow port and an outflow port of the cooling medium.

10. The electrical connection assembly of claim 7, further comprising a cooling pump coupled to the cooling tube and powering a cooling medium in the cooling tube.
