Abstract

本发明公开了一种铜板清洗装置，包括喷头、洗刷辊和干燥辊，喷头和干燥辊分别设置在洗刷辊两侧，洗刷辊和干燥辊之间设有传送辊,传送辊上方设有风机。喷头对铜板喷洒清洗液，洗刷辊上的毛刷将铜板上的油泥灰尘刷去，经过传送辊传送至干燥辊处，在经过传送辊的过程中，上方的风机将部分的水渍从铜板上吹走，干燥辊将铜板上的水渍吸干，这样铜板可快速干燥。

本发明涉及一种铜板清洗装置。
背景技术
回收或存储不当的铜板表面会产生油腻或灰尘沾染，需要进行清洗，普通铜板在清洗过后残留水渍，相互叠加的铜板之间的水渍难以风干，造成铜板生锈。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种铜板清洗装置，可以使铜板清洗后保持干燥。
为实现这一目的，本发明所采用的方法是：一种铜板清洗装置，包括喷头、和洗刷辊，所述洗刷辊包括两个上下对称设置的毛刷辊体，洗刷辊后侧上方设置有喷头，洗刷辊前方设置有一传送辊，所述传送辊上方设有一风机，风机的风口向洗刷辊方向倾斜，传送辊前方设置有干燥辊，所述干燥辊为两对称设置的吸水辊体。
其有益效果是：喷头对铜板喷洒清洗液，洗刷辊上的毛刷将铜板上的油泥灰尘刷去，经过传送辊传送至干燥辊处，在经过传送辊的过程中，上方的风机将部分的水渍从铜板上吹走，干燥辊将铜板上的水渍吸干，这样铜板可快速干燥。

1.一种铜板清洗装置，包括喷头（1）、和洗刷辊（2），其特征在于，所述洗刷辊（2）包括两个上下对称设置的毛刷辊体，洗刷辊（2）后侧上方设置有喷头（1），洗刷辊（2）前方设置有一传送辊（3），所述传送辊（3）上方设有一风机（5），风机（5）的风口向洗刷辊（2）方向倾斜，传送辊（3）前方设置有干燥辊（4），所述干燥辊（4）为两对称设置的吸水辊体。
