本发明公开了一种抑菌洗衣液,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠8‑12%,椰油酰胺DEA 2‑5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4‑8%,氢化椰油酸钾/十三醇聚醚‑3羧酸钾2‑5%,聚丙烯酸钠445N 0.5‑2%,马齿笕提取物0.1‑0.5%,橘油0.5‑5%,水软化剂0.1‑0.5%,香草提取物0.1‑0.3%,肉桂提取物0.5‑1.5%,色素0.0001‑0.0005%,余量水。本发明添加了纯植物提取成分橘油、马齿笕提取物、香草提取物、肉桂提取物,配合常见表面活性剂和杀菌成分使用,比同等普通洗衣液有更强的洁净力,更好的抑菌效果。

一种抑菌洗衣液
技术领域
本发明涉及日用洗涤用品,具体涉及一种抑菌洗衣液。
背景技术
目前,生活中常用的洗衣剂主要有洗衣粉、洗衣液和洗衣皂三种。
(1)洗衣粉通常为袋装,使用时将包装袋剪开,取用少量的洗衣粉之后再以夹子之类的物品将包装袋夹上。此种洗衣粉由于包装袋打开后密封性不好,容易导致洗衣粉受潮、结块而影响其溶解性和清洁力,而且在取用的过程中洗衣粉也非常容易散落在盥洗台附近,难以清理。
(2)洗衣液通常为瓶装,取用时需要测量杯测量;另外还有挤压式瓶装洗衣液,此种洗衣液的液体出口由于多次挤压或挤压头封装问题,容易导致洗衣液在挤压过后常常自动溢出,增加了洗涤后的清洁工作。
(3)洗衣皂在搓洗的过程中会残留水分,在放入皂盒后,水分的长期留存会软化洗衣皂,造成不必要的浪费。
一般的洗衣粉、洗衣液、洗衣皂都只有普通的去污功能,真正能够有杀菌功能的洗衣液非常少,如果衣物在清洗后,没有去除衣物上的有害细菌,加上衣物没有完全晾干,衣物就会很容易发霉。即使市场上带有杀菌功能的洗衣液,也是全部添加合成的化学物质来杀菌,这些化学成分只对特定的细菌有杀菌功能,而且不够安全环保。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种抑菌洗衣液,去污效果好,安全环保,且具有较好的杀菌功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种抑菌洗衣液,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠8-12%,椰油酰胺DEA 2-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4-8%,氢化椰油酸钾/十三醇聚醚-3羧酸钾2-5%,聚丙烯酸钠445N 0.5-2%,马齿笕提取物
0.1-0.5%,橘油0.5-5%,水软化剂0.1-0.5%,香草提取物0.1-0.3%,肉桂提取物0.5-1.5%,色素0.0001-0.0005%,余量水。
优选地,所述马齿笕提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:将马齿笕洗净沥干后用闪式提取器处理后,加入6倍体积的90%甲醇或乙醇溶液,处理1-3分钟,固液分离后,回收甲醇或乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取3次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得马齿笕提取物。
优选地,所述香草提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将香草洗净沥干后置于超微粉碎机内粉碎后进行CO2超临界萃取,流体萃取压力为30-50MPa,萃取温度30-40℃,CO2流体流量为750-850L/h,萃取时间为3-5h,得香草提取物。
优选地,所述肉桂提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将肉桂洗净沥干粉碎后,按质量百分比为2-3%的比例加入中性蛋白酶,按质量百分比为1-2%加入风味蛋白酶,30-50℃下酶解1-2h,过滤,得酶解液;
S2、将所得的发酵液迅速冷冻后再自然解冻,使提取物中淀粉老化沉淀;收集上清液,剩余部分离心,收集离心液体并合并于上清液中;
S3、将上清液以3-7BV/h的流速通过大孔树脂柱,动态吸附饱和后,用去离子水以5-8BV/h的流速淋洗上述大孔树脂柱至流出液无色,再用体积分数为50%-70%的有机溶剂以8-12BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集洗脱液,喷雾干燥,得肉桂提取物。
优选地,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠10%,椰油酰胺DEA 3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,氢化椰油酸钾/十三醇聚醚-3羧酸钾3%,聚丙烯酸钠445N 1%,马齿笕提取物0.3%,橘油1.5%,水软化剂0.3%,香草提取物0.2%,肉桂提取物1%,色素0.0001%,余量水。
其中,橘油以100%天然冷榨橘油为原料。橙、橘皆是芸香科柑橘属植物橙树的果实,所有芸香科植物体内通常有储油细胞,故而普遍地含有挥发油,其中橙皮当中就含有0.93~1.95%的橘油,同时,橙皮、橙油具备多种有益自然属性:
富含油:橘油具备天然溶解油污的功效,真橙清洁产品借用此性,轻松去油污,并对重油效果尤甚。
不长虫:橙皮天然即可抑杀菌,使用橘油清洁产品,在杀菌同时亦可为清洁物体表面增设一层天然抑制有害菌生长的保护膜。
耐久置:橙皮久放可做陈皮,具备丰富的药用价值,故而橙皮具备天然防腐功能,橘油清洁产品所用原料即为天然防腐剂,故无需添加其它化学成分。
弱酸性:橘油当中不含碱,PH值≤7。皮肤直接接触橘油清洁产品也不会产生任何伤害。
挥发快:橘油易挥发,使用橘油清洁产品后,轻松消除残留物。
无颜色:橘油天然无色透明,不粘稠,使用橘油清洁产品,无粘连感,易清洗。
本发明添加了纯植物提取成分橘油、马齿笕提取物、香草提取物、肉桂提取物,配合常见表面活性剂和杀菌成分使用,比同等普通洗衣液有更强的洁净力,更好的抑菌效果,具体具有如下有益效果:
(1)含天然植物杀菌成分橘油,与对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)协同杀菌,0.2%该抑菌洗衣液的水溶液,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率≥90%,有较强的抑菌作用,符合国家卫生部的《消毒技术规范》(2002版),衣物清洗后可以除霉除味。
(2)橘油去污成分与常用表面活性剂复配使用,增强了洗涤效果。去污能力强,按照QB/T 1224-2012(衣料用液体洗涤剂),0.2%该抑菌洗衣液的水溶液与标准洗衣液的去污力相比,对皮脂油污布的去污力为1.4,对蛋白污布的去污力为1.3,对碳黑油污布的去污力为1.2,均大于标准洗衣液的去污力。
(3)不需要添加卡松、DMDMH乙内酰脲、苯甲酸钠等化学防腐剂就可以达到防腐效果,不含磷,不含荧光增白剂,pH值接近中性,不伤手。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1-4

