Abstract

一种滚轮式胶带,涉及带式输送机技术领域,包括滚轮轴、轴承、滚轮轴支架、端盖、螺栓、胶带和圆管轨道。滚轮轴的两端轴颈分别通过轴承支撑在滚轮轴支架上,并分别用端盖对轴承进行定位,滚轮轴支架上设有对称的螺栓孔,通过螺栓固定在胶带上,胶带在宽度方向上均匀固定安装了四套或六套滚轮轴、轴承、滚轮轴支架和端盖组件,滚轮轴的滚轮表面为内凹的圆弧曲面。滚轮式胶带在沿圆管轨道运行过程中,可以根据圆管轨道的铺设情况,使滚轮式胶带逐渐形成槽形或圆管形。该发明降低了带式输送机的生产成本,减小了胶带输送机的运行阻力,提高了输送效率。

滚轮式胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带输送机所使用的胶带,尤其涉及一种使用圆管作为轨道的胶带输送机所使用的胶带。
背景技术
目前使用的胶带输送机在沿程机架上设置了大量的托辊,包括承载托辊、回程托辊、缓冲托辊以及调心托辊等,托辊使用过程中故障率高,造成胶带输送机生产成本高,安装工作量大,转动不灵活的托辊会增加输送机的功率消耗,堵转的托辊甚至会导致胶带着火等事故。同时,胶带在运行中容易发生跑偏现象,造成洒煤,而且胶带边缘容易发生磨损及撕扯而造成断带等事故。
发明内容
为了降低胶带输送机的制造成本,减少安装工作量,避免胶带跑偏,提高工作效率,本发明提供了一种滚轮式胶带,该滚轮式胶带通过滚轮轴沿着圆管轨道运行,可以根据圆管轨道的铺设情况,使胶带在运行过程中逐渐形成槽形或圆管形。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
滚轮式胶带,由滚轮轴、轴承、滚轮轴支架、端盖、螺栓、胶带和圆管轨道组成。滚轮轴的两端轴颈分别通过轴承支撑在滚轮轴支架上,并分别用端盖对轴承进行定位,滚轮轴支架上设有对称的螺栓孔,通过螺栓固定在胶带上,滚轮式胶带通过滚轮轴沿着圆管轨道运行。
所述的胶带根据其宽度大小,在宽度方向上均匀布置了四套或六套滚轮轴、轴承、滚轮轴支架和端盖组件。
所述的滚轮轴的滚轮表面为内凹的圆弧曲面。
所述的滚轮式胶带通过滚轮轴沿着圆管轨道运行,根据圆管轨道的铺设情况,胶带在运行过程中,可以逐渐形成槽形或圆管形。
本发明的滚轮式胶带解决了之前胶带输送机托辊使用量大,设备制造成本高,安装工作量大,以及托辊故障率高对胶带的损伤等问题。同时,滚轮式胶带在圆管轨道上运行,可以根据圆管轨道的铺设情况,使胶带在运行过程中成槽形或圆管形,滚轮式胶带运行阻力小,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地描述。
本发明的滚轮式胶带,由滚轮轴1、轴承2、滚轮轴支架3、端盖4、螺栓5、胶带6和圆管轨道7组成。滚轮轴1的两端轴颈分别通过轴承2支撑在滚轮轴支架3上,并分别用端盖4对轴承2进行定位,滚轮轴支架3上设有对称的螺栓孔,通过螺栓5固定在胶带6上,胶带6在宽度方向上均匀布置了四套或六套滚轮轴1、轴承2、滚轮轴支架3和端盖4组件,滚轮轴1的滚轮表面为内凹的圆弧曲面,滚轮式胶带通过滚轮轴1沿着圆管轨道7运行,根据圆管轨道7的铺设情况,胶带在运行过程中,可以逐渐形成槽形或圆管形。

1.滚轮式胶带,由滚轮轴、轴承、滚轮轴支架、端盖、螺栓、胶带和圆管轨道组成,滚轮轴的两端轴颈分别通过轴承支撑在滚轮轴支架上,并分别用端盖对轴承进行定位,滚轮轴支架上设有对称的螺栓孔,通过螺栓固定在胶带上,滚轮式胶带通过滚轮轴沿着圆管轨道运行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮式胶带,其特征在于,根据胶带的宽度大小,所述的胶带在宽度方向上均匀布置了四套或六套滚轮轴、轴承、滚轮轴支架和端盖组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮式胶带,其特征在于,所述的滚轮轴的滚轮表面为内凹的圆弧曲面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮式胶带,其特征在于,所述的滚轮式胶带通过滚轮轴沿着圆管轨道运行,根据圆管轨道的铺设情况,胶带在运行过程中,可以逐渐形成槽形或圆管形。
