本发明公开了一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，包括支架、位、于所述支架上的支撑框和电机、位于所述支撑框上的转动轮，所述两个转动轮通过转轴连接构成转动轮组，设有若干转动轮组，其与电机相连接受动力，相邻两个转动轮组之间放置钢瓶，本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，将钢瓶放置上去以后，转动加速钢瓶内的混合气均匀混合，而且，一套设备中可以放置几个钢瓶，根据辅助轮还可以针对大小钢瓶进行混合均匀。

技术领域
本发明属于混合气钢瓶重装领域，具体涉及一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置。
背景技术
混合气钢瓶在充装完成后，为了使气体配比更加均匀，传统的方法是把钢瓶横放在地面上进行滚动，工效缓慢而且经常会损坏钢瓶及钢瓶阀门，该方法需要人工转动，而且本身钢瓶比较笨重，操作不好操作，效率很低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，具体技术方案如下：
一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，包括支架、位、于所述支架上的支撑框和电机、位于所述支撑框上的转动轮，所述两个转动轮通过转轴连接构成转动轮组，设有若干转动轮组，其与电机相连接受动力，相邻两个转动轮组之间放置钢瓶。
转动轮组中转轴长度与大钢瓶相仿，将钢瓶放置进去之后，转动轮接收动力，转动，钢瓶跟着转动，可以加速混合气摇匀。
作为进一步的改进，其特征在于：所述支撑框上还设有辅助轮，所述辅助轮与转动轮配合放置钢瓶。
辅助轮与一个转动轮配合放置小规格的钢瓶，使得该装置使用面更广。
作为进一步的改进，其特征在于：所述支撑框上还设有阻隔板。
把钢瓶放置稳妥之后，阻隔板可以保证钢瓶整齐，充分考虑到转动轮的承重压力。
作为进一步的改进，其特征在于：所述支撑框设有支杆，所述支杆上设有孔隙横穿阻拦棒。
阻拦棒可以防止在转动轮转动过程中，钢瓶过分激烈运动而脱离设备。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，将钢瓶放置上去以后，转动加速钢瓶内的混合气均匀混合，而且，一套设备中可以放置几个钢瓶，根据辅助轮还可以针对大小钢瓶进行混合均匀。

一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，参见图1，包括支架1、位、于所述支架1上的支撑框2和电机9、位于所述支撑框2上的转动轮3，所述两个转动轮3通过转轴31连接构成转动轮组，设有若干转动轮组，其与电机9相连接受动力，相邻两个转动轮组之间放置钢瓶5，所述支撑框2上还设有辅助轮4，所述辅助轮4与转动轮3配合放置钢瓶5，所述支撑框2上还设有阻隔板6，所述支撑框2设有支杆7，所述支杆7上设有孔隙横穿阻拦棒8。
本实施例中，一套设备可以放置多个钢瓶，甚至对于规格不一样的钢瓶也可以放置进去，辅助轮不仅可以与转动轮配合放置小钢瓶，对于大钢瓶，由于其重量较重，可以分担，保证顺畅运行，不至于对钢瓶有过大的摩擦。

1.一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，其特征在于：包括支架（1）、位、于所述支架（1）上的支撑框（2）和电机（9）、位于所述支撑框（2）上的转动轮（3），所述两个转动轮（3）通过转轴（31）连接构成转动轮组，设有若干转动轮组，其与电机（9）相连接受动力，相邻两个转动轮组之间放置钢瓶（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，其特征在于：所述支撑框（2）上还设有辅助轮（4），所述辅助轮（4）与转动轮（3）配合放置钢瓶（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，其特征在于：所述支撑框（2）上还设有阻隔板（6）。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的任意一种混合气钢瓶摇匀装置，其特征在于：所述支撑框（2）设有支杆（7），所述支杆（7）上设有孔隙横穿阻拦棒（8）。
