2. The method of claim 1, wherein the traffic road condition information comprises road condition information of two-dimensional traffic and three-dimensional traffic.

The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the road condition information of the two-dimensional or three-dimensional traffic includes one or more of the following data: three-dimensional position information of traffic equipment, passenger carrying redundancy of public traffic, and idle conditions and smooth conditions of various traffic roads.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the user traffic information comprises one or more of the following data:
three-dimensional position information, a starting place, a destination, departure time, real-time running speed and a travel planning route in use or about to be used of a user corresponding to the user terminal; wherein the user is a manned vehicle or an unmanned vehicle.
5. The shared information-based traffic safety scheduling method of claim 1, wherein the right-of-way use request information further includes right-of-way use reason information.

The method for dispatching traffic safety based on shared information according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized by further comprising: and sending the exclusive road path planning scheme to the user terminals corresponding to the original traffic equipment, the original vehicles and the original people streams on the exclusive road.
7. A traffic safety dispatching system based on shared information, comprising:
the information receiving module is used for acquiring traffic road condition information and user traffic information which is shared by the user terminals and is related to traffic in real time;
the background dynamic database is used for storing real-time traffic road condition information and user traffic information which is shared by the user terminals and is related to traffic;
the information receiving module is also used for receiving a road right use request of the user terminal;
the system comprises a processing module, a route planning module and a route planning module, wherein the processing module is used for scheduling a traffic road in real time according to right-of-way use request information, real-time traffic road condition information and real-time user traffic information when a right-of-way use request of a certain user terminal is received, and planning an exclusive use road route planning scheme from a certain user trip origin to a destination;
and the information sending module is used for sending the exclusive road path scheme to the certain user terminal.
