背景技术
脱肛又称为肛管直肠脱垂，是指肛管、直肠甚至乙状结肠下端向下移位突出于肛门外的一种病理状态。是严重危害人类健康的常见多发病。在临床上各种年龄的人均可发病，但多见于儿童、产妇和老年体弱者。脱肛常见症状是：直肠或直肠粘膜时脱时收或立脱卧收。脱出肛门外面，严重者无力回收。目前，西医治疗脱肛手段多种多样，其治疗手段的选择受很多因素的限制，如年龄、病史、脱垂程度等，往往效果欠佳，副作用较大，同时也容易复发。

本发明的目的是根据中医对脱肛一症的认识机理，提供一种配伍科学、组方简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗脱肛的中药组合物。

祖国医学认为脱肛多因人体气血不足、中气下陷或湿热下注、久泻下痢，以致直肠不能收摄固涩所致。故治疗时应以益气补血、清热利湿、润肠通便、升阳固脱、止泻止痢为主。本发明中药组合物中：牛奶柴补中益气、健脾化湿、强筋壮骨、消肿、活血解毒，熟地黄补血养阴、填精益髓，十大功劳叶清热补虚、止咳化痰，排钱树清热利湿、活血祛瘀、软坚散结，此四味药合用具有益气补血、清热利湿之功，共为君药；刺五加益气健脾、补肾安神，刺龙牙益气补肾、祛风利湿、活血止痛，肉苁蓉补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便，算盘子根清热利湿、活血解毒，翅果藤补中益气、止咳、调经，木馒头补肾固精、清热利湿、活血通经、催乳、解毒消肿，芸薹子活血化瘀、消肿散结、润肠通便，三颗针清热燥湿、泻火解毒，此八味药共为臣药。一方面辅助君药益气补血、清热利湿；另一方面作为臣药，具有解毒消肿、润肠通便的功效。山茱萸补益肝肾、涩精固脱，葛根发表解肌、升阳透疹、解热生津，土马鬃滋阴清热、凉血止血，玄参凉血滋阴、泻火解毒，蓖麻叶祛风除湿、拔毒消肿，白花蛇舌草清热解毒、利尿消肿、活血止痛，千层塔清热解毒、燥湿敛疮、止血定痛散瘀、消肿，枳实化痰散痞、破气消积，藤本夜关门收涩固脱、敛肺止血，酸不溜根温肾散寒、理气止痛、止泻止痢，此十味药共为佐药，一方面辅佐臣药解毒消肿，另一方面作为佐药，具有升阳固脱、止泻止痢的功效。甘草补脾益气、调和诸药，为使药。此方诸药合用，君臣协力，臣使共辅，具有益气补血、清热利湿、润肠通便、升阳固脱、止泻止痢的功效，对脱肛的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证和中药品不良反应（ADR）安全性评价，其疗效显著，安全可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，未出现毒副作用，有效率达98.3%，治愈率88.3%。

一、临床病例选择：挑选60例脱肛患者，其中，男32例，女28例，年龄10～65岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、多见于排便或努挣时，直肠粘膜脱出，色淡红，长度小于4cm，质软，不出血，便后能自行回纳，肛门功能良好者，为不完全性脱垂；
2、排便或腹压增加时。直肠全层脱出，色红，长度在4～8cm，圆锥形，质软，表面为环状有层次的粘膜皱襞。便后需手法复位，肛门括约功能下降，为完全性脱垂；
3、排便或增加腹压时，直肠全层或部分乙状结肠脱出，长度大于8cm，圆柱形，上面有较浅的环状皱襞，触之很厚，需手法复位，肛门松驰，括约功能明显下降，为重度脱垂。
三、用法用量：采用实施例1所给出的中药组合物，将中药组合物按传统的水煎法煎煮两遍，取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状及体征消失，肛门括约功能良好；
2、有效：症状及体征改善；
3、无效：症状及体征均无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈53例，随访未见复发；有效6例，无效1例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。

谭某，男，47岁。患者自述：患脱肛一年多，排便或腹压增加时，直肠全层脱出，色红，长度在5cm，质软。便后需手法复位。检查：肛门松驰，括约功能明显下降。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状得到缓解；继续服用2个疗程，症状完全消失，肛门括约功能良好，治愈。半年后随访无复发。

1.一种治疗脱肛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：牛奶柴10-30份、刺五加5-25份、玄参5-25份、葛根5-20份、藤本夜关门5-25份、山茱萸5-25份、酸不溜根5-25份、千层塔5-20份、排钱树5-25份、肉苁蓉5-25份、蓖麻叶5-20份、算盘子根5-25份、白花蛇舌草5-25份、十大功劳叶5-20份、刺龙牙5-25份、枳实5-20份、木馒头5-25份、三颗针5-25份、土马鬃5-25份、芸薹子5-20份、熟地黄5-25份、翅果藤5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗脱肛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：牛奶柴20份、刺五加15份、玄参15份、葛根10份、藤本夜关门15份、山茱萸15份、酸不溜根15份、千层塔10份、排钱树15份、肉苁蓉15份、蓖麻叶10份、算盘子根15份、白花蛇舌草15份、十大功劳叶10份、刺龙牙15份、枳实10份、木馒头15份、三颗针15份、土马鬃15份、芸薹子10份、熟地黄15份、翅果藤15份、甘草10份。
