Abstract

本发明公开了一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,属于生物材料制备领域。硝酸银溶液在还原剂组分的作用下进行加热处理制备纳米银,将制备好的纳米银粉末均匀覆盖于棉鞋垫上制备抗菌鞋垫底层;选用活性炭无纺布作为鞋垫中间层;使用蒸馏法提炼精油,将真皮鞋垫在止痢草精油中浸泡制备抗菌鞋垫表层,最后将鞋垫表层、中间层和底层按顺序进行粘连缝合。复合抗菌鞋垫结合了纳米银及天然生物型抗菌剂的抗菌特点,由于两种抗菌剂的强疏水性,可提升抗菌鞋垫的使用时间。

Description

一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫技术领域,具体为一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制 作方法。
背景技术
为了解决上述问题,国内外常用的方法有:将抗菌涂剂固定在鞋垫上, 如使用季铵盐阳离子抗菌剂浸渍,但此药剂的水溶性太强,因此洗涤一次, 药物流失一次,几次洗涤过后,药物丧失殆尽,更换无机抗菌剂,其耐洗效 果未见改善。还有学者利用纳米TiO2作抗菌剂,使用溶胶-凝胶方法整理在鞋 垫上,在光照下TiO2表面的氧还原成活性氧离子强氧化能力的羟基自由基可 以使有机物全部氧化分解,破坏细菌的细胞膜结构,从而杀灭细菌,但此方 法制备的抗菌鞋垫光照依赖性强,因此在雨季会制约其抗菌效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,以解 决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备纳米银抗菌鞋垫底层,硝酸银溶液在还原剂组分的作用下进行 加热处理制备纳米银,随后进行纳米银提纯工艺,将制备好的纳米银粉末均 匀覆盖于棉鞋垫上;
S2:选用活性炭无纺布作为鞋垫中间层;
S3:制备植物精油抗菌鞋垫表层,使用蒸馏法提炼止痢草精油,随后将 真皮鞋垫在精油中浸泡一段时间,将鞋垫表层、中间层和底层按顺序进行粘 连缝合。
优选的,S1中的还原剂组分为柠檬酸钠溶液和葡萄糖溶液,按照重量份组 成,分别为硝酸银溶液20份、柠檬酸钠溶液20份和葡萄糖溶液5份。
优选的,S1中的加热处理温度在100-150℃,保温30min。
优选的,S1中的提纯工艺待反应后溶液冷却至室温后,进行过滤、提纯、 漂洗、冷冻干燥得到球状纳米尺寸银粉末。
优选的,S2中的所述的活性炭无纺布中活性炭微孔直径小于1.5纳米。
优选的,S3中的所述的止痢草是良好的天然植物型抗菌剂,其植物叶通过 水蒸气蒸馏法并经萃取工艺可制取精油。
优选的,S3中浸泡时间为0.5-1.5小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的复合抗菌鞋垫结合了 纳米银及天然生物型抗菌剂的抗菌特点,其中,银杀灭微生物的机理,利用 银可以使病原体内特定的酶失活,阻断细胞的呼吸通路,杀灭微生物;加入 的止痢草提取物具有良好的抗菌效果,中间活性炭层的设置可以作为与双重 抗菌剂与细菌作用高效通道,使得抗菌效果更佳。由于两种抗菌剂的强疏水 性,可大大提升抗菌鞋垫的使用时间。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完 整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部 的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性 劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
S1:制备纳米银抗菌鞋垫底层,硝酸银溶液在还原剂组分的作用下进行 加热处理制备纳米银,还原剂组分为柠檬酸钠溶液和葡萄糖溶液,按照重量 份组成,分别为硝酸银溶液20份、柠檬酸钠溶液20份和葡萄糖溶液5份, 温度控制在100℃,随后进行纳米银提纯工艺,将制备好的纳米银粉末均匀覆 盖于棉鞋垫上;
S2:选用活性炭无纺布作为鞋垫中间层;
S3:制备植物精油抗菌鞋垫表层,使用蒸馏法提炼止痢草精油,随后将 真皮鞋垫在精油中浸泡0.5小时,将鞋垫表层、中间层、底层按顺序进行粘 连缝合。
实施例2
S1:制备纳米银抗菌鞋垫底层,硝酸银溶液在还原剂组分的作用下进行 加热处理制备纳米银,还原剂组分为柠檬酸钠溶液和葡萄糖溶液,按照重量 份组成,分别为硝酸银溶液20份、柠檬酸钠溶液20份和葡萄糖溶液5份, 温度控制在130℃,随后进行纳米银提纯工艺,将制备好的纳米银粉末均匀覆 盖于棉鞋垫上;
S2:选用活性炭无纺布作为鞋垫中间层;
S3:制备植物精油抗菌鞋垫表层,使用蒸馏法提炼止痢草精油,随后将 真皮鞋垫在精油中浸泡1小时,将鞋垫表层、中间层和底层按顺序进行粘连 缝合。
实施例3
S1:制备纳米银抗菌鞋垫底层,硝酸银溶液在还原剂组分的作用下进行 加热处理制备纳米银,还原剂组分为柠檬酸钠溶液和葡萄糖溶液,按照重量 份组成,分别为硝酸银溶液20份、柠檬酸钠溶液20份和葡萄糖溶液5份, 温度控制在150℃,随后进行纳米银提纯工艺,将制备好的纳米银粉末均匀覆 盖于棉鞋垫上;
S2:选用活性炭无纺布作为鞋垫中间层;
S3:制备植物精油抗菌鞋垫表层,使用蒸馏法提炼止痢草精油,随后将 真皮鞋垫在精油中浸泡1.5小时,将鞋垫表层、中间层、底层按顺序进行粘 连缝合。
传统抗菌鞋垫与本发明的多层复合材料鞋垫抗菌效果对比表格如下
经过统计对比显示,本发明中的多层复合材料鞋垫确实对预防脚气效果 很好,受到大众的欢迎,对本发明工艺制作中的多层复合材料鞋垫对脚的抗 菌的效果远远高于传统的抗菌鞋垫对脚的抗菌效果。
本发明提供的中药丸按照实施例1、实施例2或实施例3配制后,对多层 复合材料鞋垫,其中,按照实施例2中的制作工艺,制作成的多层复合材料 鞋垫,对脚的抗菌效果最好,综合各方面因素考虑,此实施例2最佳。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而 言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行 多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限 定。

