Abstract
The invention provides a hydraulic lock monitoring system of a commercial vehicle, which consists of a monitoring part, an adjusting part and a protecting part; the monitoring part comprises two position sensors, a singlechip, an alarm and a hydraulic lock detection module, wherein the two position sensors are respectively arranged on the rear suspension of the vehicle body and the hydraulic lock bracket and are used for monitoring the distance between the hydraulic lock and the rear suspension of the vehicle body, and the hydraulic lock detection module is integrated on the singlechip; the adjusting part comprises a return mechanism which is arranged on the hydraulic lock bracket and consists of a pull rod system, a gear train and a driving motor, an adjusting button is arranged on the driving motor, the output end of the driving motor is connected with the pull rod system through the gear train, and the other end of the pull rod system is connected with the hydraulic lock bracket; the protection portion includes an ECU; the two position sensors are respectively connected with the input end of the singlechip, and the output end of the singlechip is respectively connected with the adjusting button and the ECU. The system effectively improves the use safety of the hydraulic lock and eliminates the potential safety hazard in the running process of the vehicle.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile safe operation control system, in particular to a safety monitoring system for a hydraulic lock of a commercial vehicle.
Background
With the wide application of commercial vehicles, the requirements of people on the whole vehicle performance and maintenance of the commercial vehicles are higher and higher. When the medium and heavy commercial vehicle body is connected with the chassis, the hydraulic lock on the portal frame is needed to fix the vehicle body. The hydraulic lock belongs to a security part, and the quality of the hydraulic lock directly influences the safety of a truck when the truck runs and also directly relates to the life safety of a truck driver.
The hydraulic lock is used for locking the cab so that the cab can maintain a normal horizontal driving position during running. At present, most of rear suspension brackets of the automobile body are easy to deviate when being matched with the hydraulic lock, so that mutual abrasion is increased, and the service life of the hydraulic lock is influenced; once the hydraulic lock of the cab has a problem in high-speed running, when the truck encounters emergency such as emergency braking, bumpy road surface or frontal collision, the accident that the cab is overturned accidentally is likely to happen, and the accident seriously threatens the life safety of the driver and other members. There is no monitoring system for the safety aspects of hydraulic locks at present.

when the hydraulic lock is normally combined with the rear suspension of the vehicle body, the vehicle body is in a locking state, and the distance monitored by the two position sensors is zero; when the hydraulic lock bracket is askew or loose, the numerical values on the two position sensors are changed to send signals to the singlechip, the singlechip sends signals to the alarm for alarming, a driver parks the vehicle body to lift, the driving motor is controlled to work through the adjusting button, and the driving motor drives the hydraulic lock bracket to move through the pull rod system to change the existing position until the position of the hydraulic lock is corrected; when an alarm occurs, if the running speed of the vehicle is too high, the singlechip sends a signal to the ECU, and the speed of the vehicle is reduced by limiting the rotation speed and the torque of the engine.
Advantageous effects
The hydraulic lock is provided with the position sensor, the singlechip and the alarm to form a complete monitoring system, the use condition of the hydraulic lock is monitored, and the out-of-position condition of the hydraulic lock is corrected by arranging the return mechanism, so that the use safety of the hydraulic lock is improved, and the potential safety hazard in the running process of a vehicle is eliminated. The system can effectively prevent misoperation accidents caused by accidental overturning of the cab when the automobile encounters emergency braking, bumpy road surface or front collision under the condition that the hydraulic lock has problems, and improves driving safety; the system is not limited by road environment and vehicle technical conditions, has stable working performance, is convenient to install, use and maintain, and can be widely used.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hydraulic lock monitoring system for a commercial vehicle comprises a monitoring part, an adjusting part and a protecting part; the monitoring part comprises a position sensor 1, a position sensor 2, a singlechip 3, an alarm and a hydraulic lock detection module 4, wherein the position sensor 2 and the position sensor 1 are respectively arranged on a rear suspension of a vehicle body and a hydraulic lock bracket and used for monitoring the distance between the hydraulic lock and the rear suspension of the vehicle body, and the hydraulic lock detection module 4 is integrated on the singlechip 3; the adjusting part comprises a return mechanism 5, the return mechanism 5 is arranged on the hydraulic lock bracket, the return mechanism 5 consists of a pull rod system, a gear train and a driving motor, an adjusting button 6 is arranged on the driving motor, the output end of the driving motor is connected with the pull rod system through the gear train, and the other end of the pull rod system is connected with the hydraulic lock bracket; the protection portion includes an ECU7; the two position sensors are respectively connected with the input end of the singlechip, and the output end of the singlechip is respectively connected with the adjusting button and the ECU; when the hydraulic lock is normally combined with the rear suspension of the vehicle body, the vehicle body is in a locking state, and the distance monitored by the two position sensors is zero; when the hydraulic lock bracket is askew or loose, the numerical values on the two position sensors are changed to send signals to the singlechip, the singlechip sends signals to the alarm for alarming, a driver parks the vehicle body to lift, the driving motor is controlled to work through the adjusting button, and the driving motor drives the hydraulic lock bracket to move through the pull rod system to change the existing position until the position of the hydraulic lock is corrected; when an alarm occurs, if the running speed of the vehicle is too high, the singlechip sends a signal to the ECU, and the speed of the vehicle is reduced by limiting the rotation speed and the torque of the engine.
