一种磷化加热系统,包括壳体和加热装置,所述壳体内设置加热装置,所述壳体内还设置磷化池和蒸汽加热管道,所述蒸汽加热管道设置在磷化池内,所述蒸汽加热管道分别设置在磷化池内两侧的侧壁上,并且多根蒸汽加热管道沿侧壁从上至下等间距设置,所述蒸汽加热管道为回形加热管,所述蒸汽加热管道外表面设有涂塑层,所述涂塑层的厚度为6‑8纳米,本发明提出的磷化加热系统通过将传统的单侧蒸汽管加热的方式改进为两侧加热,提高了加热效率,使磷化液受热更加的均匀,提高了磷化膜的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种磷化加热系统。
背景技术
工件浸入磷化液,在表面沉积形成一层不溶于水的结晶型磷酸盐转换膜的过程,称之为磷化。磷化是常用的前处理技术,原理上应用于化学装换膜处理,主要应用于钢铁表面磷化,有色金属件也可应用磷化。磷化工艺需要在50-75℃的温度下进行,这样游离酸度稳定,易掌握,磷化时间短,生产效率高,耐腐蚀性与高温磷化膜基本相同。传统的磷化池采用单侧的蒸汽管进行加热,这样加热效率较低并且加热不均匀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种磷化加热系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种磷化加热系统,包括壳体和加热装置,所述壳体内设置加热装置,所述壳体内还设置磷化池和蒸汽加热管道,所述蒸汽加热管道设置在磷化池内。
优选的,所述蒸汽加热管道分别设置在磷化池内两侧的侧壁上,并且多根蒸汽加热管道沿侧壁从上至下等间距设置。
优选的,所述蒸汽加热管道为回形加热管,所述蒸汽加热管道外表面设有涂塑层。
优选的,所述涂塑层的厚度为6-8纳米。
本发明的有益效果在于:磷化加热系统通过将传统的单侧蒸汽管加热的方式改进为两侧加热,提高了加热效率,使磷化液受热更加的均匀,提高了磷化膜的质量。