去污力测试:
按照QB/T 1224-2012规定的方法,对本发明的抑菌洗衣液(0.2%水溶液)去污力进行检测。

由表2可以看出,实施例2和实施例3因为添加了橘油成分,相比没有添加橘油成分的实施例1和对比例1,对三种污布的去污能力都有一定的提升,添加量越多,去污能力越强。
抑菌效果测试:
按照QB/T 2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法,对抑菌洗衣液(0.2%水溶液)进行抑菌效果测试。

由表三可以看出,实施例1、2、3都具有抑菌效果,QB/T 2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法规定,产品抑菌率≥50%-90%为有抑菌作用,产品抑菌≥90%为有较强抑菌作用。单独使用对氯间二甲苯酚或者柑橘油,产品只能达到普通的抑菌作用,如果两者复配使用,抑菌效果则大大增强。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠8-12%,椰油酰胺DEA 2-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4-8%,氢化椰油酸钾/十三醇聚醚-3羧酸钾2-5%,聚丙烯酸钠445N 0.5-2%,马齿笕提取物0.1-0.5%,橘油0.5-5%,水软化剂0.1-0.5%,香草提取物0.1-0.3%,肉桂提取物0.5-1.5%,色素0.0001-0.0005%,余量水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述马齿笕提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:将马齿笕洗净沥干后用闪式提取器处理后,加入6倍体积的90%甲醇或乙醇溶液,处理1-3分钟,固液分离后,回收甲醇或乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取3次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得马齿笕提取物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述香草提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将香草洗净沥干后置于超微粉碎机内粉碎后进行CO2超临界萃取,流体萃取压力为30-50MPa,萃取温度30-40℃,CO2流体流量为750-850L/h,萃取时间为3-5h,得香草提取物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述肉桂提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将肉桂洗净沥干粉碎后,按质量百分比为2-3%的比例加入中性蛋白酶,按质量百分比为1-2%加入风味蛋白酶,30-50℃下酶解1-2h,过滤,得酶解液;
S2、将所得的发酵液迅速冷冻后再自然解冻,使提取物中淀粉老化沉淀;收集上清液,剩余部分离心,收集离心液体并合并于上清液中;
S3、将上清液以3-7BV/h的流速通过大孔树脂柱,动态吸附饱和后,用去离子水以5-8BV/h的流速淋洗上述大孔树脂柱至流出液无色,再用体积分数为50%-70%的有机溶剂以8-12BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集洗脱液,喷雾干燥,得肉桂提取物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠10%,椰油酰胺DEA 3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,氢化椰油酸钾/十三醇聚醚-3羧酸钾3%,聚丙烯酸钠445N1%,马齿笕提取物0.3%,橘油1.5%,水软化剂0.3%,香草提取物0.2%,肉桂提取物1%,色素0.0001%,余量水。
