本发明涉及一种家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,包括如下组份:丙烯腈丁腈橡胶100份;防老剂A 2‑3份;耐热防老剂1.5‑2.5份;物理防老剂1.5‑2.5份;纳米氧化锌4‑6份;硬脂酸2‑3份;硫化剂1‑3份;促进剂A 2‑3份;促进剂B 2‑3份;喷雾炭黑40‑60份;常温增塑剂18‑23份;耐寒增塑剂4‑8份;本发明的有益效果是:1)本发明提供的膜片涂层橡胶的低温效果可到‑20~‑25℃左右,可适应大部分北方地区的室外温度,且在低温条件下能保持良好的柔软性能。2)所得膜片的耐油性能及高温使用性能良好,且良好的工艺特性,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂层橡胶,尤其涉及一种家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,属于橡胶技术领域。
背景技术
关于燃气表膜片低温使用的国家标准编辑于1991年,当时全国仅有南方部分城市使用天然气作为入户燃气使用,其对膜片橡胶的物理性能要求如下所示(引自HG2178-1991):

而随着天然气使用范围的扩大,现国家大力推广天然气的使用,但东北地区冬季的户外温度可达-25℃以下,在如此低的使用温度下,膜式燃气表的灵敏度会受到一定的影响,因而达不到使用要求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有家用膜式燃气表膜片涂层橡胶在低温下使用灵敏度存在的不足,提供一种家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组份:
所述促进剂A的化学名称为二硫化二苯并噻唑,所述促进剂B的化学名称为二硫化四甲基秋兰姆。
进一步,所述丙烯腈丁腈橡胶包括35-50份丙烯腈含量为24wt%以下的低丙烯腈丁腈橡胶和50-65份丙烯腈含量为25-30wt%的中丙烯腈丁腈橡胶。
进一步,所述耐热防老剂是指防老剂MB、防老剂RD、防老剂AW中的任意一种。
进一步,所述物理防老剂是指防护蜡、微晶蜡、石蜡油中的任意一种。
进一步,所述硫化剂是指硫磺、过氧化物、树脂类硫化剂、金属氧化物中的任意一种。
进一步,所述常温增塑剂是指邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的任意一种。
进一步,所述耐寒增塑剂是指己二酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明提供的膜片涂层橡胶的低温效果可到-20~-25℃左右,可适应大部分北方地区的室外温度,且在低温条件下能保持良好的柔软性能。
2)所得膜片的耐油性能及高温使用性能良好,且良好的工艺特性,成本低。

以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。

为了验证本发明提供的膜片涂层橡胶的性能,我们将实施例1-3所得的橡胶制成膜片后,对所得膜片进行了耐寒性、疲劳次数以及柔软度的测试,具体测试过程如下:
(1)耐寒性
将60mm×20mm试样不少于5片,在(-15±1)℃、(-25±1)℃的容器中悬挂1h,取出后不应有明显的硬化。
(2)疲劳试验
将85mm×40mm试样不少于5片,试样按照长度方向相对折叠,放在轻革折裂仪的夹体上,启动仪器,在试验过程中不断观察试样变化情况,随时记下膜片破裂时运转次数,即为试样的疲劳次数。
(3)柔软度
准备100mm×100mm、100mm×80mm和100mm×60mm三种规格试样的任一一种规格,数量不少于5片。
柔软度试验仪基座调整到水平状态,将试样沿长度方向用夹板夹紧,放下压板使之与试样接触,直至试样与基座接触,记录此时的重量,重量和所用试样长度的比值即为柔软度。
具体测试结果如表1所示:

经上述实验表明,本发明提供的膜片涂层橡胶能够达到在室外温度-25℃的条件下对燃气表的精确度无影响,胶料的低温脆性温度能够达到-50℃,膜片在-25℃环境下无硬化现象,柔软度可达到30g/m,大为改善膜式燃气表的灵敏度,计量数字更为精准,耐疲劳次数可从200万次达到300万次,大为增加燃气表膜片的使用寿命。

1.一种家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组份:
所述促进剂A的化学名称为二硫化二苯并噻唑,所述促进剂B的化学名称为二硫化四甲基秋兰姆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,其特征在于,所述丙烯腈丁腈橡胶包括35-50份丙烯腈含量为24wt%以下的低丙烯腈丁腈橡胶和50-65份丙烯腈含量为25-30wt%的中丙烯腈丁腈橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,其特征在于,所述耐热防老剂是指防老剂MB、防老剂RD、防老剂AW中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,其特征在于,所述物理防老剂是指防护蜡、微晶蜡、石蜡油中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,其特征在于,所述硫化剂是指硫磺、过氧化物、树脂类硫化剂、金属氧化物中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的家用燃气表膜片涂层橡胶,其特征在于,所述常温增塑剂是指邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的任意一种。