Claims (7)

1.一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备纳米银抗菌鞋垫底层,硝酸银溶液在还原剂组分的作用下进行加热处理制备纳米银,随后进行纳米银提纯工艺,将制备好的纳米银粉末均匀覆盖于棉鞋垫上;
S2:选用活性炭无纺布作为鞋垫中间层;
S3:制备植物精油抗菌鞋垫表层,使用蒸馏法提炼止痢草精油,随后将真皮鞋垫在精油中浸泡一段时间,将鞋垫表层、中间层和底层按顺序进行粘连缝合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:S1中的还原剂组分为柠檬酸钠溶液和葡萄糖溶液,按照重量份组成,分别为硝酸银溶液20份、柠檬酸钠溶液20份和葡萄糖溶液5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:S1中的加热处理温度在100-150℃,保温30min。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:S1中的提纯工艺待反应后溶液冷却至室温后,进行过滤、提纯、漂洗、冷冻干燥得到球状纳米尺寸银粉末。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:S2中的所述的活性炭无纺布中活性炭微孔直径小于1.5纳米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:S3中的所述的止痢草是良好的天然植物型抗菌剂,其植物叶通过水蒸气蒸馏法并经萃取工艺可制取精油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种能抗菌的多层复合材料鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:S3中浸泡时间为0.5-1.5小时。
