Abstract
本发明公开了一种单体式光触媒空气净化器,包括箱体和设置在箱体内的风机,箱体的一端设置有进风口,另一端设置有出风口,箱体的中部设置有光解组件,光解组件包括光触媒模块和位于光触媒模块外侧的照射装置,通过风机的作用使空气流过光触媒模块,采用紫外线灯管照射,使VOC与光触媒介质发生光解反应,从而达到VOC的净化要求;多个空气净化器之间还可通过管道串联或并联,实现串并联式多级光解,延长气体在光解室中的停留时间,提高净化能力;另外,相邻的透风孔之间交错分布,有效增加风阻,使空气的停留时间更长,增加反应时间,净化效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器,特别是一种光触媒空气净化器。
背景技术
现有技术中的空气净化器一般采用物理过滤的方式进行空气净化,如通过活性炭吸附或过滤棉过滤等,但这些方式仅仅是对空气中的颗粒污染进行净化,对于喷绘、油墨等含有较多VOC(挥发性有机化合物)的行业来说,无法满足他们对VOC的净化要求,不仅达不到VOC国家标准,而且还严重影响着生产工人的身体健康。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种能够满足VOC净化要求、能够进行串并联多级光解的光触媒空气净化器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种单体式光触媒空气净化器,包括箱体和设置在所述箱体内的风机,所述箱体的一端设置有进风口,另一端设置有出风口,所述箱体的中部设置有光解组件,所述光解组件包括光触媒模块和位于所述光触媒模块外侧的照射装置。
所述光触媒模块包括若干光触媒板,所述光触媒板由框架和装夹在所述框架内的若干基网构成,所述基网的表面涂布有光触媒介质,所述基网设置有若干透风孔。
相邻所述透风孔之间交错分布。
所述框架一体冲压折弯成型,所述框架由若干段首尾相连的边框依次折弯形成。
所述照射装置包括灯管和位于所述灯管外侧的反射组件,所述反射组件朝向所述灯管的一侧为镜面材质。
所述照射装置还包括套装在所述灯管上的玻璃护管。
所述箱体内设置有与所述进风口连接的进风处理组件和与所述出风口连接的出风处理组件,所述进风处理组件包括第一活性炭模块和第一过滤模块,所述出风处理组件包括第二活性炭模块和第二过滤模块。
所述箱体的上端设置有溶液腔,所述溶液腔设置散发孔。
所述溶液腔的上端设置有上盖。
所述溶液腔的侧壁设置有溶液观察口。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的箱体内设置有光触媒模块和位于光触媒模块外侧的照射装置,通过风机的作用使空气流过光触媒模块,采用紫外线灯管照射,使VOC与光触媒介质发生光解反应,从而达到VOC的净化要求;多个空气净化器之间还可通过管道串联或并联,实现串并联式多级光解,延长气体在光解室中的停留时间,提高净化能力;另外,相邻的透风孔之间交错分布,有效增加风阻,使空气的停留时间更长,增加反应时间,净化效果更好。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图6,一种单体式光触媒空气净化器,包括箱体和设置在所述箱体内的风机,所述箱体的一端设置有进风口1,另一端设置有出风口2,所述箱体的中部设置有光解组件3,所述光解组件3包括光触媒模块和位于所述光触媒模块外侧的照射装置,通过风机的作用使空气流过光触媒模块,照射装置采用紫外线灯管照射,使VOC与光触媒介质发生光解反应,从而达到VOC的净化要求,多个空气净化器之间还可通过管道串联或并联,实现串并联式多级光解,延长气体在光解室中的停留时间,提高净化能力。所述箱体内设置有与所述进风口1连接的进风处理组件4和与所述出风口2连接的出风处理组件5,光解组件3位于进风处理组件4和出风处理组件5之间,对于本领域技术人员来说风机的位置可根据实际设计需要来决定,在本实施例中,风机设置在光解组件3和出风处理组件5之间,使箱体内能够产生较大的负压,让空气能够流经光解组件3。
在本实施例中,箱体的外侧设置有VOC探头,箱体内还设置有控制组件,VOC探头、风机和照射装置分别与控制组件电连接,当VOC探头检测到周围空气不达标时,控制组件控制风机和照射装置工作,自动化程度高,控制组件还可设置有手动模式进行人工操作控制。所述进风处理组件4包括第一活性炭模块和第一过滤模块,所述出风处理组件5包括第二活性炭模块和第二过滤模块。工作时,外界空气先从进风口1进入后,先经第一活性炭模块和第一过滤模块物理处理,再经光解组件3发生光解反应,最后经第二活性炭模块和第二过滤模块物理处理后从出风口2排出,采用物理和化学方式相结合,不仅能解决了颗粒污染,还解决了挥发性有机化合物污染。
在本实施例中,所述光触媒模块包括若干光触媒板,所述光触媒板由框架和装夹在所述框架内的若干基网10构成,所述基网10的表面涂布有光触媒介质,所述基网10设置有若干透风孔,相邻所述透风孔之间交错分布, 本领域技术人员可以将透风孔设计为鱼鳞状分布或蜂窝状分布等,有效增加基网10的风阻系数,使空气的停留时间更长,增加反应时间,净化效果更好。在本实施例中,光触媒板内装夹有3个基网10,上下相邻基网的透风孔交错分布(上下相邻基网的透风孔不同轴心),同样能增加风阻系数,延长空气在光触媒板内的停留时间。
所述框架一体冲压折弯成型,所述框架由若干段首尾相连的边框依次折弯形成,所述边框的内侧设置有装夹槽,所述基网10的边缘插入所述装夹槽内。更进一步地说,框架包括但不限于矩形、圆形、椭圆形等形状。在本实施例中,框架采用四边形,所述边框包括最前段的边框A11和最末段的边框B12,所述边框A11的前端与所述边框B12的尾端固定连接。所述边框B12的末端设置有外凸的连接部13,所述连接部13折向所述边框A11的装夹槽内并与其连接。对于本领域技术人员来说,边框A11和边框B12的连接方式有多种实施方式,包括但不限于螺纹连接或焊接等方式,在本实施例中采用螺纹连接,装配更简单,所述边框A11的前端设置有第一螺纹孔14,所述连接部13设置有与所述第一螺纹孔14同轴心的第二螺纹孔15,所述第一螺纹孔14和第二螺纹孔15之间通过螺丝螺纹连接,结构简单,装配牢固。
在本实施例中,所述照射装置包括灯管和位于所述灯管外侧的反射组件,所述灯管可采用无臭氧紫外线灯管,还可以采用含有臭氧紫外线灯管,所述反射组件朝向所述灯管的一侧为镜面材质,更进一步地说镜面材质为304镜面不锈钢材质,有效增加光强,加大光解催化效率,节约电能。所述照射装置还包括套装在所述灯管上的玻璃护管,玻璃护管为石英玻璃材质,所述灯管安装在所述玻璃护管内,起到一定的保护作用,特别是在运输过程中,起到减震保护作用,降低产品的坏损率。
所述箱体的上端设置有溶液腔9,所述溶液腔9设置散发孔6,溶液腔9可注入消毒液等用于净化空气、消毒杀菌的液体;所述溶液腔9的上端设置有上盖7,上盖7的一端与箱体铰接,另一端与箱体7卡扣连接,所述溶液腔9的侧壁设置有溶液观察口8,溶液观察口8可采用透明玻璃材质,溶液腔9内设置有警戒线,当观察到液位低于警戒线时,可打开上盖7进行添加,结构简单,使用方便。
该单体式光触媒空气净化器适用于轻度室内环境污染治理,可去除室内的VOC,清新室内空气。对于高浓度环境污染的治理,如天那水,含有大量二甲苯,又如溶剂型墨水等各种有机溶剂,VOC含量达到60%-70%,需要将多个空气净化器进行串联或并联使用,延长气体在光解室中的停留时间,提高净化效率。
以上的实施方式不能限定本发明创造的保护范围,专业技术领域的人员在不脱离本发明创造整体构思的情况下,所做的均等修饰与变化,均仍属于本发明创造涵盖的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种单体式光触媒空气净化器,包括箱体和设置在所述箱体内的风机,所述箱体的一端设置有进风口(1),另一端设置有出风口(2),其特征在于所述箱体的中部设置有光解组件(3),所述光解组件(3)包括光触媒模块和位于所述光触媒模块外侧的照射装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述光触媒模块包括若干光触媒板,所述光触媒板由框架和装夹在所述框架内的若干基网(10)构成,所述基网(10)的表面涂布有光触媒介质,所述基网(10)设置有若干透风孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于相邻所述透风孔之间交错分布。
4.根据权利要求2所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述框架一体冲压折弯成型,所述框架由若干段首尾相连的边框依次折弯形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述照射装置包括灯管和位于所述灯管外侧的反射组件,所述反射组件朝向所述灯管的一侧为镜面材质。
6.根据权利要求5所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述照射装置还包括套装在所述灯管上的玻璃护管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述箱体内设置有与所述进风口(1)连接的进风处理组件(4)和与所述出风口(2)连接的出风处理组件(5),所述进风处理组件(4)包括第一活性炭模块和第一过滤模块,所述出风处理组件(5)包括第二活性炭模块和第二过滤模块。
8.根据权利要求1所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述箱体的上端设置有溶液腔(9),所述溶液腔(9)设置散发孔(6)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述溶液腔(9)的上端设置有上盖(7)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的单体式光触媒空气净化器,其特征在于所述溶液腔(9)的侧壁设置有溶液观察口(8)。
